We had the health of our beloved father in their hands and we were impressed with the authentic care IHA provides. My mom was coming home from rehab I the morning. My brother and I couldn’t be with her and needed care. We called this agency and the Nurse [name removed]responded right away! She came out the same day and we were able to start services the very next day! For Christmas she hand delivered flowers to my mom. She answers the phone right away no matter what time of day it is! She didn’t ghost is after we started care! She’s an Angel and her aides are beautiful she told me to trust her and I’m glad we did!

The company is great my caregiver [name removed] is the best she makes me breakfast every day and makes sure that I have everything I need before she leaves she washes my clothes and clean my house she’s like family to me don’t know what I would do without her

They answered every call, text, or email within minutes, day or night. Our needs changed sometimes by the hour and Cristina provided us with over the top white glove service. It felt like we were there only concern. Because of our changing needs we had several caregivers and they were all kind and did there best to help us out.

[name removed] was my caregiver and from the very beginning showed her intuitive concern for my wellbeing. I didn’t have to ask her more than once to do anything for me. Once we worked out a routine for bathing, she was right on it, reminding me of every step of the way in case I got confused which I would do because it was such an effort for me to do anything by myself. When I was finished bathing, it was everything I could do to relax and rest after the effort. She was busy, taking out the recycling, vacuuming or wet swifferthe floor, starting a laundry, and putting things away. She showed me things on my computer for emergency care as well as setting up an application to have my husband and I each other‘s placement. [name removed] took me out to run necessary errands and make sure that I was rested and cared for the whole time It is like having a dear sister in my home, helping me every step of the way or whatever I might need. It’s been a very welcome addition to my self-care.

Was very pleased with the service I received and would use them again if the need arose. The New Life staff showed up and talked to me about my issues and concerns. They created a plan suited to my needs which consisted of light housekeeping for about a month while I recovered from back surgery. Great staff and the individual who came to the house was punctual, courteous and did a good job. Could ask nothing else of them.

Senior Companion Care has been a game changer for me and my family. The caregiver that we hired has become a true friend to my mother,providing not only assistance with daily tasks but also companionship that brightens her day. We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and professional service they've provided

I wish my Mom would be more motivated to participate in more cognitive activities but she's not. We are just not coordinated enough to do good meal planning but when we are, the caregiver will cook and she always makes them lunch. It is definitely worth it. I am very happy with this agency. They are very accommodating and work with my parents around schedule changes if necessary during the two hurricanes they were very conscientious about planning for the safety of my parents if I should happen to be out of town. Fortunately, I was in town so that was not necessary, but I was comfortable that if I was, they would take care of them. Overall, our experience has been excellent.

My siblings and I discovered the Home Health Services available and signed up with Interim Healthcare of Central Montana in Helena. It has been such a relief as I live in Texas and can't be there to help with my parents' care. My Dad loves having the caregivers visit him and they even set him up with a Physical Therapist that would come to the home. My sisters and I have all seen great improvements in his outlook on life. He seems happier, more confident and stronger since he is actually doing his exercises now. You can't put a price on peace of mind!

I have been looking for months for an agency that would kindly and lovingly drive my mom and be her companion as her license was revoked. This was not an easy feat as many agencies required services that didn't fit my mom's needs. Just as I was beginning to give up I came upon Impact Health Alliance. From the moment I spoke with [name removed]on the phone to meeting him at no expense at my mom's, we both knew [name removed]was the angel we had been looking for. My mother adores [name removed]and his employees. She is treated with respect, kindness and every support mom needs she receives. [name removed]and his team are prompt, patient and wonderful with my mom who is finally allowing others to give her the freedom and independence she needs and wants. Organic Care is a beautiful 4 bed 1.5 bath home. Is it always kept clean and smelling good. Residents are very well taken care of. Residents have outings everyday except Saturdays. Meals are served 3x’s a day with snacks giving in between those times. Residents get money every Friday for personal shopping. House is fully staffed with well trained staff.

Endeavor has been very helpful to us. They go visit my mom’s 6 days a week and take her grocery shopping on one of those days. It has been very helpful to our family knowing someone checks on her daily and gives us peace of mind. [name removed] (one of the caregivers)has been very sweet and helpful and stays in contact via text if there are any questions or concerns.

[name removed] was great with my mom she showed up on time and learned how to best care for my mom. [name removed] listened and adjusted the care for mom over all it was a great experience my mom and I benefitted from the whole experience.

Love at Home services went above and beyond when caring for my grandfather with dementia. [name removed] and her team were very kind, compassionate, and experienced. The communication was top tier. The caregiver always kept us informed about our loved one’s day and readily addressed any concerns we had. I highly recommended this company!

Had to arrange emergency 24 hour coverage and Home Matters was able to provide coverage on extremely short notice. Caregivers are knowledgeable with some more willing to jump in to promote assistance than others, but all qualified to provide required assistance. Their care is expensive but reliable which is a big complaint I hear about other agencies. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing quality care.

We brought my mother-in-law home from the hospital under hospice care, and we had no idea what we were doing. That same day, [name removed] personally spent the first night with my mother-in-law, and quickly arranged for nighttime coverage for the next week. [name removed] had my mother-in-law talking and joking until her last night on this planet. If ever I have another need like this love at home will be the first phone call I make.

The first thing that impressed me was that when I filled out the Love at Home website to contact me, [name removed] called me 15 minutes later--at 10:15 on a Friday night! None of the other agencies where I left my info called me until Monday! At that time I didn't think I'd need help for about 2 weeks, when I left the hospital. She said she'd call me in a week. A few days later I found out I was being sent to a skilled nursing facility the next day, and I knew I would want a private caregiver overnight to help me. I called [name removed] in a panic about getting someone on such short notice, to which she said "If I can't find someone, I'll come myself." I knew I was in good hands then! My first night in the facility [name removed] came and she was an angel! With her 30+ years as a CNA she knew exactly how to help me and she advocated with the facility night staff to get what I needed. In the morning she helped me get ready for the day. In the 2 weeks I've been here [name removed] and [name removed] have done an above-and-beyond

This company and their staff exceeded our expectations! A co-worker of mine told me about this company. I needed help with my father that I take care of full time. My husband I was going on vacation and needed some assistance while away. Well I decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did! They had caregivers in my home around the clock taking excellent care of my father. He had his baths, 3 meals, snacks, his medication reminders, they even played his favorite board games with him!
