I love First Light so much. They came highly recommended to me when my dad left the hospital back in October. They are so thorough with taking on a new client. The owners came out to meet me and my dad and I can call them at any time. My dad is happy that's what's important !!

Their service that I’m receiving has been a lifesaver and I don’t know if I just got lucky to have a wonderful lady come in and help me but she’s the best. Does things that I just can’t get to and if we have some extra time, I love to just have her stay and visit and have a cuppa coffee with me. My initial contact with the agency was great and I’m very happy.

From the first contact by phone, number found online, through the entire experience, we were treated with warmth, great coordination, flexibility, confidence, skilled professionalism along with compassion and patience were exhibited by all staff from program director to care givers. They were an answer to prayer and they made our stay in MI. possible.

My mother is 89 and is still living at home. She needs a little help with meals and tidying up just a few hours a day. These ladies are so kind to her and I know it’s not easy to sit with someone who just needs a little help.

They were the first agency to get back to me. Two persons from their agency came in a quite timely manner to assess my inquiry. Placed an experienced aide who lives close by and who started as soon as I wanted. Both myself and the aide have requested changes to schedule which agency has willingly accommodated for both of us. So far, I would recommend without exception.

My immediate needs were met with great care and satisfaction as I returned to self care. And the caregiver was especially kind, thoughtful and helpful. My need for ongoing care was limited, but I would definitely choose to come back to Homewatch as my first choice for care when the need arises again.

I've been to 5 different companies and Amada Care was the best. My grandmother is not the easiest person to please however [name removed] and her team new just what to do. I started to be leave no one or company could care for her. I would recommend Amada Care to anyone they are flexible with days and time, my grandmother is 102 years old and hard to please, but Amada Care has proven over and over they can handle the job. I needed help for my mom when she fell and broke her hip . I helped as much as I could but still needed someone there at times . I found Seniors helping Seniors online and I know God sent them to us . They were absolutely amazing !! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better !! They were so kind and understanding and we loved [name removed]and [name removed], the owners , and all the caregivers were exceptional as well . I highly recommend them to anyone , you can’t ask for anyone better !

I highly recommend this company. They are great from the owner on down As well as taking care of my husband, they clean the house, cook, do laundry, work in the yard and wait on me. As far as cost they are less they several companies that wI looked into. They are easy to work with and to set ir rearrange your schedule. It is the best move I ever made.

The service I got from the assistant you sent was excellent. She was knowledgeable and kind. She helped me with my meds and even accompanied me to medical appointments. When I will need services again I will not hesitate to call your agency again. Thank you

Had a total hip replacement in Oct. Very hard to set up home care, PT, & OT. Hard to find providers w/o any experience in this ComForCare was the first to connect. I didn’t find them until the day before my surgery and they immediately came to my home the same day and did my intake and set up referrals. They followed up every day, had answers for all my questions, and calmed my anxiety. They provided a great home health worker for me immediately after my surgery. I had no idea how helpless I would be at home alone after my hip surgery, and thought it would only be for five days that I would need someone. I am going on week for now and am still finding the need for part-time care. I am using Care four days a week now and they have been very flexible and it has been very easy to get exact times needed. They’ve been available by phone several times after hours for immediate needs. Their rates are very reasonable, & the team is reliable, responsive & supportive. A+ in my books.

From the call I received from a place for Mom to the comprehensive assessment my experience has been great. The only thing I wished was different was getting a set schedule with a regular caregiver took a few visits.

I'm very pleased with the care we have received. [name removed] was instrumental in finding me a caregiver for my mom whose bedridden suffering from dementia. The caregiver he gave me whose name shall not be mentioned was kind courteous and caring. She saw that my mom was taking care of and all her needs were met. I usually am the full-time caregiver and having a Little Help from time to time is a blessing. We haven't had a lot of time with the caregiver but when she was here we were pleased. Hoping you have a positive experience with this outstanding company. Highly recommended their services. Five star.

The 4 women we have in our home are now family. They are caring, loving and knowledgeable about caring for my loved one. I could not do what they do on my own. I don’t have the experience. My loved one has been in and out of the hospital and they stay with her, they have cought several mistakes in care that could have been tragic. They stay on top of all her needs while being concerned about how I am doing also. The owner also keeps in close contact with me offering suggestions that I don’t think of. Very caring outfit I would recommend them to anyone.

[name removed] from First Day Homecare fits our needs perfectly. She's always on time and doesn't waste her time in our home. She's an excellent cook and also helped me organize some files. She learned how we like things almost immediately and is always peasant to be around. [name removed]and [name removed] were able to fit our needs perfectly . We're very happy with all of them.
