My husband is in early/mid stage dementia & has severe pain from long-standing back issues. I need once a week, 4 hours of relief. The gal is caring with him, follows my directions & does light cleaning while with him, mostly toilet & bathroom floor cleaning & sweeping. Attentive has been proactive in making sure we get the same caregiver each time. I have had no difficulty getting additional times when needed.

We have been very pleased with the ability to schedule days according to our needs, working around Dr visits etc. We have also been happy with the personalities of the two different caregivers we have had. When there is a change in certain needs they have been met. The company owner is excellent at returning texts and calls.

Ambient Homecare is a great company to work with. We needed a caregiver the same day as our mother was being released from rehab. They did the assessment at 9am and we were set up with a caregiver at 6pm the same day. The caregiver took great care of our mother and assisted her with every task needed! They provided good care for my parents. The aides and office staff are wonderful to work with. My parents enjoyed their time when the aides were there. Generally they have the aides on given days of the week so they can develop relationships. Highly recommend.
