Very professional. Always kind. Adapts to all my needs. Great care. Always available to discuss any issues I may have. Helps with transportation when needed. It really has been very comfortable working with everyone at Qualicare.

We were very happy with the service and promptness. We can recommend First Light and its staff for being available when we needed them. My mother, who is 105 years old, needed help with dressing, bathing, using the bathroom, and getting up from a chair and from her bed. The caregiver was available when we called and was kind and understanding regarding my mom’s condition. We were lucky to have the help on short notice and are grateful for the support she provided.

We needed assistance in caring for a loved one during health emergency. Without the care given by the people at Cornerstone I would have had to place my wife in a Memory care facility..with Cornerstones assistance we have been able have at home. That has made a difference in the well being of my wife and made it doable. They go the extra step.

All of the caregivers at Trinity were wonderful! They were always on time and made sure I was able to arrive at my doctor’s offices promptly for appointments. They were able to suggest helpful ways to manage my housekeeping chores. They cooked and cleaned efficiently. I would definitely recommend their services to all my friends and family.

From the first phone call to schedule an initial visit until now- 5 months of caregiving support for my mom- it’s been wonderful. The care giver from Bright Star has nurtured a healthy relationship with our father in his 90’s. He trusts the care giver and therefore his state of health and personal hygiene are much improved. Family members are thankful for the care being provided.
