They seem to come through with a caregiver when you need one. Especially when your usual caregiver is out for whatever reason. Be sure you tell American home care exactly what you need in a caregiver. For instance, are you gonna need them to bathe you?

I wanted to share my Experience with Brightstar Care who i was connected to With A Place for Mom. I met A Place for Mom Executive at The hospital while my mom was sick. He was referred to us by Social Work. He came to meet me and my mom right away and answered all of my questions. I was blown away by his knowledge and experience. I couldn't believe that there was a possibility that my mom could go home and keep her independence. He and his team Recommended Brightstar Care and we are so thankful they did. From the Admin staff to the caregivers, my mom was able to discharge home, get the care she needed and deserved and heal in her home. She is now back to living independently. I cant thank Brightstar Care and A Place for Mom enough.

What we like the most about HomeWell Care Services is how very thoughtful and helpful. Yes the staff was very helpful and kind, considerate and overall just great people and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

Home Helpers were very informative and answered all my questions in the initial meeting. Came to the house and met my parents before they assigned a caregiver that would fit our needs. Only needed a short time to help with my dad due to my mom recovering from a hospital stay. The care giver helped with everything my parents needed on days that I could not be there. Did everything from cooking breakfast and lunch and cleaning and doing PT exercises with my dad. Starting and stopping service was easy. I would highly recommend

Everyone is helpful, polite and works hard to meet needs. There is a relief knowing when I go away that someone will be with my mother and I know she is being cared for. I appreciate everyone’s hard work and quick response

I recently attended a CPR/AED training session led by a certified RN and CPR instructor, and I was thoroughly impressed! Her expertise, engaging teaching style, and genuine passion for ensuring each participant fully grasped the concepts made this one of the best training sessions I've attended. She made complex topics easy to understand and provided hands-on practice that built my confidence tremendously. I highly recommend her to anyone needing CPR certification or renewal—her sessions aren't just informative; they're enjoyable and empowering. Truly an AWESOME experience! Very nice caregiver. My parents liked her a lot. Always did as she was asked. My mom wished she would be more more helpful without being asked but that's very minor. They are coming back to new Lenox Illinois [date removed]. When should we work on getting them serviced back up here in Illinois. They really loved the last lady, [name removed] 5 days a week. 6 hours

I have used this company for the past 6 months and they are great to work with. Anytime i need something , big or small they help out. Over Thanksgiving, i didnt have a meal and the owner brought a plate for me. Good People
