ELA home care is not a facility. BELA offers private caregivers to come into homes or facilities. Their caregivers were amazing and extremely competent and sympathetic.

The definition of family…The love a support from the staff down to the clients family you feel so welcomed and loved….. The staff of this company are very caring. They take good care of your loved one. The owner is a very smart intelligent lady very caring too. She call frequently to check on you. This company will match staff to client making sure that, your loved one is happy. The services are great. I will recommend always to anyone needing help with their loved ones……

Neelex Home Care has the most friendly workers that care about the person they take of. They keep me informed about any changes they see in my wife. You get to know the person that take cares of your loved one. They are not 9-5 people. They go the extra mile to help my wife. If you need someone I emergency they are ready to send someone to you. They are a small company that gives you that family feeling. You don't get that impersonal feeling you get in the bigger franchised companies where you're just a number.

Interim provided me with excellent 24x7 companion care and medication management after I got out of the hospital. They didn’t force their services on me when I no longer needed as much, but willingly reduced my hours until we had worked our way to zero. [name removed] kind generosity extended far beyond what seems to be basically required. When she drove me home from the hospital and made sure I was settled in while [name removed] picked up my prescriptions, I felt genuinely protected and cared for. Later she took me to and from appointments, making time to share lunch out afterwards. The staff was positive, efficient, professional and didn’t seem “burned out.” My core companions were conscientious and respectful. [name removed] was particularly agreeable.

My grandmother is more agile now than ive seen her in her years. I would like to take the time to thank Smoov homecare bc if not for that staff, my grandmother would have still been lonely and unkept, because our family works so much. Yet she can now go shopping at her leisure and all around feel more independent, and its nice to see this side of her again.

I receive home care services from Interim Healthcare of Highlands ranch while living in assisted living. [name removed] or [name removed] come to see me once a week, and I look forward to it every time. They are so kind, caring and professional. They help with personal care and keep me company, it makes a big difference. The visits always go by too fast. I really appreciate the consistent quality care and the connection we’ve built. I have recommended them to anyone looking for home care, even if in a facility like mine.

From the moment I called Griswold to determine if it was going to be a good fit for my Father, who is almost 100 years old and a WWII Veteran, [name removed]and [name removed]were amazing. They met with me, asked many questions, made recommendations and ultimately provided a perfect solution for my Father's care needs. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Clayton Assisted Living, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional care and warm atmosphere. As a family member of a resident, I was blown away by the dedication and compassion of the staff. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcome. The facility is beautifully maintained, clean, and well-organized. The residents seemed happy and content, engaging in various activities and socializing with each other. The care provided to my loved one has been outstanding. The staff takes the time to understand their needs, preferences, and routines, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home. I am glad that I chose this company to care for my mom. [name removed] was responsive and was very helpful. They have gave my mom nothing but the best care. They have affordable rates as well as well staffed and trained caregivers. I love the fact that they are licensed and insured . I know there are other agencies out there that offer the same thing but here is what to look for when getting a agency (Do they really seem to love what they do or do they like the money ) . I can honestly say they have a passion for this because it shows in the care for my mom. Just give them a try you want regret it .

There was really nothing for them to do except make sure dad didn't fall and his fractured hip. The staff was Very good sometimes we needed a caregiver not to come back, as dad couldn't understand her with her accent.

Exceptional training, great quality of care, owner always listens and takes care of their employees, all of the employees are very respectful and they have compassion for their job as well and this agency gives no problems 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Dad was entering memory care from a rehab facility, and he was struggling with the sudden onset of dementia. As a family, we had to scramble and find a facility, which we did. On top of that, we needed a caregiver to be with Dad for the overnight hours, because the memory care facility did not provide this service. I contacted A Place For Mom, and they put out a request for agencies to help. [name removed] from Senior Helping Seniors was not only the first to call, but had a nurse assess Dad the next day, and a caregiver in place the following day. She was a lifesaver. She has been professional, responsive to every request, and empathetic to our situation. The caregivers themselves have been kind and caring to Dad. We couldn't be more pleased.

1) They told us they could do therapy but they have no dedicated therapy area and no steps. 2) They also do not offer transportation so we had to get an ambulance every time my dad needed to go to the doctor. 3) the doctor only sees the residents every 2 weeks which is not good if you suddenly have a medical issue. My dad had a leg infection that was never resolved until I brought him to an external doctor and then he was diagnosed with merca 4) sometimes his room was clean and sometimes it wad not. 5) sometimes there was a delay getting his laundry fone 6) If a resident has mobility issues they should recommend a room closer to the dining area 7) If someone wants to eat in their room they charge 12.50 per meal to deliver it.

[name removed] was a strong, wonderful advocate for Dad from the start to the end. They were very flexible with changes in time as well as services needed.
