Synergy ‘s local ownership and slightly lower charge per hour was the original attraction. We later discovered their on-call scheduling service was extremely helpful and efficient. Although the calls begin with what sounds like an automated response, their own office personnel pick up the phone right away. They’re always happy to help, even when our plan to cut hours is the subject at hand. We found that one caregiver we really like and stuck with her. That and staying within our budget have been our secrets to success.

Right At Home has been a good fit for my husband and I. We’ve had a consistent caregiver and she is kind and professional. The owner is wonderful and has worked with us to keep continuity of care and safety.

I would highly recommend this agency they were always helpful and nice. They were always available when I needed them. I could call them anytime and got a response. They even stayed in contact when my spouse passed away.

Everything you could want from the service was provided. I will be using the again in the near future. The helper was early, caring, kind and friendly. She made sure that all my needs were fulfilled. She paid attention to instructions and got me to and from safely.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Senior Helpers. From the very beginning, they worked closely with our family to ensure my mom received the best care possible. Every member of their team was kind, professional, and truly knowledgeable about senior care. Our helper, [name removed], was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond in every way — offering thoughtful suggestions on products that made caring for my mom easier and finding new ways to make her more comfortable each day. When my mom’s health began to decline, [name removed] didn’t hesitate to stay a little later or make herself available for extra days whenever we needed her. She became like family to us, and her compassion and dedication meant the world during such a difficult time. Even after my mom passed, Senior Helpers continued to show their care and kindness. They sent a beautiful card and flowers for the funeral and followed up just to check in on our family. That personal touch showed how deeply they care about the people.

Our caregiver has been very kind very diligent always on time. We are very blessed with our caregiver. We want to think about Care for helping us when we needed someone. I’m grateful that they have become part of our family. Thank you.

Those in the greater Geneva / St Charles area (and soon to be in the greater Elgin, IL area), in need of care for a loved one should absolutely prioritize 1776. The Mgmt team ([name removed]) to the care givers ([name removed]) are the very best.

Our care giver is excellent. She does what we ask her to do. She helps us take care our personal needs as well as helping with our chores. Always arrive early. Her emotional support is also excellent. Would recommend [name removed] to everyone.

The owner was very accommodating. We felt comfortable with the CHHAs who took care of Mom while I recovered from surgery. Three different care givers came to the house and all were lovely and professional women.

Cornerstone Caregiving was a tremendous help when I needed a caregiver urgently for my mother. They were able to set up service quickly and adjusted care as needed as my mom recovered. The caregivers were all very friendly and skilled.

It took years for us to convince my father that he needed some help with my mother. Once he finally gave in, we were so glad that [name removed] got along great with my mother and gave my father the break he needed. Now we can all relax a little bit knowing that she is taken care of in the mornings and he can live his life without worrying about her all the time. Dad was worried that any caregiver would be overwhelmed with mom's needs, but [name removed] takes it all in stride.

We have only been with Seniors helping Seniors for about a month but the experience has great. [name removed] has been awesome to work with and finding the write person to stay with mom great communication. [name removed] has been great with mom, helps around the house and is willing to do anything we have asked.

They have been very good with the care of my mom. The caregivers are very caring and helpful to my mom. Seniors Helping Seniors has even helped when I need a last-minute caregiver. They get an A rating!!

A Place for Mom was very responsive and followed up once they made referrals to communities for my parents. They considered all of the factors and conditions we were dealing with and made recommendations accordingly. I would highly recommend this service.

The ladies who came out were very nice and caring. They came regularly and always on time. If the usual worker wasn’t available, a sub was always there It was reassuring to have people that I could call on for those unexpected things that come up. I would highly recommend them if you are caring for an elderly person.

The caregivers have been very helpful and supportive to my mom when caring for her. They arrive on time and stay busy throughout the day. Assisting my mom when asked. Preparing meals and serving them.

I had the opportunity to call on the agency twice. In both instances they sent a senior who was kind and intelligent. Both ladies were good companions as well as helpers. There was nothing that I needed that was not taken care of. I would gladly hire someone from the agency again.

I can’t say enough how wonderful breeze of care is. Dependable, caring, goes above & beyond. If one aid is not available, there is always a back up. So grateful for this as other agencies had let me down & hanging. They also apprise me of any issues and I can trust with their care!
