Overall we were happy with one of the caregivers. We had a total of three. The first was new with your agency and she was not very motivated to help and was more interested in taking breaks and being on her phone. The second was amazing and she came back several times. She was very motivated and helpful.

I am not sure I found this company for the elderly, like my wife and me. But it has turned out that we found the right home care company. [name removed], the owner and main caregiver, has turned out to take excellent care of both of us. Care for exactly what each of us needs. It's not only the normal care, but those nasty unexpected health problems that pop up, she has a remedy to take care of it. And the sticky problems are taken care of quickly, also. Her caregiver crew is excellent, as she gets the right person to handle each and every type of care. You should give it a try.

We were very happy with our experience with the service from Endeavor. They truly cared about our family. There was quick communication and our needs were met. The caregiver who was assigned to my mom was kind, professional and listened to us. In fact, she accompanied my mom to the emergency room and stayed with her until she was assigned to a room. Who else cares so much? I recommend Endeavor wholeheartedly to care for an elderly family member.

We are receiving in-home care. The helpers are all older and associate with my wife really well. They are efficient, friendly and help around the house. [name removed] misses the helpers on weekends when they don't come

I have nothing but praise for this company, Alternative Living Residence. The company is owned and operated by a wonderful compassionate woman. She leads and directs a team of care givers, who are trained and certified nurse aides. They took care of my spouse who is total care for 5 days. My husband who is hard to please loved the caregivers assigned to him. His care was superior. My mom used a home healthcare provider from Caring for Portland for about six months until she needed to go to assisted living. This is a great company with great caregivers. I know it's not an easy business to run, but they do a great job. They were responsive and communicative, and they quickly changed out one caregiver who just didn't mesh with my mom. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering hiring in-home help for an elderly loved one.

Aide was very friendly kind and capable Our use was very short … 1 day only , so there isn’t very much to say. She was helpful and supportive

I’ve had a very pleasant, nice young man who comes in once a week to do light housekeeping. He will take care of my garbage, vacuum, wash the floors, and wipe countertops. We enjoy the day he comes every week and look forward to his help.

My mother is a recent client with Helping Hearts Home and Senior Care. Her aide is amazing , loving and patient with my mom. She is gentle with her very detailed oriented she has motivated my mom to do more around the house when it comes assisting with small task(laundry etc).And to be more social with her neighbors.
