Home Matters Caregiving was AMAZING when I needed urgent help with my mom. I had no idea how to navigate getting in home care for her quickly and be able to trust that mom would be safe with a stranger looking after her when I couldn't be there. Within a short 2 hrs, they arrived at moms place and did an assessment, knowing exactly what services mom needed initially, then continued to support her with the proper care provider as we navigated through a crisis situation then stablizing to a weekly routine. Not only do their professional team members provide support on housekeeping, organization and assist when bathing to ensure mom remains safe, Sarah is a great companion for mom. Mom really counts on her weekly visits and we are both thrilled and relieved mom has support at her home. Home Matters Caregiving really knows what they are doing and can help navigate to help find the proper solutions to help with loved ones. They are truly my life savers!!!

I have been working with Home Care Matters since or [name removed]. It is now [date removed]. in the beginning I met [name removed]. She got things going and was with me when I returned home from rehab. my first caregiver was there also, [name removed]. I have now worked with her three or four times, she accompanied me to doctors appointments, etc. she’s experienced , knowledgeable, and learns quickly how I like things done. She has good suggestions, is very efficient, is very caring. She does not get flustered. The other person of note is the nurse [name removed], with a long last name. She responded to my phone calls, to my questions, and followed up each time either by text, by phone, or in person. She gave me good advice about dealing with getting help from Medicare, getting supplies, etc. All of the caregivers that have shown up on my doorstep have been helpful; it has been an interesting mixture of women, some just starting out, others who are more experienced. I have been pleased.

I have just started receiving care from Cypress and they are absolutely the best. Loving, caring and they have the best staff. They treat you like you are part of the family. I was a home health aide for 48 years and I have seen a lot of places I would never use for my family. They should all be like Cypress. My aide is Li Li and she is the best to me. Home Matters provides caring and contentious management for my wife. Their flexibility in obtaining coverage for when I am traveling is highly appreciated. The Sensi fall detection system provides major comfort for when I am out of the house for any reason I would recommend them for care of your loved one.

This was our first time using a caregiving service. We were really hesitant as it is always difficult to trust your most vulnerable loved ones with someone outside of the family circle. I cannot express enough how pleased we were with our caregiver [name removed]. Her kindness and professionalism was refreshing. She felt like an immediate part of the family and really paid attention to our mother’s needs. My mother really loved her as well. We would definitely recommend Cornerstone!!!

I was very pleased with Home Sure after my hip replacement surgery. Not having had home care before, Home Sure came out to my home to explain their services and review my needs. My caregivers were very caring and personable. If I should require care in the future, I would definitely request Home Sure for my care.

They worked hard to meet our needs and sent compassionate workers They were flexible in scheduling and responsive to our needs. It was a very stressful experience watching my wife fight lymphoma and Amada helped us endure it.

We have used Cornerstone Caregiving twice. The first time, my wife fell and had a concussion. After 6 days in the hospital and nearly four weeks in rehab, she was released to come home. She had had a feeding tube in the hospital, but before leaving it she had a PEG tube inserted into her stomach in order to get enough nourishment to survive. The Cornerstone caregivers had to learn to use the "Kangaroo Pump" that continually pumped nourishment into her stomach through the PEG tube. The tube had to be disconnected from the pump in order to take her to a toilet. I am now using Cornerstone again because my wife fell, broke her hip & fractured her elbow& needs assistance with moving & toileting. Our using them again is a good indication of our satisfaction with them.

BrightStar has been a Godsend. So flexible and an incredible care team. Everyone has been so loving and supportive of my mother and really helped her. Without them there is no way we could manage her care.

I was impressed with the manager and my wife’s full time caregiver. Both were diligent, truly skilled and compassionate. They communicated with me professionally, frequently and were laser-focused on the patient. They were a great comfort to me. My only I regret is that I hadn’t contacted Compassionate Caregiving sooner. If I ever need in home care, I’m calling them! I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Best side care is very impressive and I will be more than happy to refer someone to this company. The staff is very professional and caring, knowledgeable. This is a place to bring more family and friends.

I was impressed by Hallmark's policy of providing the same caregiver all the time. We only require care two days each week and it's a comfort to know who will show up and that my wife and our caregiver get along so well together. Hallmark's owner has been incredibly helpful and easy to work with.

Neighborly Hands has been a blessing to my family. The administration is very professional and courteous . The homecare provider is punctual, caring, and accommodating to the needs of my father which is so very important . Having individuals who are patient, loving, and considerate care for your love ones is essential. We are very pleased with their services and pray they will continue to provide excellent assistance .

My father is not the easiest person to work with. He can be erratic and demanding. [name removed] is a treasure. She is great at dealing with both his medical and household issues. She really cares about him and wants to ensure he is given the care he needs. And she is pretty masterful at working with him. She is flexible in terms of schedule and will do whatever he needs: transport for doctor visits, wound care, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, etc. I don’t know how we would function without her.

It says a lot about a company’s reputation when your surgeon says, “I have no problem with your utilizing Synergy. Secondly, my first call was to [community removed]. [community removed] after listening to what my needs would be immediately referred my to Synergy. After surgery, I needed some one to come every other day to help me bath, dry my hair— basically anything that would require me to lift my left arm. The personnel were all very kind and understanding. They provided a variety of services such as picking up, straightening, light housekeeping, and laundry. They would go to the grocery and cook meals as well. I was very pleased with services and care that they provided!

We have an amazing working relationship with this agency. My mother has dementia and my dad is her main caregiver. We looked for an agency to assist him with her care once a week at least. They were amazing to meet with and helped us get Medicare benefits to help with the cost of her care. Every care giver we have had is amazing and my mom loves seeing them each week. It gives my dad a break so he can do errands or go to his own medical appointments. They are also located in many cities in the U. S. so I’d they travel they can connect with an agency in the area if need be. Highly recommend them to any family looking for home care for their loved ones.

My experience with Una Care has been amazing. They are honest, truly care and very capable. If there’s a problem, they come up with a solution and they really take in the whole scene so to speak, and make decisions based on each individual. I think this team of girls complement each other with their skills. They gave me much needed respite, and I will call them again before anyone else.

My mom had hip replacement surgery and [name removed] came to assist her with daily activities for two weeks. My mother fell absolutely in love with the care she received from her. If we need assistance in the future SYNERGY will be the one we call.

The agency met with our family on short notice to arrange for some in-home help for my dad. The whole process was explained, including pricing and they were able to locate and provide a caregiver for the very next day. I would recommend Preferred Care to assist with any in home care needed.
