all good with senior helpers. famklyis very happy with our caregivers and all quests or issues along the way dealt with quickly and professionally by the administrative staff. allowed us to start quickly when we needed to. highly recommend.

Justin was a great help helping my husband with a shower. He helped me with groceries. Anxious to help with George's exercises. He has a calm, gentle appearance. He was actually early, driving a long way from Glendale to Fountain Hills.

They are easy to work with, personable and caring. If we don't care for someone, they find someone else. We only asked for another person once and they sent us a winner right away.

All the caregivers I have had here to help with my wife have always been patient and kind. When she is having trouble with her paralyzed right arm and hand they try to be as gentle as they can when they change her shirt and clean her up. My only complaint is that none of them can consistently put a diaper on my wife. I think caregiver groups need to consider hiring people that have worked with elderly folks in nursing homes. They will have experience with diapers and can be of greater assistance to those patients that do not have control of their bowels or bladder. I have worked with two different companies and have had about eight different caregivers and not one could get a diaper on with consistency. They either get it way up her back so there is very little in front or they are lopsided from one side or the other. They also have trouble getting disposable chucks placed where the will work best.

I assist my sister with various aspects of her life because of her serious health problems. For several months, we needed someone to spend time with her on weekends. [name removed] at ComfortKeep Home was very professional, responsive and compassionate. He arranged for Ning to spend that time with my sister and she was attentive, kind and helpful in every way. I recommend this agency.

SHS in Hartville would be a fantastic fit for any situation needing an in-home caregiver. My caregiver is on time, interacts with the client all day long, makes sure she does her exercises, they laugh, they have a great time and she is great with my dog. She makes certain the client is comfortable, has everything she needs, and helps with her shower and toileting also meal prep and accompanies us to dr appts. I can't say enough good about our caregiver and the agency owners. They are very hands on in checking in make sure all is going well. I am so pleased that I chose this agency out of several of them that I interviewed.

Very willing to work with me to get a good fit for my sister's caregiver. Good communication and availability for any questions I might have. Very flexible if any change in schedule became necessary. We have a great caregiver.

[name removed] has taken me to the store and many doctors appointments. She writes down what to do at the doctors office! She helps me with my bath and dressing. She does many things around the house for me.

I love First Light so much. They came highly recommended to me when my dad left the hospital back in October. They are so thorough with taking on a new client. The owners came out to meet me and my dad and I can call them at any time. My dad is happy that's what's important !!

Their service that I’m receiving has been a lifesaver and I don’t know if I just got lucky to have a wonderful lady come in and help me but she’s the best. Does things that I just can’t get to and if we have some extra time, I love to just have her stay and visit and have a cuppa coffee with me. My initial contact with the agency was great and I’m very happy.

They were the first agency to get back to me. Two persons from their agency came in a quite timely manner to assess my inquiry. Placed an experienced aide who lives close by and who started as soon as I wanted. Both myself and the aide have requested changes to schedule which agency has willingly accommodated for both of us. So far, I would recommend without exception.

My immediate needs were met with great care and satisfaction as I returned to self care. And the caregiver was especially kind, thoughtful and helpful. I've been to 5 different companies and Amada Care was the best. My grandmother is not the easiest person to please however [name removed] and her team new just what to do. I started to be leave no one or company could care for her. I would recommend Amada Care to anyone they are flexible with days and time, my grandmother is 102 years old and hard to please, but Amada Care has proven over and over they can handle the job. I needed help for my mom when she fell and broke her hip . I helped as much as I could but still needed someone there at times . I found Seniors helping Seniors online and I know God sent them to us . They were absolutely amazing !! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better !! They were so kind and understanding and we loved [name removed]and [name removed], the owners , and all the caregivers were exceptional as well . I highly recommend them to anyone , you can’t ask for anyone better !
