Hi im [name removed] i wanted to make a review for this agency . First let me tell you my mom has cancer and needed help with feeding,bathing, mobility and transferring. Most days mom needs 24 hour care. Kimbell Home Care were able to service mom 7 days a week 24-hours each day . Other companies wanted to charge me $[removed] per hour due to mom being bed bound . Kimbell Home charged us $[removed] per hour . Very affordable . They are very dependable . They have no problem with cleaning mom or even changing diapers . They even took the time to feed her . The owner [name removed] is also hands on . She worked side by side with her staff . she always treated her staff so kind . Mom and [name removed] has bonded . And its so sweet . [name removed] and her staff are amazing . She is such a small frame little lady but is she able to lift and transfer my husband with no problem . Her rates are very affordable. When she comes in the morning to service my husband she always greets both of us and even though she cares for my husband she cooks breakfast for both of us. Very dependable and you can tell she loves what she does. She truly heaven sent . I would give Kimbell Home Care million stars if i could . she is the sweetest . I used At Home Silver Care in [dates removed] when my dad became bed-ridden. I took the night shift but needed around the clock care for him during the day. At Home Silver Care provided very competent personalized care. [name removed] the owner is very attentive to any concerns or questions and her demeanor is so calm and comforting. I would recommend At Home Silver Care to anyone in need of help for their elderly parents.

From the first phone call to the owners, [names removed] of Seniors Helping Seniors our experience has been nothing but positive. We were looking for a overnight caregiver for our 95 year old parents and within two weeks we had been set up with a very professional caregiver, [name removed]. Senior Helpers told me about a grant from Will County that I could apply for and another program with Synapticure no one else had. They have been great. Senior Helpers is an agency that provides in home care. Care givers always prompt.

[name removed] took care of my mother for a short time only because she passed away. She was enthusiastic, engaged and willing to help in any way she could. [name removed] was a delight to work with and was very helpful in getting us help, even on the weekend and holidays.

Preferred Care Haven has been fantastic. They were very responsive when we urgently needed help over the holiday season. They provided caregivers long before other organizations even returned our calls. They have listened to our needs and have been very flexible and resourceful in meeting those needs. Our dedicated caregiver has been professional, kind and compassionate. I would gladly recommend their services to other families without hesitation.

From the first conversation, where Nick got to know my family’s situation, until our last one, when my folks moved out of the area, [name removed] was a gem: knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. He carefully explained all the necessary information, patiently answered questions, and repeatedly showed his commitment to honest and caring communication. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met — even once helping my parents navigate the Phoenix airport when I wasn’t able to do it! What unbelievable kindness! Amazing care from kind qualified caregivers. Someone will be there, no matter the time if help is needed. Our main caregiver would even take his patients for a ride, to get a cup of coffee, to appointments, or just to get out of the house for a change of environment. Lifelong friend for sure!

They are always helpful and always there for us. Any time I need to rearrange the schedule, they are more than happy to help with advance notice.
