Overall a good place for your loved one

It has been very pleasant

This community was very nice and it was very homey and warm. I really liked this community.

The care services there would be an absolute ten out of ten, and we have heard the food there is very good. They have just gone above and beyond given the situation with covid. They quickly recognized our mother had covid, they reacted quickly, they notified us quickly and got her to the hospital. Those actions caused our loved one to survive, and they have just had great communication overall.

The staff went out of their way for everything. They are friendly and are always available to answer questions. Any time my loved one needs anything they let us know and the communication is great. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We sent our mother for a respite stay, she couldn't be alone while we were away. Needless to say, when the time comes for permanent care, this will be our choice.

My mom recently passed away at Norberts. Our family was so pleased with her caregivers and she loved the home cooked food (a really amazing endorsement as she was a great cook/had little appetite). My tour was informative and I was impressed with her knowledge. The residents are happy and smiling, they even stopped to speak to us! I will definitely consider this community for my Mother when the time is right!

If you are looking for a place for someone, you couldn't find a better place. The workers are wonderful. They take care of us and help us. They give us things to do (activities) and take us out to places. I love it here!

The staff at Elmcroft, are all so friendly and easy to talk too.I1I have mention to my family, how friendly even the residents are. I have had my husband in two other places and Elmcroft rated so much higher in care and attitude. We are all very happy with our choice. I would advise anyone seeking this type of place for one of their family to certainly check this place out. Good luck to anyone facing a decision like this.

I toured this facility on 6/23/17. What a beautiful, clean, and friendly facility. I am definitely moving forward with respite care for my father. It is close to home too.

One of the nicest things about this facility is it's smaller.When we toured they had us speak with residents who lived there. They were all eager to tell us how wonderful the community is and how much they enjoyed living there. They have activities going on all the time.They have an event every holiday. It's a great community.

Norbert's took very good care of my Dad during his stay. His health and appetite improved greatly after being there for only one week. The staff there were wonderful and were very prompt at filling any requests we made. The room was a nice size, furnished with a kitchen. I was happy we moved my Dad there and would recommend them. The care he received there was excellent.
