It's really a good place. It's very clean, and the staff is really friendly. Overall the residence is priced one way, but the levels of care are priced differently. Considering the cleaning and what they have, they are a pretty good value. The residents can wear a necklace or a bracelet, and regardless of what she needs an emergency or not and she pushes the button and they are right there. They are pretty quick to respond and they contact the family right away, if there is any kind of emergency. I think there are enough activities based on their age and mobility. They are kept entertained. The food is an issue, but that is sort of individual, if there is something that she doesn't like they will make her something else. They will also cut her food in the kitchen, so they aren't standing over her doing it and show her right where everything is, which is very considerate. There was some money that went missing, and they are taking care of it. They are investigating it, and in the mean time they credited her account. Of course I am not happy that it happened, but they are handling it very well, that is what matters.

Overall I think Brighton Gardens has done a good job so far. My loved one has had trouble settling in, but I think Brighton Gardens has a lot to offer. The staff have all been very friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They also have a good variety of activities and outings to keep the residents entertained. The food has also been good whenever I've visited!

Things have gone pretty well so far with Rose Estates! It's a clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been very friendly. They offer a good amount of amenities and care for their residents, and also do a decent job with the food!

Everything seems to be going fine at Bridle Brook! I haven't personally visited often, it did look like a nice place from what I have seen, however. Our loved ones they seem to be enjoying themselves and have not had any complaints!

The community is clean and the staff is friendly. I wish they had more activities. It being clean is what I can rate the highest. I really don’t have anything negative to say. I’m satisfied with the value the community offers.

Very Nice Facility. I like that we can do a short term stay to judge if it's right for us. At this point it is #1 on our list.

So far, we really have nothing negetive to say! Our loved one LOVES the food! Whenever we visit, everything looks first class and nicely kept! The staff all seem very attentive and courteous! As for the activities, I hear that there is always something going on. The residents can't always participate, but they do offer the options. When we were exploring, this seemed to be the most reasonably priced option around here! Some of the others have a lot of ameneties and services rolled up into one big price, but this is more of an a la carte service, so if you don't need some services, you don't have to pay for them!

Terrific staff. Very attentive and caring. Outstanding food, too. They could stand to update their decor a bit - a bit "late 1980s" in theme. Something to make the lobby and living areas much brighter and cheerful would help.

Very nice facility. Cares for their rents. Has good interactive programs. Unfortunately, showing its age. Newer properties units are more uptodate.

So far we're very pleased with this community! It is a beautiful place, very bright and airy decor, with a lot of windows, and they keep the place spotless. The staff have been outstanding, they're always very helpful, and ready to answer any questions or concerns that we might have. They've got all sorts of amenities on site, like a hairdresser, or manicurist. They have plenty of activities to keep everyone active and entertained, and the activities director is awesome. She stops by every day to let Mom know what is going on and invite her to join. The food is also great, it's prepared on-site by their chefs, and has always been delicious when I've eaten there. One thing I will note is that families should be wary about keeping any valuables here, my Mom had some rings go missing, and it may be better to let family members take care of those.

This was one of the locations we looked at while looking into care options. The staff were friendly, and the building was nice looking and clean. We felt it would have been a good fit, however it was a little less conveniently located for us.

This was a relatively new facility, probably 2 years old. They were really nice, I took mom over there to see if she liked it and she really liked it. The only thing about it is the rooms are really, really small. She would not have been able to bring her bedroom furniture in. I don't know what they were thinking building a room for an adult that couldn't fit a full size bed; I don't know any adults who sleep on twin beds.

I don't interact with the staff a whole lot but the ones I have been are a five. The thing I like about Riverwalk is the smell, because some of them (more of the nursing homes), you walk in and you smell urine and this doesn't smell like anything; so that was a big plus for me. I like that she has her own room and I like all the activities that she can do, she's made a lot of friends. I know she kind of fusses about her showers, she gets 3 a week and she wants to take more but I'm in agreement with them, she doesn't need to shower everyday. When we first looked at Riverwalk Commons and my mother got evaluated, the nurse said she was at the bottom level of care and 3 weeks later she was at the top, so they're going ot re evaluate her because the nurse said when they're in a better environment they usually perk up. Also, when she moved in, Riverwalk Commons was having a move-in incentive, I think it was free or at a reduced price, they have a moving company they partner with and they were just awesome.

All the employees are so nice and helpful. Food is fantastic too! just wish there were more opportunities for field trips.

I was good. It was more expensive and the building was a little bit larger. I liked the smaller places.

It's fine, they've got some issues they need to attend to but generally it's very good. They need to fix their entrance key pad lock and they need to clean their carpets more often but other than that the staff is wonderful and accomodating.

My mother is there and I have been there. I saw no issues whatsoever with cleanliness. We had been paying for 24hr care so we couldn't be frightened by any price - the value appears to be very fine. My mother doesn't participate in any of the activities but that's not to say they aren't available. We like the fact that they've been very responsive to my mother's needs. If we say we need this done, they say no problem. Maybe all places have this feeling, like they're half a staff person short or something. I'm sure they meed the standards in Kansas though.

I'm real happy with it. Everything is very expensive, obviously, but comparing to the prices of other facilities I looked at, the value is there. My parents are always busy. There is physical therapy, speech therapy, pinochle games. The nurses that are there are involved. Obviously there are some that are better than others but overall I'm really happy with this facility. I have recommended it to other people looking for a place for their folks.

The independent cottages are very nice and the assisted living bldg.was bright and didnt feel like a 'nursing home'. Annie was very informative.

Obviously the price or cost was one issue but we just thought that the facility looked ideal for my wife's mom. The rooms were nice, the meals that they provided looked like the were outstanding. It was indicated and also obvious that they keep the facility well maintained. We tried the food also and it was very good. My wife's mom likes it very much, she said she really likes it and enjoys socializing with the people who are there. Like we did, anybody that's considering that type of care, they need to look at different options and make a choice based on what they see and what will be best for them.
