This is a very fine place to live. I would give it an A+ for accommodations, food, and service.I also must mention that the staff all deserve a good pat on the back. Excellent, Especially Laura, the manager!

My husband and I transferred to Floyd Place from another AL. I am very happy with this place. The staff here are wonderful. I believe I would never have found better care for my husband. Although he is now passed, I couldn't imagine moving anywhere else. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My mom was not accepting of assisted living. We toured the facility and ate lunch there. Now my mom is sold on assisted living. The food was very good and that was one of her fears was that the food wasnt going to be good. The staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean. Thank you to Bridle Brook for changing my Moms mind.

I actually moved my dad to this place by default and was pleasantly surprised. We originally moved him to a different community and soon found out that they were not equipped to care for his particular disease. To make a long story short, we ended up up moving Dad to Hope Memory Care where the staff is excellent. It's been a great experience so far.

This is a great place for my mom or any of my other loved ones. I would recommend to friends. Staff is excellent and i feel comfortable knowing everything is fine.

My mom lived there for a couple of years before she passed away. The staff were so good to us and mom. They treated us like family!

Amazing staff, caring management. They always go the extra mile to make sure I am happy. Its the little things that count.

My mother in law has been here for about two months. The staff is great, they have really pulled her in to the activities, she tells us that she's busy. She looks forward to getting her nails and hair done every week. We eat there at least once a week and enjoy the food.

I think that the facility itself is great; it has a great indoor environment. The food is wonderful. I think they probably could have somebody available to help new residents get acclimated more, like encouraging them to participate in activities.

They do a wonderful job at Forest Creek Commons! It's a clean, well kept community, and the people all seem very nice. They've got all kinds of activities and amenities they provide for the residents, and I've heard good things about the food! I also really appreciate how easy they made the paperwork and move-in process!

We love Stratford Commons. We like that there are activities going on all the time. So my father-in-law isn't just sitting in his room by himself all day. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. We've only been there for about a month, but so far it's been a great change.

We have been here just a week but are much relieved that everything is just fine. The major motivation to our coming here was cost which is much less than any other place in or about Springfield and you are getting much more for your money than anyplace else. The staff here is very helpful and makes a concerted effort to make sure everyone is happy living here. The food overall is really good and the servings are generous and there is an abundance of daily activities in which all can participate. I would without qualification recommend this place to anyone considering an independent living facility. In short one would be well served by considering this facility before making any decision on independent living.

The Brenden Gardens could offer some more care services that the residents would need. But other than that, it is really a great place. They have a lot of great food and the staff members are very friendly.

It appears to be just fine. Mom seems happy. She likes the food and the people. They were only a little more expensive than others, though not by much. We chose it because we liked the location. It seems to have worked out really well so far.

Very caring and professional staff. Management is always available to help with my or my mother's concerns. They go the extra mile to make it feel like home.

Exactly what my in-laws were looking for and they have so far been very pleased.

We love it. It's better than what we expected it to be. They are doing a little bit of remodeling so there has been a little bit of disrupt. They have done a lot of upgrades, it was already fine before but the remodeling has made it even nicer. What we love the most is that the staff is really great with my mother. They totally get Alzheimer's, they have activities all the time, and they are at their level. They are very proactive, they notice things before we do. It's memory care in an assisted living environment. Even on paper this was the best option. They were even in the low end price wise, it's a flat fee, and everything is included.

I am not being factious or anything, but I really do not know how they could improve upon anything over at the Brenden Gardens. It just wholeheartedly deserves a five-star overall rating from me.

I think they have done well in trying to get to know my husband. I think they have done well in trying to get to know his interests and tailor some activities towards that. I think they are very caring and interested in the family. They respond well to any concerns too. I think their communication is good as well.

So far so good. I am happy with Morningside, I would give them a five. She complains about the food, but she complains about everything. I haven't tried it but it looks fine, and they provide snacks, and cookies and things. I know that they are doing some work on the meals, so hopefully that should end any complaints she has in that area. Overall I am pleased with them, they do a good job.
