Very nice people and very good care.

Visited today and loved it. Met with [Removed] who had so much info for us. Loved the whole facility! I would give 10 stars if I could!

My mother lived at Greene Place for several years and it was second to none! The staff was always warm and caring and attentive. My mom absolutely loved it there even up to her last day. She was always talking about how nice everyone was too her and how much fun she was having. The office team is great too! I never had a phone call not returned, a question not answered and the ladies upfront are always willing to listen. We had a few weeks where mom was just not herself and [Removed] was there for us, helping us with calls to the doctor, reminding us that mom was safe, well cared for, and she was going to do everything she could for her and us. She stuck to her word and even though my mom never got better, I knew she was in the right place and that the people there loved her as much as I did. This place is truly a family, we could not be happier. I would recommend anyone and everyone I know to bring their loved one here and feel confident that they would not be disappointed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mother was the caregiver in the family. When she passed away we realized the severity of dad's dementia. She always covered for him. We had to find somewhere to place dad so he would be well cared for. In the next week we were checking out assisted living homes in Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Anamosa. When we got to Pinicon Place we just knew it was the atmosphere for dad. We met with the manager at the time and the head nurse. We checked out the facility and its residents. Everyone appeared to be comfortable and at home. We were sold. The next couple of years dad enjoyed having his own space, talking to the other "guys" and eating good meals. As his dementia became more debilitating he was moved into the Memory Care unit. It provided a safe atmosphere for dad. Dad was a favorite of the staff, even if he was a "salty" character. I have always appreciated the care he received, the concern for his welfare and the consistent updates. Thanks

My loved one is still trying to adjust to living at this community. The staff have been fabulous with trying to help with the adjustment. They have been very nice and supportive of the family. The community is very clean and it is in a good location for us. I would recommend this community.

Our visit at Park Square Manor was pleasant. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. It was too far to work for our family but it's a good option.

We are pleased with Sugar Grove.My mother is adjusting and getting involved in activities. It's always clean when I visit. We chose Sugar Grove because of the location.

I enjoyed the tour very much. The facility is smaller than most which makes it warm and homey. I especially appreciated [Removed] and her listening ear. She seemed genuinely interested in learning about my mother and what her circumstances were and how they could best help meet her needs. Lovely place.

I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking. The girls there are very nice and caring and that is what it takes to a place like that. I have actually already recommended it to friends and family. The place is clean and they take good care of my father, we couldn't be happier so far.

I'am very pleased with my move to this community. It is a wonderful community. The staff is very accommodating, and helpful. They do a good job keeping the community well-kept, and everything looks great. I've tired some of the meals, and the food is very good. I have not had any problems with this community, and I have no complaints. I can see why this community has a good reputation. I would recommend this community, it has been a great experience for me.

I like the care at this community. The staff is nice. We found this to be a positive experience for the care for my mom. The food is good. The activities are an offer to my mom and dad, but they are not active at this time. I like knowing that the community is clean and maintained. I would recommend the care at this community and would recommend it to other families for the good care and value.

My father has been a resident of Morton House for a year and I am continually impressed by the genuine love and care he receives. It amazes me and I believe it starts at the top with that positive attitude trickling down to all the staff, volunteers, residents and family. [Removed] has a heart of gold and she makes it her personal mission to ensure the residents are taken care of physically, mentally and spiritually. I have recommended this facility to others and will continue to do so.

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our mom. Your excellent service has given our whole family such peace of mind that my sister and I felt able to take a vacation together!

These people here are really good with my mom. The staff could not be better. Mom has gotten involved with some of the activities. The food is good and the community is always clean. We really are pleased with everything.

My mother has been a resident at "The Neighborhood at Tellico Village" since May of 2016. She loves it there and we are happy that she is happy! The staff is kind and helpful. She likes having so many activities to do too.

We absolutely loved this community. The staff was great and they were very helpful and the community in its self was wonderful. We got to see all the people out and doing things in the community which I liked.

My mom is very happy, she has been there 3 years. She has made many friend that she won't had if she was still living at home alone. I am happy that my mom is so happy and safe

Things have gone really well here for my loved one. We love the staff and how friendly and caring they are. My loved one has started to get involved with some of the activities that they offer. They have indoor activities and outings that they go on. The food taste good and there is variety.

I like the staff here they are patient and friendly to me and my loved one. The community is always clean and neat. My loved one really likes the cafeteria that they have more so then the big dinning area. They are good about keeping us in the loop about what is going on with my loved one.

My parents are getting settled in at Swan Place. The contact I have had with the staff so far has been good. The food is acceptable. The community is clean and well maintained. They offer daily activities.
