Pathfinder Place was a beautiful place for my sister to have lived. It is in a good location & easy to get to. All the staff went out of their way to make her life there happy & homelike. The medical attention was 1st rate. The meals were great. The activities & entertainment were good. The phy- therapy sessions were good. The church services were good. Everyone was very friendly & helpful to my sister & to myself when I visited. When my sister's life drew to a close, the staff went out of their way to help the daughters & family deal with end things. Pathfinder Place in my opinion is TOP NOTCH - all around. Fremont is very lucky to have a place like this available to seniors who need an alternative place to live when living at home is no longer able to be done. GOD BLESS all the residents & staff!!

I have been to this facility many times, the staff are always friendly and nice. The residents are clean and neat, and seem happy. I would recommend placing a family member in this facility.

Hope Memory Center is a god send in our community. The building is beautiful and always very clean. The staff is always warm and inviting staff seems to really care about the residents, and always go above and beyond to meet resident’s needs. It is a pleasure to work with the staff at Hope.

The care staff are excellent in caring for my mother. They ask her about her needs, and wants. They treat her with respect. I am impressed with the overall care of the residents. They know them as individuals and take an interest in their lives. I really like that they ask about her food preferences. They care about what the residents what to eat and like. The staff encourage very content at Morton Place.

This community is a true example of family. My Mother had the opportunity to live at Amelia Place and at first hated the idea of moving out of her home but by the time she passed at Amelia Place she was telling everyone in town that this is the place to be and I still come visit when I am back this way because this staff cared not just for Mom but for my whole family. I recommend Amelia Place to anyone!

Pinicon Place staff truly make this facility work for its residents. We have always found the facility to be very clean. That's so important. And our family member seems to be very busy all the time and that is very beneficial too. There are little things that slip through the cracks once in a while. Mostly that happens as staff changes. And yet on the other hand, sometimes those staff changes make things better in some way. Older folks for the most part do not like change. That is a given. We as a family try to promote with the Pinicon staff in Anamosa that we look at their efforts for our loved one to be a 'true teamwork effort' with us. It is so true that it takes all of us communicating helpfully and respectfully and fondly. Thank you very much to the Anamosa Pinicon staff for your care of our loved one. She has blossomed in the year and a half she's been your resident.

It’s rare that you come across standout talent like [Removed]. I have had the pleasure of working with [Removed] collaborating on the care needs of my Mother. I am particularly impressed by [Removed] ability to handle even the toughest requests effortlessly, a skill that seems to come naturally to her. Memory Care in of itself can be a challenging; no matter how tense a situation, [Removed] makes sure everyone has a smile. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing [Removed] several months, during this time I am impressed with her ability to really stand out, And, of course, her personality is such a joy. She's goes above and beyond... Love her. I am very pleased with the facility, [Removed], Peaches are all are very welcoming. Nursing staff are also very helpful.

This is a nice community for care. We like that the staff is helpful. They need to improve in the house keeping area and some of the improvements were suppose to be taken care of. They allow you to cook on tour own. The community is clean and maintained. We like the cost and the care that is offered here for care.

i moved my mom there in Aug and she loves it compared to where she was at . the staff are fantastic the care goes above and beyond for her . the food is great it is an amazing place for elder parents all top notch rehab dept and service. the rooms are great and i can see a change in her she seems a lot happier again thank you to all the staff and bless you for the service you provide to our aging loved ones

Moving our loved one to Pinicon Place was one of the best decisions we made. We were so nervous at first not knowing what to expect, especially after we knew she would need to be placed in the Memory Care Unit but we took the advice of the staff there and realize now that this was the best place for her to be. The staff has been amazing and always keeps us informed of how our loved one is doing when we're not there. I've come to know the staff there and many of them call me by name when I come in so having that connection has been wonderful. Just knowing that our loved one is being so well taken care of when we can't be there has taken a huge weight off our shoulders. The newsletter they put out every month has also been great to keep our family informed of all the activities they have for the residents there. Once in awhile we'll see a picture of our loved one involved in some activity in the newsletter and so that really makes us feel great knowing that she's keeping busy while she's there and making new friends. I would totally recommend Pinicon Place if you're looking for a Care Center for your loved one. Like I said earlier, it was the best decision we made.

This is a wonderful community, and my mother in law is doing great with her move here. We are satisfied with all they have done for us. She is in a good facility, and receiving good care. The staff is taking good care of her, and her needs. We have already recommended this community to everybody, it is a great facility.

This is a very good place! Though my mother doesn't love having to live in a place other than home, she is quite satisfied with her stay. My mother doesn't take advantage of participating in activities too often, but there are plenty of opportunities for her to join in. She also gets plenty of opportunities to socialize with residents during meal times. We are all very pleased!

Mom is doing well Church Creek. The staff have been helpful and we have good communication with them. She likes the food especially the desserts. They offer daily activities and the community is beautiful. They invite family to enjoy meals with their loved one. I would recommend this community.

My mom moved in permanently after a 30 day stay for rehab. The staff are wonderful. They treat her like family. The Director, [Removed], provides the personal touch and is always available to the family and the resident. The building is beautiful, well maintained with a security system. I’m happy my mother is living in a great place. Thanks!

We just moved our Mother from a different facility into Cottonwood Place and WOW what a difference. The staff is so helpful and really seems to care for our Mom. She says she is now " living in Heaven" and is loving all the activities and the smaller portions of food. She is enjoying the courtyard and we feel she has adapted so well because of the staff. My 100 year old mother currently lives here and has been there for about 2 years. I find the facility very nice and clean and the staff very dedicated to their task of caring for the elderly. We are there as a result of my mother-in-law being there a few years back and the good experience we had with Cotton Wood and the staff at that time. So I'm a repeat customer which speaks loads. While we all wish the price was less, the cost is less than most other facilities in Columbus and feel the evaluation of level of care required has been fair.

The staff are excellent they are supportive, friendly and encouraging. The food seems good and they offer a variety of choices. They do offer daily activities and the community is wonderful. We chose this community due to the cleanliness and the staffing. I would recommend this community.

My mother has recently arrived there and loves the warmth and caring of the people. She enjoys the friendships that she is making, and looks forward to meals everyday once again. There is someone to talk to and to laugh with! It's the next best thing to home! So inviting and cheery to be there!
