The Bridges program appears to not have the staffing or the activities you would expect for a program that is intended to provide more support than the ASL program. The communication between staff and family is not scheduled but only on request. Hence little ability for the family to understand the staff concerns or the staff to understand family concerns regarding the bridges participant.

Had a great experience with Arbor Terrace. I would recommend.

Move in was tough, but they had had a busted pipe at Christmas and were in progress of renovations. We had to move 3 times. Was hard on me and him! They said they would move his stuff, but changed their mind when it was time to move him. There is no sink in the kitchen. I didn't realize it. Not one of the places he had lived before had not so I never thought to look or notice when we walked thru. It's a big deal when u have to use a bathroom sink to wash a coffee cup.... yuk!! Staff is half and half. They have some great long term staff which has been a big deal for me! But the ones that are not great are mostly on weekends holidays etc. His room is supposed to be deep cleaned is their term. It has not been that since he has lived there. They leave his clothes all over the room when it's two steps to the laundry basket in the bathroom. His room is dusty, he is on oxygen. We have had several meetings with all departments involved. It's just laziness. I got a letter in the mail in March they are going up on our fees so they can pay more! I'm not sure I get it!! Anyway, the food is an issue due to the fact that dad is diabetic and the usual only diabetic choice for the meal is a garden salad. When he first moved in, it was different. The food was good and better choices. They have made cuts, I'm assuming in the food budget, at corporate. If it continues, this may be the straw that breaks the camels back. I really love the director. But there is only so much she can do. I'm not so happy with the nurse in charge of the techs. I believe her excuses she makes to me on why they never do their job is why it never happens. She allows them to be that way. That is the main problem there. I don't like the pharmacy that they use to package. Dad is VA and they will not package his OTC medications, so we have to buy them from them. There is just getting to be a lot of problems for us. I'm wondering if there is a good place for him to live!

It's very expensive they almost do to much as its Like a expensive nursing home. There was almost no rehabilitation for mom after knee replacement. They pushed her in wheelchair instead of making her use walker. They wiped her after using toilet. She was totally capable of doing this. But management wanted them to do this. She lost all independence and waited for them to do everything. She has beginning dementia so she has no thoughts on her own uses excuses for everything and she took advantage of this. Also medication provided was $90 a month when it should have been only $8 what you pay at Publix. To give medication was $500 a month. They give medication that gives them uncomfortable diarrheas. Depends They charge a lot for and they don't come out to tell you to buy them yourself. Than they tend to disappear with not knowing if they were used on her. Because she would not use bathroom but go in pants. It was crazy.

The people who work and live at the summit are wonderful. The facility is clean and decorated tastefully. There are activities to keep my dad busy all day long. He is known by name, and I feel good that he is in the right spot

My mother is happy at The Arbor at Bridgemill community and we would recommend them to other families who made need a place for their loved ones. the dining staff at the community is very friendly and helpful.

I’m a respite care “patient “ recovering from a fractured femur. I was concerned about fitting in at a residential facility but from day one the staff was pleasant and made me feel welcome. I have physical and occupational therapy and several activities a day. My medication is closely monitored . They are encouraging and working to get me home. A place for me and your Mom!

I have been visiting my Aunt at this facility for over 2 years and have found [name removed] to be the most friendliness and helpful person. No matter what the situation is, she is always smiling and willing to help. She puts a smile on the residents faces.

Arbor Terrace Willistown was recommended by a home nurse, our neighbor who is a physical therapist, several CCH ER nurses and the Coatesville VA Medical Center. The staff knew my loved one's names almost immediately and everyone was so very helpful as we moved them into their unit. The meals are terrific and the kitchen makes a special ice cream sundae for my loved one. The housekeeping could use a bit of improvement, as I've needed to take trash out several times. Overall, I would recommend Arbor Terrace Willistown to others.

We loved the Arbor Terrace Willistown community. They treated my father with a lot of kindness. The community was kept clean and the meals they prepared for the residents was good. Based on the experience we had with the community, we would recommend them to others.

The majority of the staff at The Preserve at Palm Aire are very friendly and kind. It's the staff in the dining room that are not very kind or friendly. The servers I have had trouble with and their bad attitude, and then how long they take to serve the meals. All in all, I would recommend The Preserve at Palm Aire. It's overall a very good operation.

I would highly recommend the community. It is supportive and friendly. We picked this community because of the location.

The Arbor at Bridgemill really is a wonderful place, and there are many residents there that love the community and do consider it home. However at the moment our loved one is still adjusting to the community.

The staff is friendly and the attendees are regular at Arbor Terrace Citrus Park. On most of our visits, we see the same caretakers. The move in process was easy and the staff was accommodating. I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrace Citrus Park to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Mariposa and the experience has been pretty good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness is good. The quality of care and staff is good, also. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

It had an uplifting feeling because it was modern and newer. For me all the places I visited had comparable amenities and good people but some of them looked old. They are all expensive too. So might as well look good because my mother was on the fence. Good people running the place/ nice surroundings/ apartments are very nice some look at a lake/ food is ok not great/ my mother is very picky. Looks more like a hotel than a home.

Everyone is very friendly, therapy is good, food is good. But there seems to be lack of communication with regard to some of my sister's medications. Seems that she doesn't receive one of her pills to help with her itching because head nurse feels she will be over medicated even though the script was written by the attending physician at Resurrection Hospital while she was there from an ER visit. We are currently looking into this.

Our family had an in person tour with Arbor Terrace and it was also a wonderful tour experience but they didn't have a room available when we needed to move our loved one.

My main issues relate to money. They assessed my mother at a low level of care but then raised that within a month - even though her condition did not change. At the beginning of the calendar year, the rate for each care level increased. Then at her one year anniversary, the rent portion went way up. With all of that, we were then paying a lot more than what we expected when we signed on. I complained and they reduced all of it somewhat. Anyway, maybe this happens everywhere. But it is an issue. Once an elderly person gets settled in, a move would be difficult. I think they take advantage of that. All in all, I think it is a very good place. It is a little smaller than others I looked at. So, even though my mother is not outgoing and does not do the activities, she knows most of the residents and staff. The staff is very capable and warm which seems like the most important thing.

Meals are perfection and the main reason that we don't consider any other place. The staff is always pleasant and on task. When things do go awry, I have found management very receptive to meetings and correction. We were told last Oct that the pool would be open for water aerobics in March. If you take a look at it now you will see the walls and ceilings are under some kind of construction. So the pool is an elusive dream that I can not get an answer on. Activities are only advertised each day with a print out at the desk that the resident must remember to pick up. No advance activity schedule improvised so you can plan your week. Religious services were presented as a perk, but transportation does not happen. Door to door advertising to make people aware of activities does not happen routinely. People are left to figure it out on their own. Wine parties are a routine 3 times a week and seem to be a hit with a very select group. Cliques develop among the residents, which makes it hard to enter into the community as a new person.
