[Name removed] and the team are the best, I can tell the way they take care of their facility to be kept up to date with maintenance and cleanliness, they care even more about their patients. I definitely recommend Sierra Vista for assisted living.

The entire staff work tirelessly to care for the residents. I've personally witnessed the staff purchasing clothing, shoes and treats for the residents. It gives me joy to see such compassion bestowed upon our residents.

They had a calendar of activities, and they had outings for the people that were able to go out to the casino or Walmart. It look good and smelled good. They posted the menus for all the meals, and you can pick one or another, or go a la carte.

The staff is friendly and patient. They are helpful and keep us aware of any concerns or problems.

We saw Pacifica Senior Living Sierra Vista and we were 100% happy with it. It was excellent all the way around and it looked good, and it seemed very well organized.

[Name removed] was always a shining star. He held different positions with different responsibilities but was always willing to listen and help. Many of the caregivers treated my mom as a special "grandma". It has been over a year since my mom passed and I still think of this place fondly.

My mother was a resident here for almost 4 years. There were ups and downs but overall she was well taken care of. When problems did arise the facility was quick to fix it. Finding caring staff to care for people with all levels of dementia seems to be an ongoing mission here.

My mom has moved into Valley Crest Memory Care. It is good and the staff members are very friendly and very helpful. We toured it before COVID started and it all looked good.

This is a wonderful community to visit. The love for the residents is known from the moment you walk in the door. [name removed] will welcome you with her amazing smile! They have just finished landscaping the entire outdoor courtyard for residents, it looks great! Ask for a virtual tour if you are not able to visit in person.

My mm is a resident and I live in Arkansas. I call mom everyday and get to hear her voice but most of all she blows me kisses. So important to me. Thank you staff, love you all.

I am truly Blessed to have my mom at Valley Crest. They take great care of her and makes me feel like I am part of their family. I live in Arkansas and it is hard being so far away. I found Crescendo Sr. Living to be a very caring community. My mom was a very difficult person and fought leaving her own home until age 93. One of the few conversations I had with my mom when she was cognizant was one where she said she felt she was in the best place she could be given her situation. She said everyone was very nice and it was clean there but lacked decor. [Name removed], the director, was on top of everything and right before my mom passed I noticed there was new furniture in the media room to accommodate the residents and it looked very nice. My mom's room was kept clean and her bed was clean and made up for her. My brother dropped in all different hours of the day and I dropped in after work on on weekends and we always noticed how caring the staff was and willing to do anything we needed for our mom's comfort. I had searched for a couple of years knowing the time my mom would need more care was imminent and I feel that Crescendo is very reasonable for the cost of the room and the care they provided. The people in their care seemed to enjoy the food and there was a salon as well for nails and hair needs for the residents. I was impressed with this facility and would highly recommend. We were very warmly welcomed, arriving to the small of fresh baked cookies! I felt the staff really listened to our concerns and needs and responded well with options for living and care that are surprisingly affordable. The property has been very nicely updated and feels fresh and clean. The variety of comfortable gathering spaces was impressive and we love the idea of being able to reserve them for family parties. The smaller community has a very familiar feeling and we can see why residents love living there!

The facility was outstanding. The amenities were excellent and the staff was very helpful.

We couldn't be happier with the wonderful care my mother is receiving at Valley Crest! The care is professional and thorough but above all they are loving and caring. It is quite a comfort to our family.
