I do laughter with the residents and staff. This is done twice a month and is a joy to be here. Staff uses the laughter tools when I am not here.

Valley Crest has a very loving environment when every I visit and they are very helpful to all patients. I would recommend them to anyone in need! I work for Bridge Home Health and the care staff is absolutely wonderful.

I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for yourself or loved one. Staff is always friendly and available. Very clean and multiple activities are done. I would say this is the best facility I have been to in the high desert.

My grandma is very well taken care of and loved here at Valley Crest. She is always clean, her hair done daily and is dressed nicely. The staff is always patient and kind during tough situations that are troublesome to most. I can't say enough good things about Valley Crest. Valley Crest, thank you for loving my Grandma.

I work with hospice patients on a daily basis and I visit Valley Crest at least twice a week and am always surprised how well the place is run. It's always clean, the staff is always willing to help. They care for the residents like they are family. I recommend Valley Crest to all my clients.

Employees greeted me at the door, very polite, a very organized place. I was offered water as the tour went on. Residents here look very well taken care of and I would recommend families to this facility.

I placed my mom at Valley Crest when she could no longer lie in assisted living. I was very concerned but the people who work there are really wonderful! They actually care about my mom, and she feels their caring. Any concerns I may have are taken care of immediately. I couldn't have found any place better for my mom. They care about family, too and always make me feel welcomed when I visit and when I call about my mom. Try Valley Crest, you will be pleasantly surprised like I was!

Pacifica is a very nice place every time I come in which is Monday through Friday. The staff are very friendly and helpful every time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great retirement home.

Facility is very clean. Staff is very attentive to their residents. Follow directions from our hospice staff. Thorough with assessments when asked. Staff is very friendly and always call hospice or others when they have any questions or changes of condition.

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions and concerns. She went over everything for me. This was a 2 story building and the memory care was on the second floor. I didn't like that he had no access to the garden area. It was a big facility and to many turns to get where you are going. I think my husband would be overwhelmed here. I recommend families tour this place before choosing.

This is a good place I have a small studio apartment here. I eat 3x a day and the meals are nutritious and well balanced, the portions are almost to much. The caregivers are great and they do a lot for me they are wonderful. They come in and clean 1x a week and do my laundry every other day. The housekeeping is great and the halls are big and clean. I enjoy the daily activities like bingo and the exercise classes. And I love the daily word. I would recommend this community.

My mom lives at this community and the care has been excellent. The staff really take the time to make sure her needs are consistently met. 5 stars!!

I chose this community because they take excellent care of my dad and my mom used to be here too. The Lakes at Banning is always clean they are attentive and keep everything well maintained. Staff members are always happy, cheerful and helpful. My dad joins in all the activities such as games, exercises and take rides through the hills and countryside. The food is wonderful I would highly recommend this community. This is the Cadillac of assisted living!

Meridian Gardens provides its residents with a service of community and freedom that I have not seen at other memory care communities. Whenever I visit, I see residents interacting with each other in the television room, doing crafts or puzzles in the dining room, relaxing in the central courtyard or just sitting in the chairs surrounding the courtyard. Meridian Gardens provides independence to their residents while keeping them safe.
