Tarrytowne Estates Management LLC

This is the first place we looked at. All of the other locations we visited / researched were compared to Tarrytowne Estates None of them even came close. We moved my father in law in two weeks ago and we are still very pleased.

Very warm reception by staff and residents. Beautiful grounds. Great looking apts. and common areas.

Loved the property and the staff. Top of list right now for Houston.

Has 1400 square foot double apartment with large storage area. It is $3600 for one person. Best use of space with large room like a living room. About ten minutes from my house but easy to get to coming home from work.

Things are going quite well since we moved into Tarrytowne. The food is good. The staff have been friendly and very helpful. They offer a lot of daily activities and the community is clean. I would recommend this community to anybody.

Tarrytowne felt like home the minute I walked in the door, and now that I've been here for 10 days, I made a good choice. Everyone I've met is happy here, and the activities offered are full of variety. The food is good too!

That the staff seem to care about the people there. And the comfort of the place is real good makes it feel like home. She only been there a few months and I like it.

I could give them a 4.5 out of 5. In short the overall experience with Tarrytown has been great. They cannot do enough to help you out. The value is great and the walking paths are great.

It is a great community, the pond and ducks are lovely and the grounds are beautiful. However, more organized off-campus activities would be wonderful

I would recommend. It feels like home. I picked this community because no big deposit was required and it's a large apartment.

Our family had an in person tour with Villa Serena and it is a nicer older facility, but you had to pay for food although it looked good

The community has done a great job with covid and focused on the safety of the residence. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is really good and they have lots of activities available for the residence

A pleasant and sunny location. Allesandra Rau was quite professional. The size of the units was very good. LIked that gardening and bird feeders could by a part of the life. Overall a superior impression

I'd like to see a chair lift installed in pool - would make it so much easier for many. Lovely place.

The staff were very nice but buildings were old. The biggest issue for us is that the buildings are spread apart and you need to walk "OUTSIDE" to get to common area. Given my mother in-law's mobility and Houston weather, that would prevent her from ever leaving her apartment. Also, the location was not the best for us.

i didn't think my mom would like the outdoor covered walkways to get to the main buildings...a little dated but well kept, like the mature neighborhood. location puts me over the 10-15mins to get there in an emergency

Lovely property with outdoor pool. Staff are friendly & genially care about residents. Residents observed were having fun & laughing. Separate buildings with covered walkways to main building - weather exposure. Although complex is old, room sizes are large and management willing to make some upgrades.

My mom thought the community looked older and it was less modern looking. She was not too thrilled about the place. It was not bad and the price was better. We did have to consider that they were too far. They showed us a clean community and were prepared for our visit. They even did good following up afterwards.

This is a clean community and the people I met were nice. This community seems to offer a lot of nice amenities. I did not like that the doors to the apartments did not open to the outside.
