Our family had an in person tour and the lady who gave us the tour was very nice, sweet and professional. Even though it is an independent community they do have outside services you can hire if your loved one needs extra assistance. However just in the end we realized this would not be the best fit for our loved one but the community was very well maintained and clean.

My mom loves the staff. When you are told it is like family from the beginning, they really mean it. Every time I visit her, it's always a positive experience in every way. Couldn't ask for more...

The staff members have just been awesome, right when we stepped foot into the community we knew it was the place for our loved one. It was just so lovely and open and we were very impressed. Our loved one just raves about the meals, they are really good. We have nothing negative to say about the place. Our loved one does need a little assistance getting around, and they will help take her to get her meals. They are very attentive to all the residents needs.

Terrytowne Estates is a wonderful place and we have had a good experience. We looked at others and we came here and had lunch and the food was very good. The facility was also very pretty and nice so we decided this would be the best fit. We have a double apartment and it is very spacious. It has 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, and I still have extra space. I would recommend them to others looking.

We really like the Tarrytowne Estates community, they do a great job keeping it clean. The staff members are very cooperative and the meals they serve are really good.

We were very happy with Tarrytowne Estates. We chose it mainly in the beginning for the price. At first I realized it was an older property and we weren't sure, but it is a gem. The staff members really make this place wonderful. The meals here are chef prepared, I have eaten here many times and it exceeds others places I have eaten. I think they go out of their way to be helpful and would recommend it.

Absolutely love this place ! It is all around a beautiful community and staff is so caring with all the residents. My mother in law feels safe and happy . She made great friends and everytime i visit, it is a great time . Definitely recommend .

You are treated like family and the food is healthy and so good.

Tarrytowne is everything I had hoped for in a retirement community. The staff and residents are friendly, caring, and concerned. Unfortunately, my husband's dementia prevented him from adjusting as I had hoped, and he transferred to an assisted living facility near Tarrytowne.

Well designed apartments, well maintained grounds, great food (3 times a day!), dedicated staff eager to assist and please, friendly residents, and lots of games & activities with chances to socialize...WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE??

This community fits us (two old persons) to all our needs at this time in our life. We get good meals, we get the exercise we need and many activities are available. The people here are friendly and helpful. The management are aware of the needs of older people and are always willing to listen to us and willing to help in whatever our problems. We may be having at any time. They always seem to enjoy working with us and listening to our complaints if we have any. We feel we were very lucky when we found their place to live. We hope we are able to spend the rest of our lives here. “They care”, [Removed] age 93 & 90 years old.

Some of the thing we appreciate about Tarrytowne. Extremely well prepared meals. Many varied activities and entertainment programs. Apartments cleaned weekly. A well run facility with responsive management and a family atmosphere where residents look after one another. A great place to call home.

Everything is going quite well for me here! The staff are very accommodating and they are giving me the care that I need. This living arrangement has worked out much better for me than my previous living situation!

My parents are very happy at Tarrytowne Estates they love it there and the staff is very friendly, they do keep in touch with me as my father is under Hospice care there. The pricing fits within my parents budget range. They have the studio apt with utilities included. My mom does enjoy going to the dining room and the food is very food. they also deliver their food to their apt for an extra $3.00 charge. The resident doctor service is great so my parents don't have to leave to see a doctor. There is a shuttle service for the residents who would like to go shopping or on field trips and there are lots of activities for the residents as well. I would definitely recommend Tarrytowne Estates to my family and friends.

I found my new home here because upon arriving the love and warm feeling and felt from staff and others living here. The food is very good and the staff eager to serve and take care our needs. I would recommend this for anyone starting. Over I like my apartment. Everyone here is wonderful.

I really like Terrytown Estates. My father in law mentioned that the food is good and he likes his apartment. We also really like the manager,[Removed]. He is always able to answer all of our questions and always returns our calls. He is very understanding.

My wife and I have found this place to be all we thought it would be. There are so many activities we can't do them all. The staff are very helpful & attentive. The food is above average which is a lot more than what you would think. Can't say enough about here as we enjoy the other residents & the activities we all go on.
