My grandparents have been living at StoryPoint for over a year now. In that time, we have met so many wonderful folks! The people are what make this place awesome!

I really enjoy living at StoryPoint I have been here since [date removed] and could not be happier. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. The other residents are all very friendly. I fit I'm right away and stay busy with all the activities.

My mom loves living at StoryPoint. She is very picky, and was not happy at other senior places. She like the staff, food and activities. When my husband and I need to move into senior living we plan to go to StoryPoint-Saline.

All staff is respectful and friendly. The facility is kept clean. They take great care. They take great care of all the residents.

I'm really happy here- have only been here a little over 2 months. Still feeling my way but, it was a great choice!

I feel safe and supported in the community. I feel at home and enjoy my neighbors.

Staff from administrative down one very helping and supportive when you need assistance in need questions answered. Care is excellent are freely given. I gave no complaint except I seem to he getting allow.

My mom has been a resident at StoryPoint Canton for nearly two years and it is a great for her. The staff is friendly, attentive, informative and accessible. She enjoys friendships with other residents, fun group activities and games, a variety of food (three meals a day) and, most importantly, the peace of mind in knowing someone is always there for her assisted living needs. The environment is clean, open, and modern and provides many amenities including a hair salon, movie room, spa, and convenient access to physical therapy. They have an activities calendar and opportunities to enjoy shows and entertainment, bible studies, craft vendors, emotional support therapy and an occasional day out. We're close so we can visit mom regularly and know she is receiving excellent care. If we have any questions or need help, the staff is always very responsive. Their hearts are in it! Thank you, StoryPoint Canton, for all you do in supporting mom during this very special chapter of her life.

Our 98 year old mother has lived alone for many years following the death of our father. We finally got her into Assisted Living by insisting that she can no longer live alone. At first, she was very reluctant to move into Boulder Creek but we're very happy that her transition to has been a blessing for her and her sons. The staff at Boulder Creek have been instrumental to her successful transition.

IV was recommended by my daughter, who is a volunteer here. I found it to be all she said it was- friendly staff, very clean, good food and enjoyable activities. It made the transition from my home seem to be the but decision. I could have mode. There is an atmosphere of "joy" of living. That feeds the soul, as well as the good food that feeds the body.

Everyone is pleasant and helpful caring.

I like it here. The food is pretty good. It's not like home cooking but they are cooking for 100+ people. I would recommend the food to everyone. If you're in a wheelchair you sometimes have to wait for an aide to assist you.

Very pleasant community. Aids and nurses and waiters are always ready to help when needed. I am independent living here and enjoy it. They took great care of my husband when he was living here also.

The facility is beautiful and the food is delicious. My dad is very happy here and is well taken care of. There are great activities for the residents.

5 for every category. Everyone is nice helpful and informative and yes we would recommend Danbury Massillon community to other families based on the experience so far.

The live is safe and clean. Most important thing to me is I'm greeted with a smile, everyone is caring and has no problem listening to me. You feel loved and cared for people are happy.

Danbury Broadview Height caregiver are very kind to the residents. The facility is very upbeat, bright, and cheerful. The food is very good! We appreciate the care my mom receives.

Strongsville Storypoint; you can expect to be warmly welcomed by both staff and residence. Everyone is generally friendly and caring, which makes it feel more like a close neighborhood rather than just a place to live. [name removed] the director is outstanding- always available, friendly and kind. She goes out of her way to make every resident feel valued and supported which truly sets the tone for the entire community. The community is always clean and beautifully maintained. There’s a real sense of community here with plenty of opportunities to socialize stay active and enjoy life independently while knowing help is always nearby if needed.

My experience in the last couple months has been going good so far. I have met new people and have gone my comfort zone. Everyone here are all so friendly.

Overall a very good experience. Staff and residents are friendly and staff is always willing to help. Staff is fun and caring, some of my favorite people ever!
