Overall experience has been pleasant. The staff is nice and approachable. We've had some small issues with the laundry service not picking up and adhering to the schedule. And the food seems to be hit or miss depending on the day. The cleanliness of the facility is always top notch. Most of the administrative systems are accessible online or easy to use iPad type sign in/out. We opted for the only 1 bedroom apt that was available at the time. It is a little small but sufficient.

The Waterford is an excellent place for my mom. The staff and crew have help make the transition smooth and seamless. We recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

We are very happy with our choice. They staff is excellent. They are very attentive and responsive to any needs or requests. There are many activities to get involved in and extra celebrations by the staff. I haven't heard any negative comments from residents. Her apartment is plenty big for her and newly refreshed and all of the floors are being redone with new carpeting and paint. Very nice.

[name removed] was awesome! She took the time to show us the facility, answer all of our questions and make my Mother feel comfortable about making this transition. Her kindness and compassion meant so much. We will definitely consider Rosemont.

The things that stand out about this community is the care and dedication of the staff, the welcoming environment, and the friendliness of everyone including the residents. This is a place that you can call “home “.

My mom has been at Waterford for 3 years now, and I truly believe that it’s one of the best senior living facilities in Springfield. We are so happy with the overall expense and what is included in the cost! We highly recommend Waterford!

My sister [name removed] could not be in a better place because there is none. If I could I would have rated it a 10! I keep saying when I grow up I want to be a resident there! The cleanliness, the food, staff, amenities, activities the facility, every thing you need is there. The only thing that is not there is the rest of her family! But we all love to go there. Most of us live in Louisiana and we don’t want her to move here because I don’t think we could ever fine her a better place.

When I first walked into the Waterford in May of 2022 I was instantly impressed with the ambiance of the place. I had visited other independent living communities but this one seemed different. It was more like walking into the home of a dear friend who had been preparing for my visit for a long time and had prepared everything I might need while I stayed there. The place was beautiful and well maintained, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the residents were milling around like they had places to go and things to do. I wanted, instantly, to be a part of it. Even though I was reluctant to leave my home, which was almost fifty miles away, and the lifestyle I was accustomed to, I felt that I was choosing the best place for me, and the one that would also be a comfort to my family with the concerns that they were having for my wellbeing. I slowly learned my way around and learned the benefits of being in this place that would be my new home. They were much greater than I expected.

Went to Rosemont to tour for my mother. We toured with [name removed] who was wonderful. You could tell she had been doing this for a long time as she knew her stuff. She was very caring and took her time explaining all our future options.

I give it a 5 star rating although as I said before it was not 5 stars for my relative who was not a good fit for Symphony manor....he went on to move to another facility...that being said symphony manor is excellent in every regard my only complaint would be room size.

The staff is amazing! The community is super clean and smells great. I hear the food is great, as they have a chef cooking, although I haven't tried it myself. The activities look great, and my aunt who usually keeps to herself, is socializing and participating in the daily activities. The room is a good size with the furniture we have in it.

My mother lives here. Everyone is so very friendly. The staff is amazing. They have lost of fun activities planned daily for all of the residents. They have weekly outings as well. My mother is very happy here and I am very happy with her living there too.

Overall, The Addison of Oviedo is a great assisted living facility. The leadership and staff are caring and genuinely try to improve when issues are brought up. They have monthly meetings with the residents and family can attend, or join via Zoom. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Activities designed for seniors abound. Considering that these places are running a restaurant, apartment complex, nursing facility, cleaning service, and entertainment, they do an excellent job overall!

My mom attended the Day Program last year at the Addison a couple days a week. She was safe and well looked after. Spending some time at the Addison I feel helped her transition into a Memory Care center full time.

[name removed] was very attentive to my Mom’s interests and needs! The place is very friendly, welcoming and clean!

My Mom has lived at Whitley Place for about 2 years. She loves the smaller size of the facility. It is basically built in a square so it doesn't matter which way she leaves her room, she can always get back. She meet and made friends faster and more easily at Whitley because it feels more like home. She may not always do all activities, but they always have plenty of fun things going on. She loves the size of her room because it is so much bigger than at her last facility. She loves the fact that staff, as well as residents know who she is, and call her by name.

Went to participate with family for an Elvis luau, food was great, music was fun and upbeat- smiles everywhere/- it was fun and staff worked hard - it was a full house, we stayed chatting in dining room until 845pm

I took a tour of the facility and decided to move to the Waterford facility. I was impressed with the facility and very impressed with the Waterford employee who conducted the tour and the employees I met while on the tour. They were very professional and informative.

I have lived here going on 3 years and am very happy. I would not consider moving . They provide Transportation , Activities (a wide variety of outings and in-house activity. Bingo 3 times a week and every other Saturday a 4th), Housekeeping (scheduled once a week and the option of having your laundry done for you or doing it yourself), Dietary (3 meals a day and snacks), Wellness (help with your medications if needed or the option of handling your own. Resident worn pendants that can summon help), Maintenance Dept and so much more. MANAGERS WHO CARE!

We were searching for a place for our mother. Tranquillity is a beautiful home. Everyone was lovely, the food looked incredible and it was very clean.
