On arrival I'm always greeted by a very warm welcome. It makes me feel like going home to Grandmas house. All the staff is kind. I've never had an issue with anyone. The staff is always welling to help. I never want to lose the relationship that I have with the staff or residents in this building.

The Waterford at Creekside has been a wonderful community to bring my mother. Everyone on the business side have been so helpful and patient in getting my mother all set to move in. The caregivers have been amazing in taking good care and including her in activities. They are kind and thoughtful. The resident is so homey, comfortable and clean. The atmosphere is cheery.

Recently took a tour with [name removed] and she was such a doll. I loved every minute spent with her. She was very passionate about the facility and she showed everything there was to love. I was shown a studio sized apartment and it was wonderful. The dining room was very clean and the food smelled so good. I had a pleasant tour and asked to me added to the waitlist.
