The staff is absolutely amazing at keeping me in the loop and involved. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Elan.

The staff all seemed very engaged and caring, the facility was clean, well organized and appeared to be well managed.

Staff is professional, and being a nurse myself, I was very observant. The facility is clean and I was surprised at how soon they 'learned' my loved one's ways or personality. They knew her wants and dislikes really quick. She's what I call stern not really a mean person, but she means what she says on those authority type of days (when she wants to be in charge). Staff is not offended, they roll right with it with kindness. I haven't really had to call or have anything to communicate. The move in was easy. There was one evening when dinner was pizza-maybe an alternative choice on that day would be better - she's old fashioned. You don't serve pizza for dinner, that's lunch, she told me. I would recommend this facility.

My cousin is the first resident in the brand new Edition-Saginaw Memory Care. Upon her arrival, the facility rolled out the red carpet! (Yes there really was a red carpet!) We were greeted by the whole staff, who were cheering and clapping as she entered. It was a very special and emotional oment! I am excited about having her in such a special place. The facility is filled with joy, caring, and love. My cousin visually looks better after the 3rd day. The on-site Chef is amazing and preparing very delicious meals for her. He sits with her at times to see what she likes or doesn't like. Foods are made from scratch such as baked goods, salad dressings, entrees, fresh veggies, etc. Special shout outs to [name removed], the administrator, [name removed], the manager, [name removed], the health director, plus all the other nurses, aides, etc. I am very thankful for this facility. Please consider Edition before you make a decision of placing a loved one. My name [name removed] and these are 100% my words and thoughts.

I am very pleased. It is relatively new so it is clean and in good shape. It is the best we saw i. that price range both for staff and facilities. The lowest price.

I would say the community is well run and well maintained. The food is excellent. The staff genuinely care and are knowledgable. We chose this community over others because it was so clean. And we also felt the sense of community when we would visit, that feeling has continued even now. Always so welcoming.

What our family likes the most about the community is the Kindness of all the employees.. The care that they give my Mom. Our based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to others.

I first visited [facility removed] & then Longview. I enjoyed the visit with both. I could tell that the residents in Longview really enjoyed being there and staff was very friendly with the residents. I want to find a place for my family member to call home. I would tell people to visit both places.

Great experience- would definitely recommend. We picked this community because it was a private room, private bathroom, cleanliness, friendly staff, and great food.

I toured Brookdale and felt at home. [name removed] made the process very easy & I am glad to get moved in and start making some friends. The building was clean. The people are nice. I have lived alone for a while now so I think I will also like activities at Brookdale

I hope I do not need this level of care but in the future if I do, I want to be at Brookdale N. Fredericksburg community. What our family likes the most about this community is the level of care and compassion from the staff members and management. The food also is delicious and we would highly recommend them to other families.

It's as good or better than the other ones l looked at. I picked this community, because it was close to home and private rooms at a lower price.

I you’re this facility for placement for my husband as a memory care. I loved the small size of the facility and met many of the staff members. I saw activities with the residents and some were even waiting in the wonderful smelling dining room for lunch. I knew I would be very comfortable having my husband there to receive appropriate and stimulating care!

In all the places I looked at for my father to live with memory care when I walked into Brookdale to tour with management, I knew I had found the place just by walking in the doors. There were no unpleasant odors, someone to greet me immediately as I came through the door, and lastly, it was unremarkably clean. Brookdale made me feel at home and that is exactly what I needed in the middle of uncertainty. My father has flourished since being in Brookdale and that is a wonderful thing to witness. The team takes great care of my father and I have a sense of peace having him at Brookdale. Alzheimer's is a nasty disease but to see the staff give of themselves with each patient is remarkable. Thank you for your patience and care and yes the pictures and videos.

I had a tour today and place was very warm and welcoming! My mom has isolated herself the past couple of years so finding a community has been challenging Brookdale is on the top of my list. I plan on bringing mom to eat soon so that she can meet the residents. I am thankful [name removed] offered for mom to eat lunch. Good staff there

Staff is great! I got a phone call from [name removed] she was so informative that I scheduled a tour immediately that afternoon! The maintenance guy helped explain a lot about how he could help with anything we may need adjusted in the room! Clean facility & I would recommend to other friends & family.

We chose Brookdale Longview mostly due to the staff. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need them. The facility also keeps the rooms nice and updated. I would most definitely recommend Brookdale Longview to others.

We toured this facility when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was great! Our tour guide was very good. The cleanliness, friendliness, and atmosphere were all great from what I saw on our tour.
