Great experience! Had a tour today with [name removed]! Staff is so nice and you can really notice how the residents that are there really love the staff. My mom was very hesitant before the visit not wanting to leave her home of 40 years, after the visit she asked when do I move. This will make the transition for myself & my brothers and sisters a lot easier. I can say it’s a wonderful home for my mom & our minds are at ease! Thank you for a wonderful Experience

We are so happy that we found Elan of Corpus Christi. It is the perfect place for our father. The monthly events that are scheduled for all residents and family members is wonderful. The Elan team definitely goes above and beyond in making these events an awesome experience for the residents and their families. The Memory Care facility and the staff are Absolutely Wonderful! The staff are always helping residents with their various needs and communicating with them. It is wonderful to witness. The staff does a fantastic job keeping the residents engaged with fun filled activities. The Memory Care Director [name removed] definitely goes out of her way working with the both the staff and residents ensuring a safe and comfortable setting for the residents and keeping the facility running at the high and quality standards that Elan expects. I say thumbs up and Thank you Elan and staff for making our fathers stay a Great one. Btw. The food is excellent

What we like most about Elan Corpus Christi is the staff. They are so kind and are always willing to help. Mom has fun with all the activities! We know she safe happy and well cared for. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families looking for a community for their loved ones.

What we like most about Brookdale N Fredericksburg Road, is the staff working there and the home itself. Based on the experience so far we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Recently we toured and not only is the facility clean and impressive! It’s so welcoming! The Lady [name removed] who toured us made my mom immediately feel at home. She was more than helpful & knowledgeable! Due to our timeline we will be moving in June! We are more than happy to choose Brookdale & share with family & friends!

I'm less than impressed with the food, BUT the staff is extremely sweet and helpful and has done an outstanding job of making my loved ones feel like they're home. Both of them are deaf and the staff have all gone above and beyond to make them comfortable and happy. I would recommend this facility to others.

My Dad was only there 12 days before he passed away, so our experience was short. But the kindness we received was extraordinary and they even refunded our unused days of rent, which is not their policy or obligation. Based on the experience we had with Elan Corpus Christi we would recommend the community to other families.

Overall Brookdale Longview is wonderful. The staff is awesome. They have helped us through troubled and hard times and helped get our family settled, without me having to do anything to get that help and attention. They are wonderful people. They're taking good care of my mom. They keep me updated on her medical situation and let me know if she's running out of toiletries, etc. It's an all around good facility.

It's absolutely the best thing I have seen. My loved one loves the food. They have done everything well. Everything is great, including the; atmosphere, activities, cleanliness, food, and trips out to eat. It's absolutely wonderful. They have monthly, family get-togethers with different themes around the holidays. I would recommend to other families. You feel completely comfortable leaving your loved one there. They are cared for 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week, for any care services that they may need. It's a remarkable place to put your loved one They want the residents to be totally involved.

Staff is fantastic. They are there for me when needed. I'm glad that I can walk out the door and there's someone to talk to! The residents are my favaorite. The entertainment is great, as well.

I love it here! The best place that I could be. My family agrees! I'm staying for life.

The community is clean, have friendly staff, and all the staff are professional. The staff communication with the family has been very good when we have questions or concerns about our loved one.

GoodLife Senior Living is a great place. Management is a 10 in every area. And my mom is very happy there, which is great for me!

I couldn't be more impressed with this facility. The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I instantly felt drawn to this place and ultimately chose it for my mom. Her apartment is clean, updated, and includes a small kitchenette and is super comfy. She has her own bathroom, closet, mini fridge, and microwave. There are many activities to enjoy, a chapel for Sunday church, and superb food. If you are wondering if Brookdale is the right place for you or a loved one, wonder no longer!

Brookdale is a nice, caring group. Appreciate all their help and care for my mom and brother. Staff turn over has been a lot lately and would like that not to be so much.

We’ve been with Heritage Lakes for a couple of years. My mom and her brother started in independent living in their spacious and beautiful two bedroom cottages by the lake. The management and staff go above and beyond to make the days fun and foster a sense of community and family in all they do. My mom became sick and they allowed me to lean on them heavily for help as we transitioned my mom to assisted living. They were always so kind and loving—and I will always be grateful to them for loving my mom almost as much as I do ?? Sweet and attentive staff, great food, fun activities—excellent facility!!

The administration is detailed and organized. They provide activities (Bingo, Exercise, etc.) that residents participate in. House keeping is very good and the facilities look and smell clean! The kitchen provides a balanced meal that tastes good. Memory care unit is awesome. This staff is very tentative to the residents. They show their love, care and well being towards the memory care residents.

The community is beautiful and still very new. The staff is first class and cares deeply about the residents. The whole team needs a pat on the back.

What sold us on Goodlife was the atmosphere. It is smaller and more down to earth and home-like. We felt very comfortable with [name removed] who was showing us around, she was wonderful. We were able to get a room where my mother in law can look outside to a fountain and greenery and she really loves that. We think she has improved greatly since she has gotten here. We are so impressed with the staff and they take great care of her. The facility is neat and clean and the rooms are great as well. We were concerned about the nutrition for her and the lady who cooks all of the meals makes sure that they are balanced. She is getting more active with exercise because they have a lot of things going on so she is not sitting around. I have only heard positive feedback from our whole family. She is very happy here.
