Since the day I moved in I have marveled at the care and concern of the staff for all the residents. The staff learn the names of residents and make everyone feel welcome. When I express a personal need or something needing fixing there is always a quick response. There are so many activities that most people should be able to find something in which they are interested. Some activities are recurring, games, exercise, movies and others are outings to local attractions. There are many different choices at supper each night and some options that are alway available. If anyone is interested I would suggest you come and visit.

From the day I arrived at Watermark 3030, I have nothing but good things to say. My apartment was beautifully arranged. Everyone on the Staff was friendly and helpful. The meals are excellent & the grounds are lovely for walking. Every effort was made to welcome me. I am thriving at 3030 Watermark. We have a exercise room and a pool and instructors to help us be safe. Our front desk people are friendly and answer all our questions and concerns.

I am blessed. Watermark is a life-giving place to live out my senior years. The administration and staff are very helpful, kind and courteous . Daily life runs smoothly. The residents are very friendly and pleasant when I meet them in the building.

To be at home means you are safe, your needs are met and there is an inner feeling of peace and connection. That is how I feel at Watermark 3030. There is a strong community bond among the residents. The staff is friendly, extremely supportive and helpful. I would say they “go the extra mile.” Watermark 3030 is a place I now call home. I am blessed to be here.

Welcomed by all....staff, residents, etc. Many wonderful events to choose from each day. Food....so good...and serving staff just great. Maintenance always on the job..and very polite and willing to assist and help whatever is needed. Truly, all th estaff members are wonderful and helpful..

I have lived in Watermark for nearly two years and I can only say positive things. The leadership is exceptional amd the staff are well trained, extremely helpful and friendly. It does not take long for newcomers to settle in because everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The grounds are meticulously cared for and the walking paths are inviting and safe for walking. There are so many well planned activities to choose from. There is something for everyone The exercise area has great machines and the indoor pool has a perfect temperature . Outings are planned which are both educational and fun. The food service prepares excellent meals and there are many choices. The Maintenance issues are addressed often without delay and housekeeping seeike family before long. No place is perfect and problems and issues do occur. The monthly meeting for the residence is a place for discussion and clarity. It was a difficult move and an emotional one in many ways but it has become my new home

I am one of the sisters that moved in here two years ago. I have loved living here since the first day I stepped foot into this facility. In the beginning, it was a little difficult to get used to living a different lifestyle, but I have a wonderful relationship with the other residents and staff. (Watermark) is a very welcoming place and I feel like we are one big family. There are so many activities that can be had by all. Staff go out of their way to please the residents. In my opinion, if you are looking for a welcoming community, (Watermark) is the place for you.

My experience has been very positive. I felt accepted and welcomed by the other residents and staff. The staff is open to receive new ideas and the residents interested in sharing with others. Activities are varied: exercises, yoga, chorus, concerts, cultural, history and travel presentations and others Trips are planned in the vicinity and periodic special themes for menus. Care is taken to facilitate health care and transportation to medical appointments.

I have been living at The Watermark for almost two years. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. They are always available whenever we need them; and they do it happily. The spirit of welcoming is so obvious among the staff and the residents. I am grateful to be living in a safe and caring environment.

I toured the Watermark after my wife passed away. I found the people to be warm and welcoming. I couldn't believe the size of the apartments, they were bright and beautiful with a lot of storage. I know where I'll be moving when I'm ready. If you are thinking about making a move, don't miss out on seeing the Watermark.

I have enjoyed being a resident in the independent living section of Watermark for almost two years. Watermark offers a large variety of activities that meet the varying interests and preferences of many of the residents. There is a strong effort on the part of management to bring people together and to establish an atmosphere of inclusion and welcome. The staff are competent, friendly and helpful. The grounds surrounding the well kept building are beautiful and inviting.

We chose Watermark for my brother-in-law, with his approval. He has lived there in independent living for two months, and we feel that they have taken great care to make his transition a happy one. He has given us a lot of positive feedback about living there.

For as long as I have been alive, she has lived in the same house. But it wasn’t always like that. She moved around a lot in her life—she came from Ireland when she was 18. That being said, this most recent move wasn’t necessarily easy. She grew to love her house in Fairfield, and she had a sort of independence there. When she first moved to the Watermark, she told me that she was very sad. She was homesick. It wasn’t easy, she missed her old way of life, and that’s understandable for anyone, let alone someone in their 90s. Luckily, that feeling didn’t last for long. My grandmother wants me to make it clear to you, that the environment that you all create at the Watermark is special. After our father passed away last February we began to investigate what the Watermark could offer our mother. She was 79 at the time and could not manage, nor did she need, the house in the suburbs where she raised a family. Moving to the Watermark has been a wonderful experience for our Mom, and also gives us all a piece of mind. The staff at the Watermark were very helpful, patient, kind, and compassionate regarding the moving process which was very emotional for Mom. Also, the Watermark provided a lot of assistance with the complex logistical efforts to make the transition. Since moving to the Watermark, Mom enjoys a very active social life, is involved in the many activities, and is fully engaged. The amenities and activities offered by the Watermark cater to a wide range of preferences. The Watermark is a great home for Mom, we are so glad she moved there. She is really thriving.

My mom has been at Watermark 10 years. She is very comfortable in her spacious apartment and happy with the services. Most of all she has made good friends and participates in stimulating activities. The staff is always available and responsive. She enjoys the meals and social activities. I am very glad she is so well attended to at The Watermark.

My mother will be 102 in August, 2023. She is still vital and active and she has found a home at Watermark. The staff truly seem to adore her. As her son, I could not be happier. She has a wonderful apartment, beautifully cleaned by the housekeepers, a nice variety of activities that stimulate her mind, and probably most importantly, a community of fellow residents where she continues to make new friends. There is even a computer expert available who frequently helps her with any issues that arise in her technology. She enjoys her home and I know that her family is happy that she is in such a wonderful place.

From the admitting process being super simple, to coming up with a plan for my father that is both responsible and realistic, I can’t thank the staff enough for their help! Plus…all of the apartments have been/will be renovated!

I am so happy to have my mother much closer to me in CT. She was in VA and the distance made it impossible for me to help in her care. From the moment i took the tour and on subsequent visits i had a good feeling about 3030. Mom met [name removed] on FaceTime and saw her potential space on her IPad. Her apt was completely renovated from the floors, new kitchen appliances and bathroom. Once we committed they did everything to make her move so easy. From the movers to staging her belongings; they do it all. Everyone super professional. I bought things online, furniture, tv etc had it sent and they put it all together and in place. When mom arrived everything was unpacked in place and she was thrilled! THey even put snacks in the fridge, flowers on her counter, helped with all her wifi and cable connections. I can't say enough good things about their team. [name removed] and [name removed] were so helpful in getting her settled. She is very happy in her new home.

My mom moved into assisted living at the Watermark after nearly 60 years living in her home, the last 36 years by herself. While it was a major life event for my mom, the Watermark made it an exceptionally smooth transition. They arranged and paid for the move, the movers were efficient and professional, the Watermark's Community Coordinator did an amazing job setting up all her belongings in her new apartment, and the staff all came to greet and welcome her. The rooms are also much more spacious than other places we visited in the area. Mom has settled in nicely and is getting very good care; exactly what she needed. She is taking part in activities and seems to be happy there. If I have one regret, is that she didn't make the move sooner.

Over the last 10 tens, my Mom and i visited most of the continuing care communities in Fairfield County... while the "right time" didn't come around until the last quarter of 2022, I always knew Watermark at 3030 Park was the community i wanted my Mom to join. The staff is amazing... when we visited other places the staff would greet residents but didn't know their names or any backstory to share with my Mom. The Watermark staff knows their community, all their names, all their stories and cares deeply about every person within the community. The move was great, again because of staff... they came to my Mom's home to measure and assess all of the things she could fit in her new apartment. On move day, the team came, packed up all her things. They called us around 5:00 that day and said they were ready for us! The team at Watermark set up all my Mom's furniture, pictures, everything and it looked even better than it did in her home... it was pure joy!
