Convenient location, concerned about resident are a good fit. Appears to be geared towards shorter stays (4 or less years). Nice facility, has most of the features we are interested in.

Bright, new facility. Impressed with structure and furnishings. Seems to have some logistic kinks maybe due to it's newness. Having detailed floor plans with dimensions available would have been nice. Overall presentation by [name removed] was informative and thoughtful.

I had a good tour with The Hidenwood Community. The staff were very friendly and knew all of the residents by name and seemed to be involved. The facility was clean and they allowed me to take a peek into the kitchen as well. I used to work in that business so I knew if the kitchen was clean that meant the rest of the facility would be well kept. The only concern for us was the multiple levels. With my loved ones lack of mobility, that was a major concern. I did see that they had nursing staff on each floor though. If he were more mobile, this would have been a great fit. But unfortunately it was just not what we were looking for.

The only difficulties we have had is communication. Getting any staff to get back to you is difficult! I think they have the same staff shortage the country has in all areas. The activities planned are wonderful but getting my father in law to do them is the challenge.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good experience but we wanted to have a full meal to help make our decision and since we weren't able to have that meal experience it wasn't going to be suitable for our loved one still a good weren't able to have a meal

Everything about The Westmont is wonderful except the dining room service.

Paul Spring Community would probably be a good place for people in memory care who don’t go out much. There was really no place for our loved one to walk. It's an older facility, and the design is kind of odd. I also didn’t particularly like that they had community cats that they let roam around.

I would say it must be recalled that AT is a brand new facility. The staff has been very friendly and concerned but as a new facility it takes time to settle onto the routines that more established groups display. My mother has a very attractive and comfortable apartment and the staff is very kind. In all a most happy experience. Opinions are cheap in reality. The fact is these folks have worked hard to get up to speed and genuinely care for their clients. They have been cooperative and accommodating for the most part. Most issues that have arisen can be attributed to working to find the right support and instituting procedure.
