It is clean and has no odor. Staff is polite and very caring. Management team is very knowledgeable and work well together. Residents wants and needs are put first. A lot of ongoing activities.

In the heart of Naples Great location close to shops and 75 and beaches. Lots of activities and music and outings Covid safety measures in place such as temp checks and questionaire Staff is caring and helpful Residents are friendly and happy There is Assisted Living studios to one bedrooms and Skilled Nursing on another wing all under one roof which provides a continum of care 5 Stars, Highly Recommend

Our experience with Paddock Cove has been great so far. The cleanliness of the community is great, and I have not had a lot of interaction with the staff but the director and the charge nurse are very friendly. Our friend there is very happy with the meals and dining, she loves the food. At the moment she is not able to participate in the activities due to her health, but we have seen activities going on when we are able to visit.

Our family had a tour experience and it was very good. The facility was really nice, it was kept clean we did not notice any fowl smells. However for us, it was just to much in price for the services they were offering.

We have been able to visit and see her during covid and the staff is so friendly and so kind. She does not want to move and she is so happy here. I would recommend this community to others

This facility is new and is well laid out. Although new the Executive Director is very helpful and has years of experience. The personal involvement of staff members to residents was very impressive.

The staff have all been very motivational to my mother on helping her get involved with the different activities and techniques that the memory care unit offers. The meals they provide are tasty and have many different healthy options for my loved one to choose from.

The community is wonderful and very nice. It was clean and neat and looked to be well kept. The staff was great and did a great tour. I liked everything about this community except the location was a bit further than I would choose to have my loved one.

the help there was thee BEST! we took our mom there as soon as possible! she has been so much happier there then aston gardens... the people are upbeat and happy and the place is buzzing instead of being so DEAD.

My father has lived HarborChase for 3 years. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. My father loves the staff and I appreciated the wonderful care he receives. I never worry and his care is outstanding. He is clean, well cared for and loved. I visited multiple other places before choosing HarborChase, and I feel it is the BEST! I'm sorry to see such negative comments and feel sorry for this family. But based on my experience, the care is amazing and the staff caring. I would tell everyone to choose HarborChase!

I can’t say enough nice things about them. The staff is terrific. They’re a really good value. They’re just really great. But you should really come down and take a look at them for yourself because you can’t really know just from what someone else says.

The previous comment is so untrue. My mother has been at HarborChase for 5 years. The building is beautiful, clean and the care givers are wonderful. I love animals and Roulette makes my mother's day. She loves the Roulette and HarborChase's pet friendly atmosphere. I was told about the cats when mom arrived and I've heard the staff tell other residents. So don't let the previous person's comment deter you, if he/she and his family didn't like pets. There are lots of other communities to choose from. So shame on this family for having sore grapes after they left. This writer should have explored his/her option more thoroughly. I think this writer is just dealing with a lot of guilt and should take out his/her anxiety on someone else or just go get counseling. I would highly encourage everyone to choose HarborChase.

Very pleased with Harbor Chase in terms of facilities as well as a caring staff. Couldn't ask for more.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that my mother [Removed] 94 years old, is staying at this facility now for over a month. One of your staff member [Removed] (CNA - Skilled) is very kind, professional and patience with my mother. She always mentions on how [Removed] helps her and how nice he is with her. I don't know to express my gratitude to [Removed] for being a wonderful person to my mother [Removed]. Thank you again!

The y were extremely helpful in getting us situated. There were many new employees, so there was a little confusion about some services but everyone tries very hard and is very friendly. I don't know about the activities yet, because my loved one has not had the chance to participate much since she just started living there
