Pointe Group Communities

It's a relatively small community so everyone knows everyone, and the staff knows all the residents and their needs. Staff is friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Lots of outings and activities. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! My brother-in-law is going to join my sister there very soon.

AdviniaCare at Paddock Ridge really does look like a 5 star resort when you walk in, it is a really nice clean community they just currently have a couple of glitches here and there. The meals started out to be really good, then they declined some but we do believe they are working on it and they are improving. When it comes to activities there is something going on a lot of the time. So far it has been great and it is the perfect set up for our loved one. She has a nice group of ladies she sits with for the afternoon meals.

We looked at MANY facilities in the area and AdviniaCare was the only one that “checked all the boxes”. Since placing our sister-in-law, the staff has done everything possible to meet her needs. Communication is excellent. We could not be more pleased. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed]!!! Our one request might be to add more activities, such as exercise classes, and board games, etc. for higher functioning residents.

Paddock Ridge provides a very caring and efficient environment. Thoroughly recommend it.

The staff is very caring both to me and my loved one. I was comfortable leaving him in their care. He was taken care of and in loving hands. You all are the best.

I have had the opportunity to attend multiple events at Adviniacare of Venice. The hospitality is very inviting. The caring staff makes Advinia a good choice, from skilled care to assisted living to memory care.
