The friend that took the patient to Remington House thought it was great. But the patient ended up having some issues and I haven't heard any more from her. The friend that took her there said the facility was impressive.

Our daughter is a nurse and came to the building to observe from a caregivers perspective. She gave it a 100%, A+!

Food - 4 stars (always room for improvement) Overall - 5 stars - Triple AAA - Wants bigger breakfast serving - Wants to see cheese grits on menu more often - The meatloaf this week was amazing - Chocolate milk in little cartons, please

Absolutely beautiful and I would be thrilled to have my dad come here.

Morningside seems like they strive to make their seniors feel special in how they treat them and prepare for them. I walked through at lunchtime and it looked like a nice restaurant with the food presented in a very professional manner, which is very nice and respectful. Also I noticed how they are allowed to personalize their rooms and even the hallway outside their rooms to make it more homey.

Great personnel, great facility, I have good peace of mind knowing my mother has selected this community.

This is a beautiful facility. It is obvious the emphasis is creating a loving and practical living environment for persons needing assistance. Arkadiy, the owner, is definitely focused on providing peace of mind for families. I would feel very comfortable having my parents living here.

Well, I've just been here a month. They have done everything really well. There are a lot of activities and I really don't have any complaints.

The caretakers couldn't be better at Culpepper Place of Chesterfield Village. The staff told us there would be a security fee of $1000 and it was non refundable. I thought that was really strange. We thought if we left early and hadn't done any damage that we would get the money back, but that was not the case. We thought this was a ridiculous when some one was dying and had to be moved. We complained pretty thoroughly. The facility finally gave in and only made us pay for the days she was there but we still had to pay the security fee. My daughter was in pretty bad shape when she went there. She could operate according to the rules but we had to leave after she was there about a month. The food was good and she enjoyed the place while she was there. She made friends and was well liked. The nurses did dote on her quite a bit. Overall it was a good experience, I would just warn people about the non refundable security fee.

They do a wonderful job here! It is a nice looking place, and I've been very impressed by how friendly and compassionate the aide staff are here. I'm very pleased with it!

They have gone out of their way to meet all the needs of my father in law.

I am very happy with them so far. The food would be about a three. They have lots of activities. I liked that it was smaller and all one floor. It was also one of the more reasonably priced places. I would give them an overall five at this point.

I found them to be very friendly and very accommodating. The facility is very clean. The value is excellent. They do a good job at taking care of my loved one. I haven't had any issues. The communication between the staff is good. They have offer quite a few activities. I would recommend the Southern Plantation to anyone. Overall, this is a friendly community. Everything has been going very good.
