This would be my facility of choice for my mom for many important reasons to include the diversity in the lead administration despite less diversity amongst the residents. However, my mom was fatigue at the assessment and physically did not qualify at the time. Without a doubt, she would qualify if rested (at the beginning of the day before many other appointments and activities) and early in the day.

It's excellent . Wonderful staff and residents. The only thing is when someone pushes their necklace/call button for help there can be a long lag time to get a response. I worry about that happening during an emergency.

The room is very nice and the amenities are top-notch. But sometimes you have to be the squeaky wheel for the staff to really follow through on what they're supposed to do. I'd rather not have to complain for them to do what they're supposed to do given how much we're paying for our mother to be there. However, when we do complain, they are very responsive.

It is inclusive pricing initially appealed to me. Having mom there for a year now, it's the in- house doctor (now her primary care provider)...he's been a miracle worker...she's walking again, reading books, engaged, less pain with fewer meds...love this guy.

My Chinese auntie was in an independent apt at Broadway for 6 years, and when she fell, we explored 5 other assisted living facilities and ended up choosing to leave her at Broadway. The Assisted Living director [Name Removed] has a wealth of experience and is calm and caring. He is a nurse as well as director, so he can make good decisions. He works with me and keeps me informed, and I really appreciate that. Even though we are in the Assisted Living section, I always feel like I have the ear of Renee, the Director over the entire facility, and I appreciate that as well.

We moved to Amavida on [Date Removed]. This review summarizes our "rookie impressions" from the first 2 months. Overall impressions are positive in most areas. These include: Facilities, Activities, Life Style, Amenities, Dining, Health Services, Convenience, Personnel, and Overall Value. We have a few concerns about ADA compliance, parking, restaurant variety and convenience. Recent price hikes are not generating sufficient value, based on comments by other residents. However, we have not been here long enough to fully judge value. Personnel staff competence and cordiality is suspect in several areas. But generally, our impressions are very good thus far.

Great staff Clean, great decorations, homey, airy, lots of light, feels like a cruiseline, the average coast was never discussed, we have to have an idea of what you are getting into.

My wife and I feel very safe and secure at Wyndemere. The staff is first class and always go the extra mile for the residents. If needed the residents can find most of their needs in house. The property is situated ideally with medical facilities within five miles. Wyndemere provides bus service five days a week during business hours. Shopping opportunities are nearby.

My Mom has lived at Galleria Woods for 7 years and enjoys the community. The staff is very nice and the Garden Homes are perfect for her. However, the services, including maintenance and the food could definitely be improved.

My over-all experience was ok. They have some things appeal to most residents-but's is not the best one for the price we are a tough bunch to please. Our backgrounds are diverse and we can range from, college professors to legally very knowledgeable past job experience. I really enjoyed various personalities and their respective journeys. The food is so so I found a tolerable. My husband did not. But we have now been to over five residences. Guess what the food isn't any better better in any of them I swear there must be one food truck goes around to each Kitchen selling the same foods. Now to a happier topic the facility. Was always clean and always comfortable to live in. They make an effort to bring in entertainment that will satisfy most everyone overtime. When talking with residence who have lived there for a while, they could tell us who was good who we really want to see.

No one is perfect. The apartment is great. The kitchen is better than anything I ever had at home, with all new appliances. Both the staff and residents here are friendly and helpful. The dining hall is good, and they also have a very nice deli.

The cleanliness the establishment. Also, how big the apartments were, the availability of help to the residents. I definitely would recommend to others, but they need to keep in mind that Clarendale does not accept Medicaid so when you are out of money, you have to move out.

I like the people and would recommend this community to others

What I don't like, is that the residence don't seem to be as clicky as what it was over the other place and other other words. It seems like we only sit by the same people each mail and it's the only conversations we have during the day. I feel like I know a few people, but not like I'd like. Other than I like it over here very much.

With limited exposure up to this point I would have to say that it appears that the people living there are very happy and satisfied with the overall management of the facility. The friendly people! Even though the dinning area was flooded everyone could only say how nice it was to live there.

What we like about the community are the residents and the staff, they all are very nice. Also the food is good. We would recommend Bellingham at West Chester to others and have already recommended it

The facility is in a very practical location for shopping and walking in a safe location. It is very clean and organized. I did only spoke to one staff member so I am not able to provide feedback on what employees feel about the environment. Employee engagement and loyalty are important to keeping the quality of service at a highly established goal. It is key to resident satisfaction. Marketing personnel are Professional and polite. I enjoyed this preview of the facility.

People there seem mostly happy and generally seem like to talk to each other and do things together. The place is kept clean for the most part. My mother enjoys the variety of food available. Staff is friendly and accommodating in our experience so far.

After our lunch today, we spent around 12 minutes trying to attract the attention of a server to place a dessert order. My wife decided to go to the kitchen to summon someone. On her way, she encountered the Director of Food and Beverage. She explained that we were having difficulty placing our dessert order. He assured her that he would handle the situation. He then walked away, seemingly heading to the front office. After waiting for 10 minutes, we finally managed to get a server's attention who took our order. Later, we noticed the Director of Food and Beverage returning to the kitchen. His demeanor suggested a complete disregard for our situation.

It is a nice, newish facility. Amenities seem nice and rooms are well designed. Nice courtyards. My unknown is what a typical day in memory care looks like because many people are out with families on a weekend and the rest were quiet, sleeping and unengaged. The hallways were a labrynth. Anyone could get lost, or confused. I would think a regular assisted living situation would be very nice, but memory care looked grim. This could be a weekend perspective.
