The staff are very kind and very hospitable. Everything looks very nice and fresh like a hotel suite and the residence seemed very happy.

Of the 3 I’ve visited this was by far the nicest. It was new and clean. I liked the outdoor space. The memory care was sad but the assisted living was nice.

Our apartment was spacious and easy to furnish. I liked the kitchen with pantry and cabinet space - more than adequate. The bathroom also with great space for storage and hanging clothes. The door to the outside was wonderful. Walk to meals or spend time on the benches to enjoy visiting with neighbors and watch the dogs and squirrels play. Large large bedroom and family area with lots of light. Big enough for couch and extra large TV screen on the wall and a king size bed. Room for other furniture and storage closet. I miss that apartment. Was not there long but only because family demanded I move back to Kansas when my husband went to memory care. I really felt at home at Broadway.

I love the staff they are very attentive. He is receiving good health care and the food is good. When he doesn't like what they are serving he can order an alternate meal. He really enjoys happy hour. Everything is clean and tidy. There are outings that he is going on weekly.

Wonderful place was very pleased with facility. Only reason I did not choose Richmond Place was cost was more than a similair facility and I have to be a good steward of my Aunts funds and it was significantly enough that I chose the other senior living.

[name removed] gave us an excellent tour. I appreciated watching the residents & staff interact in such a friendly manner. The community areas were beautiful. All appeared to be clean and orderly. Our questions were all answered. And then we were treated to an excellent lunch. This was especially important to me because I have severe food restrictions and wanted the reassurance that I could be accommodated. So far, I rate this facility as a 1st pick.

It's amazing. They have a process improvement program and are the highest rated in the country. I love it here. I'd say it's a great place.

Everyone was really friendly and remembered my name right from the beginning. The apartment was a perfect size and shape for my husband in a wheelchair. It was like going to a restaurant to go to supper and the food tasted like good restaurant food

Everyone I have met at Clarindale have been exceedingly nice and helpful. The food is always good and the menu varies from week to week, so the residents don't get bored with it. Rooms and laundry of the residents are taken care of weekly, like clockwork. It's nice to have a Salon, an exercise room an art room, a library, a theater, and a pub on-site. It is also nice to have an exercise room where the Physical and Occupational Therapists can take the residents to help them regain their strength. The nursing staff is truly vigilant about each resident's health and they take their job seriously. Overall, I am exceedingly happy that my mother is staying at Clarendale.

The staff is very helpful, attentive and friendly. It is cleaned once every two weeks and they do a fairly decent job. Food is usually very good. My only complaint is that the closets are very small but you can always buy a bin and slide it under the bed!! There are usually enough activities to keep you busy if you care to participate. I feel safe here.

Beautiful and clean. The sales person was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. The apartments were nice but small.

My husband and I were very impressed by the people and places we met on our recent tour. We were fortunate enough to put down a deposit and plan to move in very soon.

They were great to work with, the moving/move-in process was really impressive. Responsiveness from staff, food and activities/app with schedules are all really great and useful.

The food is delicious and we eat there with my mom weekly. They do a great job offering a wide variety of meal choices. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they offer an amazing array of activities. We have been extremely pleased so far.

The facility was very clean and has a lot of things to do for everyone. The staff was very nice for our tour.

The Cottage at StoneRidge provides a smaller 12 private rooms to meet the individual needs of residents struggling with Alzheimers diagnosis Independent living apartments enjoyed in a delicious environment - healthy, comfortable furnishings including a library, gardens, dog park and tree trail. Wood working room and tools, Quilting, art studios and Pub. [Name Removed] has designed a comprehensive physical strength, balance classes. Indoor heated salt water pool . So our lives are enriched with new interesting friends

We like everything they are very friendly. The activity person is very good in making things happen. They made a art show for my mother in law with all her pictures that she painted.. we love the place.. They have many good activities and they do outings. And goes to concerts . So our mom loves it.. Food is amazing

Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and very tasteful. You are given more than one choice at meals for picky eaters and a drink station for whenever you're thirsty. They have activities for those who are adventurous. We were impressed.

My husband has Parkinson’s and is a resident at havenwood. I am so pleased with the staff, they are caring and take the time to greet the residents and family. I’ve enjoyed their meals with my husband. The variety makes it enjoyable to choose a tasty meal.

Working with them was a great experience. They were easy to talk to, very informative. I would definitely recommend them to others.
