My family is very happy with All American.The cost was great. But when I did the tour with [name removed]. It felt like a very friendly and comfortable place to be. The staff new the residents names and things they liked to do. An other place I visited was not so friendly and lot more money.I would and have recommend it to other families going there this with their loved ones. The staff is very friendly. And they take the time to learn about their residents and even their families. My father is so happy there. I am glad we were told about All American.

My loved one was previously a resident at All American Assisted Living at Hillsborough. Her experience at this facility was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and care services were also great. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff is phenomenal! My mother in-law lives in the independent living building, but the staff checks the residents every day - especially if they don't make it to breakfast. They encourage participation in activities, they know the residents well. The facility is clean - my mother in-law's building was just renovated (main entry got new flooring and painted walls). Honestly, we are very pleased with how everything has turned out.

I feel assured dad is well cared for and safe. They have caring people and shows respect and dignity to elderly. Dad is HAPPY. Go check them out! A great place for mom or dad or self if paying out of pocket.

The staff are friendly. The food looks good. There are plenty of activities. Communication with the family is good. The price is fair for the area. All American Assisted Living at Wareham is an excellent facility. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff and other residents were very warm and welcoming. The overall environment is extremely well kept and clean, and we were really surprised at how spacious the apartments are. Extra special programs and activities have been well done, and Dad has really enjoyed himself.

My uncle is currently a resident at All American Assisted Living at Hillsborough and everything has been great! I would rate this facility 5 stars all the way. This facility is definitely quality care for your loved one. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

I would say that A Place for Mom is a great starting point when looking for help in finding a quality living situation for any family member. We picked this community because of the proximity to family, reviews and in person visit. My loved one was on Hospice care at Bentley and they were all very caring. She only lived there for 8 months but it was a very good experience for her.

What we really like about this community is how personable the staff members are, they not only want to know the needs and wants of our loved one but also the needs or our family. They have an open line of communication - we can call at any time to get updates regarding or loved one. We like how engaged the staff members are with them. So far the activities have been pretty good. We would absolutely recommend the Bentley Assisted Living community to other families.

I liked the community and it was near family. They didn't have any availability when we needed it for our loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and from everything we saw we thought it was very nice, but it felt empty in the sense that there was not much stimulation or activity going on. We wanted a place where our loved one could still socialize with other residents and this just did not seem like it was going to be the best fit

Was here visiting my aunt and had the wonderful experience of sharing an elevator ride with a woman who runs one of the knitting groups here and boy what a warm soul! She genuinely had each resident in mind with care and compassion, even the ones not participating. She was excited to see her group listed on the activity screen, how adorable. She genuinely wanted to include all. Great job! Wish I remembered her name! I am looking forward to chatting with her again as I visit more. This place I hear has great food and they bake with the residents as well! Great job!

The only thing is I wish they had transportation on the weekends so my loved one could go to church. Everything is really awesome. Everything is great. People are awesome.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience, everyone there was very friendly but for the price it was much more expensive and there was nothing really that special that stood out to us for the price. All the amenities seemed the same as another community we looked at and the rooms were much smaller.

I like that my dad sees familiar people each day who know his routine and they would notice if they didn't see him for a day or two. He gets social interaction and he is provided meals 2x / day. He has shuttle service available, lab testing in house, flu vaccines in house and lots of other conveniences. They could improve by offering lunch everyday, providing better variety of foods, I wish their was more ethnic diversity among the residents. I wish the neighborhood had sidewalks and there were more walkable conveniences like shopping.

We're happy with this place overall. They have activities/bingo and exercise class regularly. They also have occasional entertainment (less with Covid). Trips to shopping and some attractions. Staff is very responsive and we have signed up for news via emails. Mom really likes her apartment--very comfortable. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Bentley Assisted Living at Branchville is a lovely place, I had a loved one who was here and they had a wonderful experience. When we were looking for places this facility was not on the list just because of how far of a drive it would have been. I would tell others in the area looking for care for their loved ones to definitely check this facility out.

All American is a great place to live. The staff are very friendly and do as much as they can even though they are short staffed. But needless to say not everything gets done w/o lots of follow up. But they aim to please. [Name removed] (director in memory care) loves each one of the residents and involves them in so many fun activities. And my Dad says the food is great. The only issue we have had is the laundry. My Dad only needs 1 load done a week but they lose clothing, must end up in other residents rooms so instead I bring it home to wash each week which is inconvenient. But if you are not fussy about the clothing it's fine. Overall they do everything they possibly can to accommodate my Dad and our wishes to keep him healthy, active, clean and feeling loved.

One thing we really love about this community is the layout of the apartments - they have two distinct bedrooms with a shared bathroom and living room in each apartment and then a big open common area. The residents are all very well attended to. Every time we come to visit there is always a group of residents doing activities on some level. We really like the frequency of the activities as well as the variety. They also take the residents out on day trips - now they can't take all the residents at once but our loved one has gone a few times and has really enjoyed himself. We always see a very active cleaning presence. Based on our experience so far with All American we would recommend them to other families, it has been a good place for our loved one.
