This facility stands out for its compassionate and highly trained staff who go above and beyond to ensure residents receive personalized care. The rooms are apartment styled in assisted living, to offer a more comfortable and private living space. There is a strong sense of community, with a packed calendar of social events, to include morning stretches, best friend karaoke, different religious services and so many more activities every month. This is a great facility, if you are looking for something long-term or even short term. My parents have never said any wrong about this facility. They are allowed to leave when they need to, and be taken care of whenever needed.

As soon as I entered Juniper Village at Lincoln Heights, I was greeted with a warm, smiley welcome from their front desk personnel. Although I was looking for assisted living for my mother, their wonderful tour guide still elaborated for potentially putting her in for skilled nursing which I appreciated. As we walked through the hallways, headed towards the model room, everyone spoke to me and my mom with a friendly demeanor. My mom and I received a meal ticket for lunch and tried the food. It was absolutely amazing and their servers were friendly and always checked on us for refills and such. Overall, my experience was a 10/10!!!

I would say this should be on your shortlist of residences to consider. The care is professional, compassionate, and competitively priced. The staff are excellent. Just wished there were more of them.

My loved one has been here for nearly two years. The moment I moved her in, the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. They just do such an amazing job caring for people with memory care issues. Prior to this move, my phone rang daily from the previous caregivers with scheduling issues, rehab issues, it was stressful and non stop. The only time I receive calls is when it’s something import and I am always met with “It’s not an emergency “, so comforting. Admin is amazing. They walk “with you” through the aging of your loved one, giving guidance with rehab when needed and setting up hospice care when the time comes. The activities are engaging and fun, I would always sit through them with my Mom and join in on the activity. I can’t say enough about the caregivers, they are kind, caring and engaging. I truly believe they love my Mom. I would recommend JV at Aurora to anyone with a loved one needing memory care, I honestly don’t believe there is a better place

My mother is a resident of Washington landing and we couldn’t b happier. In fact from our experience 2 of our friends family have toke their parents to b residents Their staff , health care aides , food service etc are the best. Cannot ask for nothing else. Feel so safe that my mother is getting the best care possible That being said Juniper just toke over as of [date removed] and if all stays the same fine They have already cut down on the food. Always had a set menu plus full breakfast, 2 choices for lunch and two for dinner . Right now only 1 choice So it’s to early to give a review for Juniper We will give them time But we r all hoping that they will not fix something that’s not broken. And keep ALL of the great people activities , staff and FIOD that The LANDING was and as far as we r concern brought us here w/ our precious parents. Thx you

My mother is currently a resident at The Landing of Hamilton and everything has been great for her at this facility!

Facility has bright cheerful rooms. Staff is attentive and works to identify interests of resident. Worked effectively with move into facility. Furniture, linens towels all provided. Beauty shop and podiatrist services available on site.

My mother was only able to spend a few months in the memory care section of Juniper Village at Mount Joy, however, the care and compassion of the staff along with the cozy setting finally enable her to relax and feel at home. If you are looking for a warm and cozy setting for your loved one, I would definitely recommend Juniper Village.

Juniper Village has a very relaxing and comforting atmosphere, almost like you are in your own home. My interaction with the staff has been very positive. They go out of their way to help you. Housekeeping is great and the ladies listen to your concerns and requests on how the room is to be cleaned. Move in process was great. The staff assisted us when they could and provided the nice wagons for us to move our things on. I can't express enough about the meals. The meals are absolutely wonderful and delicious. The dining room servers are so observant and ask if you need anything else for your meal. The servers are such a caring group. And they are so friendly. I would recommend Juniper Village to everyone. I feel so much better knowing that my brother is at a safe place.

I would recommend to others. Mom likes it there, and we picked it because it was close to relatives.

Very safe and honest. Residents all leave doors open when out of rooms. Also, everyone there is always smiling

[name removed] makes you feel very welcome and assisted in transitioning into your new home. Room sizes are great in memory care. There are LOTS of activities provided for residents! They had a lunch set up for new residents , lots of support within community I really don't have any examples but they sat down with my Mom a few times to answer questions in person & on phone. Place was all ready when she moved in, whole process was smooth.

My father was involved with the community for 20 years playing Santa Clause every Christmas. In his last days he spent it as a patient and they cared for him so lovingly. I will forever be grateful for the care and love they showed him and my family. Thank you Juniper.

I give all categories a 5, [name removed], additionally, my mother is legally blind and Juniper Village has been terrific in dealing with this issue. They use an Alexa to tell residents the time, what the meal offerings and activities are and as a phone that is operated verbally by the resident. So mom doesn't have to read anything to know what is going on.

We picked the community because of the price compared to where she was at the summit, and it was the only one that seemed to compare to the summit as far as newness and beauty of the building. I would tell someone knew that it was a lovely place, And so far she is being treated well.

The Vero at Newark is a great run facility from top to bottom, it is a nice place to come and see your love ones and even the residents that are there are very friendly people to communicate with and have fun.

The decision to move to Juniper Village at Preston Hollow has made a remarkable improvement in my sister's life. The staff has been so supportive and helpful. She is very happy and is enjoying herself. I feel comfortable knowing she is with people I trust to watch over her. She is enjoying the food and personal treatment. Her room is kept clean and the staff was very helpful during her move in. Communication with the staff has been very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would recomend, it is best out of the four I have been to. Juniper was the cheapest, and the cleanest. The food is very good and there is plenty of things to do, such as; card games, bingo, and exerise classes for your mind etc

After touring several places I recently decided to move my mom into Juniper Village. The assisted living was very homey and had a great courtyard. My mom fell in love with the courtyard and we visit outside on a regular basis when I'm there. She really enjoys all the activities and she loves Shelly, the activity lady. Mom has started gaining weight because she likes the food. I have been concerned about her weight for some time. She has made friends, which has made the transition much easier and I feel so comforted in her moving into Juniper Village. The staff at Juniper really care and I appreciate everything they do for mom. Thanks to the entire staff!

My husband spent his last days at Juniper. They checked on him often to make sure he was comfortable. The staff was very kind and sensitive to our families needs. Thank you for making the last few days of his life easier on us.
