[name removed] was absolutely amazing. She was took her time explaining everything, kept me in the loop and was very patient. I brought a family friend to tour and he chose this place for his lovely wife.

I would tell them my mom truly enjoys living there and the food is always great, and they can make special meals at the resident's request, as necessary. The service is wonderful and the staff always seem happy to work there. Overall very pleased with the facility and what it offers for the cost. ? I visited other facilities and, while they were nice, this was closer to my home and my mom wanted that, along with the fact she loved the room layout and the huge bathroom. This was an easy choice given the facility is relatively new and they seem concerned about the resident's well-being, along with a myriad of activities for various lifestyles. I would recommend to others.

Staff was friendly and clean environment. Hoping my sister get accepted to stay their. The tour was great and I feel the program would be a good fit or my sister.

We recently moved a dear relative into Juniper Village from a hospital in NYC. I can't tell you how inviting and smoothe the transfer was to Juniper Village. [name removed] was so kind and helpful. The entire staff came out to greet us and made our cousin feel so welcome and comfortable. Since our cousin has been atJuniper she has been able to quickly make new friends and be apart of the community. We feel very blessed to have her there at Juniper Village and are exceedingly thankful to the entire staff.

They show that they care. It's so much more than an apartment community. [name removed] in the restaurant really knows my dad. I would recommend them for independent living. I don't have as much experience with the assisted living/personal care side.

My cousin lives at the community & I am extremely satisfied with the experience so far. The management was welcoming from the very beginning and never minded when I stopped in unannounced to look around. The dining room staff are efficient and kind. My cousin is very happy with the homemade desserts.

The staff. Very efficient and super accommodating. Highly recommend. Plus my mom seems to be very happy with the food.

Well, the staff was very friendly. They're smiling and you know and and approachable, but we really like the layout of the facility in that the rooms are around and not directly in the common area so we just liked that a lot. It's very different from other memory care facilities, and so that common area was specifically for gatherings, and that sort of thing as opposed to the room is being right off of it

Moved here about 2.5 years ago and I like it very much. Have met very many new friends. We have a lot of activities if you want to participate in them. For me it was a great move.

The place is very clean. The staff is really nice and my parents are enjoying the food. My mom loves all the activities and I think they are getting good care. I am wondering how much the prescriptions are going to cost long-term and what other fees might come up but so far so good. We opted for the larger room and it is a good size. My mother has become used to a male assisting her... that was a surprise at first. I never really thought about it, but she didn't like it at first but got used to it.

When I toured the community, I was thrilled with the great atmosphere and energy. Staff introduced themselves and [name removed] was knowledgeable and relatable. Best experience so far.

The staff were helpful and responsive, they quickly assessed her level of care needed helping us meet a quick turnaround as my mother in law was getting out of IP therapy. The food is very good with a lot of options. Activities are very well planned out and varied to provide something for everyone. The apartment size is a little small in the one bedroom we chose. There are larger apartments, but I don't think they were available, and came with a higher cost.

Juniper Village at Meadville is a great place for your loved one. The staff here are friendly and really make you feel part of a big family. Each individual gets welcomed with respect. This place is clean, secure, and well maintained. It really is one building with everything your loved one might need; Social Activities, Dining, Pharmacy, Labs, Doctor Visits, Nurse Care, and a well tailored assessment of your loved one. Whether your loved one needs a little help or more, Juniper Village at Meadville deserves a minute of your time to get to know the place and see if it is a good fit for your loved one. I am glad that I toured here. It fit every box for my loved one. Moving in was easy. The staff helped guide us through it all! My loved one is happy and feels like this experience is a vacation.

Loved this facility and chose this for my loved one. I am very satisfied with this outcome. I highly recommend anyone in the area consider this as they are looking for kindness and loving support.

I like the facility and staffing. Currently the cost is prohibited due to mother savings and checking with the rights quoted. We’d only be able to keep her there for approximately 18 months and she would have to move again.
