Overall I had a great experience with this community. We were in a tight spot in our search when we found them and they really worked with us to try and help us out. One employee in particular, Bruce, really pulled for us and went the extra mile to help us. This is a very well run community, from the management down to the caregivers, and they do a great job keeping the residents active and happy. They're very good about communicating all the different things they have going on, and announce them community-wide so that everyone can be involved. The food is also very good, it is delicious and they do a great job with the serving and presentation of the meals.

We are currently in the process of moving our mom to The Atrium. Although the previous review (about the 3 managers in one month) made us wary, we have found the current (and "permanent") managers extremely committed and accommodating. We have made numerous requests (and then changed those requests as we planned the details of the move). Although it's obvious that Esther Mabry's hands are full in trying to address issues at The Atrium, she was seen more than once mingling and pouring coffee for the residents during meal time. Our research into HolidayTouch facilities revealed that managers do indeed move around but the Mabry's seem to have been placed to get things straightened out and, according to residents that we spoke to, are doing a very good job at it. And it looks like they will be around for awhile. Whatever problems The Atrium has had, we found a strong community atmosphere and happy residents. We are hoping that our mom will soon be one of them. If there are no further comments from me, you will know that all is well.

It was great, she just wasn't taking advantage of all the activities going on and she would have to be nudged to go down to the meals. She got so depressed and isolated. It is a great place, I was hoping that she would thrive there. The managers are super, the people that work are great. It was just too big for her.

We have been very happy with Charbonneau. They get 3 meals a day and have great activities and everyone is very friendly.

At the time that I was looking they didn't have a studio available. As soon as they get one available I want to move there. The grounds were fantastic. I stopped and asked residents that I saw what they thought of the place and everyone was raving about how nice it was and how nice the personnel were.

My mom is in Yosemite Gardens and she really likes it. My only complaint is the girls that come in and clean her room once a week don't do a really great job. They vacuum and clean the counter tops and things but when I went to visit her there were lots of spider webs on the windows and things like that. I don't know what all they're supposed to do but I think they could do a little more. My mom goes to all the meals. If she needs a meal in her room for whatever reason, they are good about that, bringing her a meal. She doesn't' use the transportation yet but the food is great for her. She loves it. She likes the activities too. She's been joining in and she likes the people there so I think over all she's pretty happy there. It's working out very well.

They are a good independent living community. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do some cleaning in the apartments like vacuuming, mopping and linen kind of like a hotel. They do not do dishes or anything like that. Overall they are a very good community for someone who is independent.

The community is not very old; it's only about 10 years old. It is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The community is safe and secure. The food is good and is healthy with appropriate portions for the elderly. Pam, the manager, was very helpful and very nice. We are pleased with Yosemite Gardens and would recommend it to anyone.

We chose this community based on the location in proximity to my sister and I. It is a very clean and well maintained community. The staff is also very friendly. We are pleased with South Colleyvine Ranch.

I think they are under underrated food is good and the staff trying hard. Under mined by corporate All in all I would recommend

The staff are very welcoming. There is always a "Good morning or afternoon", "How are things going?,"Can we help with anything?", "Please let us know if you need anything." The one suggestion I have put out there is to have where the rooms are, for example, Laundry is on the 4th Floor, the Library is on ?? Floor, etc. They have activities but for someone new moving in, they don't know where these rooms are located

This is a nice facility with a staff ready to solve issues with no task “beneath” anybody’s job title. Food ranges from decent to “work in progress”. Biggest issue is lack of flexibility in meal plans… there aren’t any options. There is a monthly charge and no possible adjustments if a resident prefers to limit dining room use or needs to based on medical issues.

The food could be better. They tend to serve the same thing for days, like chicken. They overcooked the vegetables every time. There could be healthier varieties offered. There is a food meeting for RESIDENTS once a month that I can go to voice my opinion, so I plan on that the next meeting. At the concierge's desk, they don't really check on people entering the building through the front door. They don't have everyone sign in, so just anybody can walk through that front door, which makes me uneasy.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

To be truthful one it was very close to my house too. It was one of the few independent living places my mother was accepted at. Several others said no, they didn't feel that she would be able to function correctly. I would recommend if, the person is mobility challenged it could be an issue.

The employees are all wonderful. Very friendly, caring and helpful. They listen to their clients and work hard to make everyone happy and comfortable. My mother's 2 bedroom apartment is a perfect size. Even the cleaning women is a delight, my mothers couldn’t be happier.

It’s good, food is exceptional, staff friendly though sometimes their response is slow.

The place and staff are wonderful they are caring, kind, loving and helpful. My mom thinks the soups are salty. They do make everything from scratch. When I spoke to them about it. They said they don't add salt. It could be just her. After all she is 94.

Solstice Senior Living is clean, safe, and mom is happy. It is very clean , does not smell like other facilities. The staff always says "hi" and provide great care. The meals are better than most. Yes, we would recommend them to others it is a nice place
