So far everything is going very well for my brother here at this community. For the most part the community is well maintained. They have a cleaning service that comes once a week and cleans his room for him. The care staff is great, they're responsive time could be better. There are a lot of activities offered. The food is decent, they do serve well balanced meals. The dining area is very pleased as well. I know he is in good hands and I would recommend this facility.

We evaluated Maplewood for my mother. We were very pleased with every aspect of the facility, especially the staff. My mother choose to remain at home for now, but should she choose to live in a senior community in the future we will choose Maplewood.

Nadene is settling in very well. The other residents are friendly. We've gone dancing two nights now to bands you brought in. The staff is great also. I'm sorry that the current managers have to leave, they are great. Hopefully, the new ones will be too.

Looks like she'll be well taken care of and happy here. People are super friendly and wide awake doing many activities. (Not fast asleep in a chair , bored stiff like some places) The mgr Tom took great care welcoming us and spent several hours showing us around. Chef Stephie made sure to address all of our dietary concerns. People introduced themselves the entire afternoon wherever we went. Great place.

I have already recommended The Oaks of Auburn to others. Things are going fine with my mother there.

My most favorite person in the world lives here. Recently moved in January 8, 2016 after sale of home in Tularosa. Nothing to do with Golden Mesa, however, the service provider for telephone and internet and TV were not exactly on the mark. Did not get the phone installed, was a Friday and have suspicions as to why would not complete the task at hand. No phone, Internet and not very great TV quality for another 10 days or so. In a larger city would expect better service from a national provider. Thankfully, the staff @ Golden Mesa were available to ensure when this provider showed again that the necessary lines and working services were delivered. The dining experience is a marvel. Seems to take some time between courses so have plenty of time to get acquainted with folks. Recently, had a birthday, and the remark was: "I think this is the best birthday I have ever had!" She is 85 yrs young. Thoroughly enjoying the various activities, such as the trivia and bingo games. Movie night and the piano playing are just an added on top of bonus. Seems to be so much to do and so many wonderful people to meet. Even so far as to where to get one's locks taken care of. Apparently, this is a busy place. Many good things happening and expect many more to come.

Staff is wonderful. Although, they provide services like if anyone needs help with bathing and such, then there is someone twice a week and they have cars with drivers that take you to the store. There is a schedule and its lovely. very happy here.

It has been one month since mom moved. She is adjusting well with the help of the wonderful staff at Windham Falls Estates. It is comforting to know she is safe!

The staff here is very attentive and professional. The actual facility is very nice and clean. The food is pretty decent and they do seem to have a variety of activities to keep the residents active and having fun.

The Carlyle is going well. One complaint I do have is in the dining room the dining chairs are on rollers which makes it hard for people that need assistance to get up without having some sort of leverage. It is something that needs to be changed. Otherwise the facility is very nice. It is decorated really nicely. They have plenty of things for the residents to do. Unfortunately mom hasn't gotten as involved as I would have liked her to. We've have been pleased overall.

Essinton Place is everything that I expected. It is awesome at this facility. There are nominal things that could be worked out. On the whole I am very pleased though. So far so good at this facility.

So far so good. She says it's boring, some of the activities, are not as stimulating as she would hope, and the outings can be quite strenuous. She loves the food. The one thing that I don't like is that they only have one elevator. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. They seemed to be pretty comparable in price to other places.

They are a little short handed South Colleyvine Ranch at the moment and dad is having trouble having his housekeeping done. The staff are very accommodating and friendly especially the management. According to my father the food isn't that great. It's just bulk food and not moms cooking. That is just something that I would like to see improve but really it is not a complaint. My father is doing good and is happy. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Having toured several Independent retirement communities, I picked The Springs of El Cajon for its proximity to Santee (my church is there), the beautiful setting, the improved look of downtown El Cajon and the fee associated with residency. Although I have only been here three weeks, I have not been disappointed. The staff is excellent, the food is OK and the service is great. I made the right choice.

The Carlyle has lots of activities. The live in managers are awesome. The staff is so caring. The food here is absolutely to die for. The atmosphere here is so upbeat and friendly. They are so accepting with new people. I wish they had another elevator. They only have one in the whole place. That is one thing I would change. Mom really likes it here!

We recently moved our loved one here. It's nice but not as pretty as some of the newer places. The building is about 20 years old. The people are nice and the meals are nice. I like that there haven't been any hidden charges, we pay what we said we would pay, and that's it. We are pretty happy with them so far.

One day a week you have an aid that comes in and vacuums, dusts, takes out the trash, etc. This has been very helpful for me. I shopped around a lot looking at different places and found Cottonwood Estates to be the best. They have a few activities, but can improve a little in that area. They do not presently have an activities director, but they are interviewing and looking for one. One of the reasons I chose this place is because if you go in not needing care but then your status changes and you need hospice, you can stay in the same room and don't have to move. The food is very good also, and with a variety of options to accommodate different diets and requests. I have just been here a short time and am still learning and meeting people, but so far everything has been great.

We weren't here very long. We didn't have any concerns at all. They were good to work with. They were friendly, and very helpful to us. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The Harbor Place is Very Good. My overall rating of this property is 4 1/2 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars. I rate the friendliness 5 stars. I rate the value 5 stars. I rate the care services 4 stars. I rate the activities 5 stars. Overall, I have had a good experience with Harbor Place. It is very well kept. The staff and residents are both friendly and nice. The value is great as well. I would recommend this place.

Every one has been most helpful since the beginning of our search. After visiting several other independent living communities in the area, I always went back to Yosemite Gardens. My mother has been in there two days, and meeting people. She is so pleased with the staff and the food. Yes food is very important to her. The menu has a great variety. The facility is clean, and bright.
