My brother is here currently and the meals and care are both very good. The staff is very attentive. My brother can be difficult at times and they’re handling it well. He likes it so far. He’s only been there for a month or so. The facility is very, very clean and they do housekeeping once a week and change the linens and towels. They have a number of activities that they provide. Entertainers will come in, they have coffee hour in the mornings, and multiple excursions to different places that they can sign up for if they wish to go out and about. There’s no down payment, either, and the price is very reasonable. The other residents are friendly and open and very good to each other. I would recommend them.

My father lives in the Atrium, and so far, we’ve been very pleased. The guy that runs the community and his staff there really care about the residents, and are warm, friendly, and accommodating. They are willing and able to provide anything that my dad needs. The food is good; dad would probably give it a 3, 3.5 since it’s not exactly like a home-cooked meal, but they are willing to accommodate requests and dietary needs. The community is clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a great community and I’d recommend it.

Mom seems to be doing pretty well since we moved her. It has been a big adjustment for her and she is slowly starting to adjust. She really likes her little apartment she is content and comfortable in there. She finds the staff and all the residents to be very polite and friendly. The location of the community is perfect it's the only building on the street and it's only about 2 blocks from the hospital. Mom loves the food here very good. I would recommend this community.

The food is excellent and they offer a variety of choices including a healthy option. Things seem to be working out for my mom at this community. She has started to participate in some of the daily activities. The community is clean and well landscaped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The director is really nice and this community is in a good location for us. I would recommend this community.

We toured this community. We liked the staff. My mom did not want a large community for her care. We did not see a menu or activities. They do have a hair salon. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care for a family member.

I like the staff and I feel safe living here. The community is very clean and well maintained. My apartment is nice and has a patio with a garden. The food is good, however they do have set meal times. I would rate this community higher if they had a more flexible meal schedule. They offer daily activities and the community is bright. This community is a good cost, has everything I need and I would highly recommend it.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far we are pleased with this community. The staff have where very helpful with the move in process and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. My father has really enjoyed his new apartment and it has seemed to be a perfect fit for him in my opinion. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who is interested.

When my mom moved in, it was a little hard but she got settled in. Now she is participating in the activities they have during the day. She is enjoying the meals they make. Everything they do has been well.

My dad is doing good. The community is very good, at first it took time to get use to the community but its okay now. They have activities available. The staff has been great and treating him well.

Awesome staff, comfy environment, perfect for mom

The staff at Boone Landing has been wonderful with mom and the family. She has only been there a short time and so far she likes it. She likes the healthy food and says it is like fine dining. They offer daily activities and she was starting a new activity herself. The community is very clean and I have already recommended it.

My father's stay here is going just fine. The staff are sure to cater to his needs and requests, and he enjoys using the library to read and relax. One concern I do have is the fact that certain areas in his room need maintenance, such as the shower, and the staff have not been too quick to fix this issue, but this is overall a nice facility!

When I was searching for a community for my mother, I toured The Madison as one of my options, The facility was very clean and well maintained. All of the people there were friendly, and it was a good experience.

Nice accommodations and grounds are pleasant to walk around or sit on the patios. Menus are provided, but many times do not match what is actually being served. The exercise facilities leave a lot to be desired. Overall the facilities are comfortable and attractive.

We really liked Rio Norte when my loved one and I toured. The place was nice and the lady that took us around,[Removed], was great. The reason we did not choose it was because it was too far from the area he wanted to be in. Also, it was far from family and other things.

We liked this community for the short time my parents lived here. Dad liked the food and participating in some of the activities. The community is clean and beautiful. The staff are helpful and patient. I would recommend this community to someone that is a little more independent.

Englewood Estates has been the perfect fit for my Father-in-law. It has a very welcoming atmosphere, staff, and the residents are precious. It just feels like home.

We loved our time at the little cabin #6. We came to recharge, take photos, and have fun. Fall is s beautiful time if year, there! It is rustic, with no bath in cabin.. no problem for us. Short distance to bathroom and shower Totally recommend!

Our overall experience with The Springs of El Cajon has been very good. The entire staff has been professional and very helpful and accommodating. My aunt, who will be moving in soon, is still in the process of selling her home and moving here from out-of-town. We are looking forward to having her close by us and getting to the point of her orientation at The Springs. I really like the idea of The Springs providing an ambassador that will help her transition into her new lifestyle. This should make her feel more at home. It is no small thing to lose a spouse and then downsize from a large home of 50 years. But her new home will come with much less responsibility and should free her up to do more things that she has always wanted to do, but could not until now. The only negatives I have would be the parking and a décor facelift. It would be nice to have a small garage for her vehicle. That being said, there are carports available for a small fee. Even though many choose to live out their lives here and are elderly, the décor could use a more modern and fresh update. This seems to be a good and safe place to live a full life. Once she actually starts living here we will be able to post and rate more. So far, so good.

The tour went well and the place looked like fine. The interaction between the staff and resident looked good. The tour guide was informative and I was able to see they did not have a memory care, which is what I needed for my mom.
