It is going well for my mom and there is a benefit of being closer and convenient to the family and her doctor. We always feel welcome and usually activities are going on in the front with the residents, they are always busy. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, they are able to keep the community clean. She enjoys the meals but complains that she is not getting her meals fast enough. The plus, it is open seating for the dining room. Mom has been playing card regularly and takes the community bus to church. She has trouble walking up the stairs, there is a giant gap from the curb to stairs of bus.

My mother is staying there. When i arrived i went with an open mind to see what it was like. My contact with management before arrival was very positive and upon arrival i was very impressed with how things were being managed. Very professional , courteous and caring by everyone i met towards the tenants. I found them especially helpful to my mothers needs and couldn't be more impressed than i am. I am confident my mother is being well looked after here and this gives me great peace of mind.

My loved one has really taken a liking to all the activities this community has to offer, they keep her busy throughout her week as well as allows her to enjoy the company of the other residents as well. The staff also help with making sure that she gets taken to the store and other errands as needed. I am very pleased with the care she has been receiving and have no complaints.

Everything about this community is fantastic. They are in the process of remodeling the outside and pretty soon the inside as well. I am very happy with my decision to move into this complex. The food is very nutritious and delicious. In would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

The apartments were a little smaller than what we wanted. The staff was nice. Clean community and nicely taken care of. Friendly staff team. Others might like it for a smaller community.

My brother took a tour of this place and he absolutely loved it. The location of the community fits our needs and what they have to offer sounds good as well. We are looking for a place that will be safe for my loved one and this place sounds like it will provide comfort and be very safe.

The staff and residents are so friendly and courteous. And the food is delicious!!!. Activities are well planned and trips are planned every Wednesday with one Wednesday a month a being a long trip. We went to Friday Harbor, stopped at an art museum ther and then went on to Roche Harbor for lunch. We spent time at the alpaca ranch. Learning about the alpacas and seeing the lovely products that are made from the wool. We toured the island and saw where some of the residents, bus driver and director had family homes and friends. Finished off the trip with an ice cream parlor trip while waiting for the ferry. Our fabulous cook had prepared us a sack breakfast to take with us, so that we could catch the early ferry. S

My parents are doing well and still transitioning into community. With the help from staff, they are accommodated and getting comfortable. The staff do well and they make suitable meals. We have eaten here and think it is fine. Overall this a bright and light atmosphere.

Brother currently lives there since Feb. 2015. Everything is wonderful. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great food. Lots of activities. Care givers available for a separate fee.

My experience with everyone at Carriage House Estates, including staff and residents, was wonderful! The initial tour was complete and I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered, and answered again patiently. When I brought my friend to see it and give her "yes" to the move, residents were already reaching out to her. She is almost 98 yrs old. There are lots of activities and the residents attend at their level, which may be just watching or full participation, whatever the resident is comfortable with. It is very clean everywhere, and a really beautiful place to be, inside and out. Management is exceptional. Food is great. My little friend has been there 3 days and tells me that it is the best place by far that she has ever been. That was an amazing statement from her! I enjoy going to see her, and have enjoyed being there while moving her in. In speaking with the residents, I find many have been there for a decade and more and love it. Many become volunteers for different activities. The Resident Ambassador has lived there 14 yrs and wanted to give back. She sat at lunch with us to make my friend feel welcome, and act as a "bridge" to make her comfortable when I cannot be there. And, she ever so patiently explained things, and offered another tour. I highly recommend the Carriage House Estates.

I would highly recommend this community for the excellent care they would of offered my father. I was extremely happy with all of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and beautiful grounds. The food was outstanding and he would of enjoy all the meals They had alot of activities he would of enjoyed. I would highly recommend this community for the care that they would of offered to him.

I am very happy with the care at this community. A clean home for the residents to enjoy. the food is very good and very appealing . The staff is excellent and very helpful and caring. Great activities are offer to participate in. I would recommend this for other families who want great care for a loved one.

We had a great visit with Anita and really did like the facility. Anita answered all our questions, we toured the facility and we were very impressed. Still in the process of looking so did not make a decision.

The community was absolutely beautiful and well-kept. The staff that offered the tour were great. They were very knowledgeable and able to address all of my concerns. They offered many fun activities for the residents to enjoy.

My friend is happy with the care that he gets from the community. He is doing as well as expected. The community is clean through out the facility. The meals taste good and we like it. I sure would recommend this place to anyone needing it.

My mother just moved here last week. So far so good. Everyone is very nice and supportive. Facility is very clean.

The support staff was wonderful. I really liked that the housekeepers were very courteous. The food was great the meals that were served had a great taste. Activities are offered in the community. It was always well maintained and organized. This is a lovely residence.

Tanya [Removed] sent us an information packet immediately and called to set up a tour on Sunday, August 7th. Leo [Removed], General Manager, called that morning to confirm and met me at the door. (my parents are not interested in leaving their home at this time and will not even consider looking.) Great location with friendly residents sitting on the front veranda. He seemed truly interested in my parents and their needs ( my version, of course) He showed me several roomy options. I loved the formal dining room and menu options. The hallways were wide, beautifully decorated with large common areas, library, TV room, activity room, exercise nook, physical therapy on site with rehab, assisted and memory care across the parking lot (which are not under the same company, but they work closely together). They have live-in managers, of which he is one. Excellent They seemed to have many services which the others lack. Even if my parents never come here, or decide they can't afford it, I have an idea of what the optimum would be!!

My mother in law is having a great time here at this community. They have been very good of following through with the things they promised us. I really love the staff, they are amazing. They are attentive and they really go out their way to make the residents comfortable. The community looks great. There are great activities offered. She is very pleased with the food. It has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.

My father is doing here amazing here, we are very pleased with the way everything has worked out. The community looks great, they do a amazing job with the cleanliness. The staff is nice, they have been very helpful and accommodating. They offer great food and activities. Overall we are pleased with the care they are providing him. I would recommend this community.
