Things are working out as well as can be expected since moving my father to South Towne Ranch. The do expect a person to be independent and I wish they would make my father participate in some more of the activities as he does need some encouragement to do so. He does particiate in the excercises they have the residents do. The staff is very friendly and there's a caregiver who checks on him regularly. I looked around at our options and found this community to be the most reasonable.

The transition hasn't been the easiest for my Mom but with time it's getting better. The community itself is great. The staff are nice and friendly although I feel that it could be better. The food is good and there's lots of activities. If there's a resident that has nothing to do, they're not looking hard! All in all it's been good.

These people who work there are amazing! And good meals too!

A loving place for my Mom! We have been very diligent and picky about my Mom's care - her emotional and physical well being have been our families top priority. We are thrilled to have her in this wonderful facility.

My mom has been there just two weeks and she is happy! That's most important. Everyone from the residents to the staff have been very welcoming.

People there were very helpful and took time to explain everything about the place,Robin did a great job in helping us with our question's, I seen a difference in my sister just after two weeks there,5 star's for them

My friend recently moved to Golden Mesa. Her apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the staff have been very attentive to her wants and needs. The food at Golden Mesa is wonderful, and the overall atmosphere of the facility is happy and upbeat. There is always something going on - Bingo or Wine and Cheese on an afternoon, day trips to various locations, and the list goes on and on! I highly recommend Golden Mesa to seniors who want an active, carefree lifestyle.

Things are going great at South Towne Ranch. My Mom is adjusting pretty well there. So far, I don't have any complaints about the staff or the facility. She is doing pretty good so far and seems to like it there.

My father is not in assisted living, he's in independent living so he does not receive any care services. My father does not participate in any activities but they offer tons of activities. What I like the most is that in most places they have an odor and smell funny. This facility has a welcoming feel to it and it feels like you're in a hotel.

My family moved our parents into the Carlyle the day after Christmas 2015. They were in their own home for 62 years and this was not an easy decision. So far the staff has been more than helpful, warm and inviting to our parents and our family. My parents say the food is good and they would love to go back home but this is the best place for them at their age and with their failing ability to take care of house cleaning and cooking, etc.

I like the fact that The Carlyle property managers actually live on site.

I really do not know anything they can improve on, maybe the speed of service for the meals, but that is being really nit picky. They are just doing terrific job at Charbonneau, I would not change a thing about the place.

Overall we are very pleased with the facility. We have my mom there.

She is a pain to get along with, but it has nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with her. She can smoke in the room, which is rare, but of course she got caught smoking in the hall. There are a lot of nice people there, but unfortunately she does not get along with anyone. If she stays or goes, that's her decision, but all the times that I have visited I have been very happy with the people there. I would definitely recommend it.

Evergreen place is a very nice facility in a great location. The facility is well maintained and clean at all times. The staff here is so receptive and friendly. They made us feel welcome. There is a great family atmosphere too. The other residents are very nice and helpful as well.

I think they made us feel like it was a clean and safe environment. There were three meals a day and they did some light housekeeping, so that was really nice. It was in a conveniently located are for the family and it just seemed to work.

Things seem to be going really well. She is very happy there and she loves the way it is there. She keeps talking about how wonderful the food is. She says it is just like going to a nice restaurant everyday. She talks about how happy people are there. They make her laugh and they know her by name. She is thriving because of that kind of thing. She says the library there is wonderful. All in all she says she can't imagine anyone not wanting to live here. They are just so nice there. Everything is wonderful there. I can see it in just how she looks. She is more at ease and relaxed there.

Our experience with Montgomery Park was a very positive one. The staff is friendly and professional, and it is just a nice looking place overall. I've also been very impressed by the quality of the food.

It is excellent at Montgomery Park. I think its just a wonderful wonderful place. It's the nicest situation that you could have for an older person. They have their own apartment but you can bring help in if you need. There is always someone around to help. The residents are always dressed. It's not the environment you would find in assisted living. The grounds are beautiful. They do not provide the care themselves but they do provide outside care if you need it. For someone that needs just a little bit of help it is perfect. If someone even needs assistance showering they can have someone come in and help with showers twice a week. They have a vehicle to take the residents on field trips, to the grocery stores, and doctor visits and this is all included in the price. Overall it is just a wonderful facility.
