We have been super pleased with The Willow's so far, the staff have been very accommodating and willing to work with us financially. Our loved one is very happy with the meals and dining services, every time we call her or visit in person she just raves about the food. Based on our experience so far with The Willow's we would recommend them to other families.

I thought they were very caring. They didn't a good job with food but I think that was due to some staffing issues. They genuinely cared for my Mom while she was there. They provide different games, crafts and other activities. This is a locked memory care unit. The staff would call, text or email us regarding any care or concerns with my Mom. This location has 3 floors. Memory care is located on the bottom floor.

My brother and I are looking for an assisted living community for our mother. [Name removed] was helpful, caring and compassionate during our tour of Maidencreek Place which seems to be a small and well maintained community.

Willowbrook Place was in a great location for us but unfortunately it was too expensive.

I would tell others that Amity Place is a very friendly environment. I trust the services offered by the staff, and they are taking the best care of my loved one possible. Some of the activities offered are bean bag toss, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from.

It has a great community feel to it and my father has acclimated very well and has made a group of friends. They seem to have tons of activities provided for the residents. I would recommend Windlands South, especially if you have limited financial resources.

When my mother moved in we were told she would be assigned an "ambassador" to help her learn her way around. My mother was there for over 2 weeks with no sign of an ambassador. I finally had to call the office & complain before the ambassador introduced herself to my mother. The only thing she did was show mom the dining area & never came back to show her any of the other amenities. We had an issue getting paperwork completed so that my Mom could file for VA aid and assistance. The office kept saying it was the responsibility of the physical therapists that were contracted to work for Creekside to fill out the paperwork. Since the physical therapists don't work directly for Creekside they felt it wasn't their responsibility to complete the paperwork. It took over two months of many phone calls, visits to the office, emails, and much wasted time to finally get the paperwork completed. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary. The food isn't that great (my mother's words).

They are good people and they take care of what they have to take care of. My wife is happy and I think that this is the biggest thing when it came to choosing a community.

Overall it has been a positive experience with Wyncote Place and mom seems to be improving and doing well. It is not a huge facility, it is off the beaten path and it is a pretty setting. Staff have all been friendly and helpful. It is difficult to see her because of their limited visiting hours. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

We had an average tour with Windlands South, they did a good job at showing us around. It was just too expensive and not the right fit for my brother.

We chose The Gardens at Wakefield because of the size of the apartment for the cost. I do think they could have more of a variety for those who have specialized diets and focus more on those diets and what they are. The location of the facility is great, it seems to be very quiet and all of the residents are very friendly. The staff always do their best to help and I would recommend to others looking.

The staff members have all been friendly and continue to keep us will informed on everything that is going on. Our loved ones carpet in the her apartment is pretty stained and dirty so the house keeping could use some improvement. Also, the residents sometimes tend to wonder into our loved ones personal space so that issue could be resolved.

Willowbrook was too big for my dad. It has separate housing based on level of care. It was also very expensive.

I would recommend this community for anyone that has a loved one and is looking for a good community for them to be in. They have activities like bingo and more for the residents to participate in daily.

My tour at Windlands South was a good experience. They provide meals for residents and have people come in to clean and help out. I felt they were on par with the place I ended up choosing. But I wanted to be closer to my daughter. And another minor reason I chose a different place - theirs is a very tall building, which would not good with my vertigo!

Excellent staff, very professional. The place was just a little to fancy for my loved one.

This is a nice facility. The staff are friendly even though they are a little short staffed right now.
