I have had a good experience so far. The staff is wonderful and very dedicated. The dietary staff are always open to suggestions and willing to work with you. After looking at multiple communities, this was the best.

Maiden Creek has helped a lot with my walking and balance has gotten a lot better.

The staff is wonderful. They're great at responding when you need something. The cook has bent over backwards to help my mom and fix her things she likes. She complains about the housekeeping and thinks they don't do enough, but the level of cleanliness seems about the same as it was in her house when she lived on her own. She also complains that they pick up her laundry on Sunday night at 9 pm, which is late for her. But ultimately, they do everything they can to please her, and I think it's a lovely facility. I don't really have any criticism of them myself.

My experience has been good, while here I've been able to remain fairly independent. The rooms are a good size, the staff does well in keeping us safe & activities are plentiful that keep us all active.

This was a good choice as it gives me assistance while also allowing me to remain independent.

This community was just not appropriate for my loved ones condition. The tour was great and I was able to see everything and I got all of the information that I needed from the community. It was just not the right fit for what my loved one needed.

I had the unfortunate experience of discovering my loved one (uncle) who had been getting up in age and living alone . He has always been like a father to me and was there to help me raise my children before I got married. I now reside 4 hrs. away in Va. and discovered him alone in his home . He was unfortunately diagnosed with vascular dementia and I was devastated and lost. Making a long story short I was blessed to find Wyncote Place and they have given my uncle excellent care for the past 3 years . Words can't express the amazing level of care they provide him with which has allowed me to have peace since I am so far away but am always able to speak to him on a zoom call and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that he is treated with care & dignity and are readily available to address any concerns I may have . I highly recommend them

I am happy that my loved one if being so well taken care of at this community. They have activities like taking residents to the zoo, workouts, art, and more things in the community to keep the residents busy and active. The staff have been really friendly and helpful with my loved one. She has had to go to the ER and when ever that happen the communication was excellent with them.

Overall experience has been a positive one. The community is convenient to be able to see my loved one. The activities have made such a difference for my loved one, in allowing them to stay busy throughout the day with things they enjoy doing. The community picks the trash up from the resident's rooms at a very early morning hour and that can be a huge inconvenience for my loved one as they are sleeping. My loved one is pleased with the food. The variety of food has been good as well. There have been times that the servers have overlooked residents when trying to get their attention to order meals. This I feel might be an issue everywhere due to the staffing challenges currently.

This has generally been a good experience for us. The staff are very friendly and good. They haven't had a bus driver since my loved one moved in, and this has prevented my loved one and other residents from being able to leave the community if needed. The apartment, changing of linens, three meals a day, transportation (when available), activities, utilities, maintenance, and basic cable are included in the monthly rate. We did have to pay extra for WIFI. Some of the activities that are available included games, card games, library, balloon volleyball, religious services, and more for the residents to choose from. My loved one really likes the food that is served. They have a menu for the residents to choose from.

My experience with Wyncote Place over the last 3 years has been satisfactory. There has been quite a bit of turnover but they have managed. People are caring and my loved one is happy. I am happy we can have Zoom calls to see our loved ones when we can't make it in person. Everyone there is very friendly as well.

They try really hard to be as accommodating as possible and work with the residents and make their stay as nice as possible. They go for scenic drives, bingo, bands or singers come in and perform form them, amongst many others. They provide transportation in their van for appointments. The food is pretty good. The location has 2 floors, assisted living is located on both floors. Age is 60 and above. They provide housekeeping daily and laundry once a week. The residents are friendly.

While Mom has only been a resident for 2 months, I like the care I see being given to Mom. The staff are attentive and very patient. The residents in general seem engaged and happy.

We have been super pleased with The Willow's so far, the staff have been very accommodating and willing to work with us financially. Our loved one is very happy with the meals and dining services, every time we call her or visit in person she just raves about the food. Based on our experience so far with The Willow's we would recommend them to other families.

residents spoke positively of their stay, and help was courteous and enthusiastic about living or working there! I would have preferred a less congested setting and more outdoor/spacious setting.

I thought they were very caring. They didn't a good job with food but I think that was due to some staffing issues. They genuinely cared for my Mom while she was there. They provide different games, crafts and other activities. This is a locked memory care unit. The staff would call, text or email us regarding any care or concerns with my Mom. This location has 3 floors. Memory care is located on the bottom floor.

My brother and I are looking for an assisted living community for our mother. [Name removed] was helpful, caring and compassionate during our tour of Maidencreek Place which seems to be a small and well maintained community.

Willowbrook Place was in a great location for us but unfortunately it was too expensive.

I would tell others that Amity Place is a very friendly environment. I trust the services offered by the staff, and they are taking the best care of my loved one possible. Some of the activities offered are bean bag toss, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from.

It has a great community feel to it and my father has acclimated very well and has made a group of friends. They seem to have tons of activities provided for the residents. I would recommend Windlands South, especially if you have limited financial resources.
