[name removed] was very professional and they sent me avirtual tour. They are on the top of our list.

The community relations manager was amazing, and always available for questions, and when my dad moved she set up face calls for us. she helped out anytime we needed her. The facility was clean and well kept. I would recommend this community

We chose Maple Court because it was closer to my house, so the location was key. He is in a semi-private room and they are on the smaller side, not much room ion there. The best part about the facility so far has been not having to drive very far to go see him. During COVID, they were doing window visits but now they have recently opened up the courtyard where we can visit with our loved ones. I would recommend this facility.

I liked the manger. The housekeeping was really bad, they never cleaned the apartments well at all. The food was good. The room sizes and the layout of the community were good. I thought it was a good place for my mom.

I do not think I would give a 5 star rating. 4would be more like it. I do laud our adm. staff for the dedicated service they personally giving. The food budget , especially is so tight that we are often getting poor quality food items. Someone from Corp. should be reviewing the prime vendor contract or checking what quality of are being ordered. Housekeeping and management staff are going the extra mile for sure.

The community always smells fresh, which was important to us. They did a good job keeping the residents clean as well. The staff was friendly overall. They always had activities available for the residents to participate in. They did a good job with my husband's care. We did think Milford Place was a good value for the price.

The amenities, the food, and housing for the cost were the best we have seen in the area. They have been very proactive during the Pandemic. My mom likes the food. It was better when it was served in the dining room. They have a nice outdoor space.

It is a caring environment. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is safe and that they have what they need to stay safe. Room sizes are pretty good. They have some outdoor space but not a lot of seating options for residents. They are pet friendly.

The care giving staff was always cleaning, even though that wasn't technically their job. The staff was great. The management would go around and visit the residents at random. Generally, the care was good, although towards the end of my mother's care they seemed a little overwhelmed. It seemed like the more acute care was difficult for them. The food was good; general cafeteria food. The activities could have been a little better, but overall they were ok.

It was a very positive experience. The people there were excellent and caring. It is a very difficult decision to make, but when I visited, I just got a feeling that this was the right place . It is a smaller, only memory care, facility and I just got a sense that Wyncote Place was warmer and more caring than the other places I looked at. The staff made us feel comfortable.

beautiful view,many floors, small memeory wing, 1 sitting area, 3 4 top tables for eating, quiet, staff was nice, after the Manors was nice to see here. only 1 space was available, she was very encouraging about immediately putting money down to save it ... ahhh

Very nice facility

It is an older facility. However it was very clean & they were doing some updates. Staff were very nice including housekeepers & residents. Cost was affordable.

Truly top notch with their sevices offered and the facility is very well kept inside and outside landscape.

We have rented a 2 bedroom apartment here, but have not moved in yet.

[Name removed] was the gracious hostess of my tour. The facility is visually pleasing and is well lit. [Name removed] said that the common spaces are to receive new finishes in the near future. We encountered a number of active residents on our tour. Everyone was friendly. I will definitely consider The Rutherford when the time comes. My rating is based on limited experience.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff towards everyone. The nurses, front desk clerk, and administration staff seamed to know all residents by name, and addressed them as such. The security seemed to be quite good, unlike the last place I saw. The rooms were nice size, and the price is competitive. The only concern for me is that they are ready to begin renovations to all common areas very soon and I am not sure my mom's allergies can withstand that. This place definitely is on my short list though. If it were already renovated, I would have given 5 stars.

My loved one was there for nearly a year. The staff was nice and loving. The facility was very attractive and was decorated for the various holidays. The top priority of improvement would be the food. It is terrible most of the time and the residents would barely touch it.

I've spoken w/folks at Kanawha Place several times. Very nice and informative. Rates here are about the same as she is paying, so no help there. She's decided to "stay put" at the present time; but definitely worth checking into. Like the fact that Kanawha Place is a smaller facility than where she is currently.
