The community is very neat and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job taking care of my loved one and the food is great also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. They have a gym on site also.

We chose The Gardens at Liberty Park because of the convenience of the location and the fact that they do take medicaid. The room sizes here are pretty good. They could improve on their communication to families, but it is getting better after speaking with them. It is really clean in the common areas but her room is not as clean as it could be. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking.

I think they don't have a lot of activities and I think it could be more. The trash is put in the hallway and it doesn't seem to be picked up in a timely manner. The carpets could use a refresh or a deep clean. They seemed to be more friendly during the sales process. Now the staff don't seem to be as friendly with us. I don't see the staff very often, I think the staff could be more out and about. There is no staff after 5 at night. It would be better if they had more staff in the evening. The community has a hard time keeping a chef.

I would tell others that it is a nice fairly upscale community. They have a great view with outdoor areas. The rooms are light and bright. Overall it is a good place. I wish they had more staff sometimes to assist the residents more.

I would recommend it as a safe and secure location in Nashville. My loved one says the food is sometimes good, and others it isn't there. The portions will range from a lot to a little. It would be nice to be more consistent. The staff is friendly to work with.

Very nice facility and friendly staff. Pricing options were discussed with me prior to the tour and I was sent pricing info via email; however, when pricing was discussed on the day of the tour, the pricing was not the same as was discussed and documented, it was higher.

Their tour process started off with a pre-recorded virtual tour due to Covid. I felt it was pretty comprehensive, but still left questions open. I would have loved for my loved one to go to a place like this, but unfortunately her health was going downhill rapidly. They offer retirement community living only, and she began needing more care than they offered. But I liked that it had a beauty shop on site. My mom loves to get her hair done often. And I also liked the open grounds where she could get out and walk, with sitting areas in various locations.

Our tour at Dover place was very nice. Everyone we interacted with was very nice, the facility appeared very clean, and we actually got to see the residents actively participating in a craft project, which was nice. The sales person was great, and she put us in touch with a nurse for the tour. We ended up choosing a different place that I liked the look and feel of a little better, that was closer to home as well.

After touring at Milford Place, I felt it would have been a wonderful place. It appeared very clean, very friendly, and it was a smaller, more intimate community. We ended up choosing a different facility that I liked look and feel of a little better, and the location there was more convenient for us as well.

So far everything is going fine and well, the facility is very comfortable. I would recommend the South Wind Heights community to others.

My loved one was pleased with the care she received. The staff is very good. We did have some issues with end of life hospice care. That was more their chosen provider than Auburn Hill itself. But overall they took nice care of my loved one. We were very pleased with that. They were very conscientious and meticulous about cleaning, especially once all the Covid protocols hit.

The community really makes my loved ones feel cared for. They have a nice patio and a great view and a nice outside area. Communication is excellent. They keep our family well informed. I have cell phone numbers and they reach out to me whenever they need anything. I would recommend this community to others.

I am very pleased with the community. My sister seems to be doing much better. I would recommend it here. The outside has a pond with ducks and geese. They have swings outside to enjoy the fresh air. They provide the medicine dosing for my loved one. I am very pleased with the experience. For the price this is a more laid back, friendly environment.

The staff members seem very willing to work with you and accommodate your loved ones needs. They have been pretty good with communication, they always call me if there is something wrong or if something comes up. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.

When you walk into the lobby of the community it smells faintly like bleach which was a good thing. That meant there was no fowls smells and it was cleaned regularly. The staff members are very friendly. Unfortunately due to covid we were never able to eat a meal there, but based off their menu the food looked pretty good. They had sing a longs, bingo, and our loved one was a retired veteran and he was able to sit down and talk with other retired veterans at the community which was really nice.
