Staff really cares. Resident's needs are met.

They were chosen because the rooms felt more apartment like. The grounds are pretty and the apartments open to the outdoors as opposed to a hotel or institutional feel. My biggest complaint is that no one, in either the financial or medical departments have ever, ever returned my phone calls. I placed a call initially with medical regarding questions having to do with coordinating medication since the pharmacy used did not provide everything. After many messages, I finally drove 3 hours to show up in their office. Info was exchanged and issues resolved...all of which could've simply been handled over the phone. an email (over a week's span of time). All have been ignored.

I feel so lucky to have found Pacifica San Leandro. The building does not feel institutional. The staff helped my mom adjust in so many ways. They went out of their way to know her. And they know me when I showed up. Yes, they have a real person answer the phone!

Toured facility with sister-in-law who is looking for a living facility with activities and a community lifestyle.

The community is very clean and the atrium is beautifully decorated for the holidays.

We really love the staff members - they are so friendly caring and we really enjoy their work. It is expensive but the care that is provided for the residents is absolutely great. They have a lot of fun with the activities, the activities director is a hoot. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I think the community is awesomely working hard. The sad thing is turnover is great & shortage of workers. Cleanliness was key. So many places we visited had a terrible odor when you first walked down and some really nice expensive places looked very dingy in the lobby. That was key for us. There has never been a time in the 20 something times I have visited my loved one that the place has it smelled immaculately clean.

Move was perfect. Staff is great.

The staff is unbelievably friendly and courteous. I want to give a special should out to [name removed] and [name removed]. They give such great care to my mom and communicate with me any concerns and accomplishments to my mom.

What stands out to us about this community is the size of the apartments, the garden like grounds, and the staff friendliness. The Sales Director, Administrator, and head of Residential Care are all great. They're very kind and helpful. The facility offers activities. They provide housekeeping and it's always clean. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They were good. It was great value for the money. The staff was so nice and very good to my loved one. They could improve on the food. We picked this facility, because it was a smaller community, was a warm- friendly place to be.

Pacifica Forest Trace is amazing! I love it. I feel that it's a very safe environment for my mom. My mother struggles with some memory issues, but the staff and everybody there is so caring, kind and considerate. They go above and beyond to make sure she's in a safe space and is where she needs to be, doing what she needs to be doing at any given time. They are just so patient and kind. I feel like they really care and that this is truly her home. She is treated like one of the family, and that happened immediately upon moving in. They have been so welcoming to her.

My mom loves the food. She does not partake in the activities. She likes the staff but wants her privacy and independence so she gets cranky when they are always trying to help her. The staff cares about the people who live there. Reasonable requests are taken care of. Their renovations made a nice environment to hang out in. People like to go to the lobby They like sitting outside. They like the restaurant. The Nurse and her assistant have been very helpful. The front desk is always trying to help. [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed] are always helpful. [Name removed] the Maintenance guy is helpful too. We try to be reasonable with our requests. All the Doctors we have met have been helpful too. Eye Toes General Practitioner. The Pill ladies are very helpful. Sometimes there is a communication problem with my mom understanding or hearing the cleaning lady or bathing aides or the laundry aide. The PT is wonderful. And so is the OT.

I toured this facility and it was great. The facility was super clean. The staff was very welcoming. They were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It's a larger facility with an almost hotel like feel. Good quality place at a reasonable price. It was just too large for my loved one, not a good fit for her personal needs. But again, great place!

The staff is always knowledgeable about each individual resident. They are always present. I would highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Bonita to others.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the lady giving the tour was very nice and sweet and made us feel very comfortable. Compared to another facility we toured, this one is much more upscale and fancier. It has a nice gym and a nice pool
