All the staff are caring and will go out of their way to make your family member comfortable. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. [name removed] shared a room with another gentleman in memory care and there was plenty of space for the both of them.

This is a beautiful and clean facility. The residents I saw seemed happy and engaged in different activities. The daily specials for lunch and dinner were on display while I was there. They looked delicious!

We visited Pacifica Santa Fe and our staff representative was very accommodating, friendly, and provided a good tour. We visited with nurse who was very helpful. Lunch was delicious and generous. The building was older than other places we visited. The tour was very well done and we left feeling positive about the overall experience.

My uncle has been a resident at Pacifica Senior Living for nearly four years. He has been getting ready to relocate to [removed], where my father has been living for the past two years. My uncle is satisfied with the area and the relationships he has already formed in Pacifica, despite the fact that they want to be together. The entire organization has helped him, especially after his operation. We are appreciative of the measures the staff has taken and is currently doing to protect their residents and personnel' safety during the epidemic because he receives excellent care there.

Visit each place you are interested in at a scheduled time and them just pop in another day to see if community is as they showed you first day.

It has surpassed my expectations! I will encourage anyone looking to check out Heritage Hills. I am very happy here! I picked this community, because I have my own little house, and the cost. I would recommend to others, it is lovely here.

It was the cleanest place we visited. It didn't smell and felt like home. It was also the most cost effective. Based on the experience we have had so far with Pacific Senior Living, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My dad is a resident at Meridian at Westwood. This is a WONDERFUL facility with great staff! My dad loves the food compared to other facilities that we visited. He has stated multiple times how much he loves living here!

It is beyond impressive touring this memory care home. From administration to the cottages to the enclosed courtyard and walking paths this is a cozy safe homelike environment. The fore mentioned has to require a well oiled machine (staff) working together 24/7 to maintain the quality of life and quality of care that is so obvious here. The seniors living here were so comfortable with me touring. Even joining in on the tour and teasing with the staff. Lol! It’s tucked away which I felt was a good thing but hard to find initially. However, you won’t regret checking it out if you have a loved one with cognitive deficits requiring a true home away from home. A Hidden Treasure!

Having a loved one in need of memory care is hard enough. Pacifica made the move in process easy! [name removed]and [name removed]. were amazing in handling a quick and painless transition for my mom from home to Pacifica. The entire team has helped us adapt to this new situation and we could not be happier than we are that we chose here for her next chapter. Thank You Pacifica!

My sister is a resident at Meridian at Laguna Hills. Overall, things have been very good so far at this facility. The housekeeping is great. The staff is good. It's a good place. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Alta Vista is a very clean facility and he staff is always helpful and attentive to any issues. They do a great job, and are always pleasant with visitors as well. I often visit for lunch and dinner. The dining staff are very nice and accommodating and the food is good!

We picked this community because, of the location, cost and your representative recommended it. Care staff has been good but communication to me about supplies needed and medication refills could be a little better. All in all I'm satisfied with the care my Mom is receiving.

We had a great tour experience with Pacifica Senior Living Peoria and actually really liked this facility. Unfortunately we found the director at Pacifica to be very un-engaged and never reached out to us. But the sales person who showed us around on the tour was wonderful.

Mom complains all the time about quality of care, place is under staffed. Cause delays for shower assistance, if not skipped. Cost keeps go up. They find more things to bill her for monthly. She likes to keep track of her expenses, finds it frustrating. We would absolutely recommend Pacifica Senior Living community to other families

The care is expensive compared to other facilities, but the set-up doesn't look or feel like a nursing home which is what makes it different from other facilities. My mother loves it and tells me all the time she gets spoiled by the caregivers. We like the cottage set-up throughout the property. Each cottage provided different levels of care. Each cottage has a garden with walking path and is securely enclosed. Within each cottage is a kitchen, dining, and living room area. There are care givers in each cottage - the number of care givers is based on the amount of residence in each cottage The food is fresh and is prepared with care. My mother loves the food there. Every individual I have interacted with at Pacifica have been so kind, empathetic, and treat my mother with respect, dignity, and love. Her dementia is bad but they know how to handle her severe sun downing moods. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to others.
