The community is very nice and friendly. Everything is very clean and well maintained. I like all of the options available for the residents everyday. I am strongly considering Pacifica after the tour.

What we like the most about the Pacifica Senior Living community is that it is an all women cottage and the ratio of nurse to patient is better than many other facilities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

I'm very pleased with Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley community. I would like it easier if they had a way to add to their portal the medications my mom is on. And costs. I see the bills. But it's just not clear. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

They are responsive to the needs of their residents. My sister lives this place and the activities they offer. I speak to other residents there and they have lived in other places and they all like Monte Vista the best. Based on the experience we have had so far with Monte Vista Village, we would absolutely recommend this community to others,

I would say it is a great community, very warm and friendly. Lots a nice people and good activities. We picked this community because it was closest to our home and had all the amenities we were looking for.

What we like the most about the Hollywood Hills community is that the people taking care of him were adorable. Based on the experience we had with the Hollywood Hills community, we would recommend them to other families.

Mom dug her heals for 2+ yrs, 84 a widow for 4 years, independent and still driving. Mom had in her mind nursing home when we broached the subject of a senior community. We thought this summer we would ease her into the thought of a senior living so we made some appointments to visit afew. Hmmm the first two gave me a nursing home vibe, we didn’t see anyone milling around there was a person doing a puzzle. Ugh not a place for mom. We walked into The Meridian at Stone Creek not what we had visited previously. There were residents visiting and enjoying a outdoor space, some in the snack bar and also in the library. The staff were very welcoming which all had been but the atmosphere was different. You walk in and it seems more like a hotel. Mom was excited we were shown several apartments and SHE said “I think I can live here” surprise! Before we left she had picked out a apartment and she was in. We moved her in two weeks ago she’s making new friends she’s loving it. She’s busy

Initially, the salesperson [name removed] at Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville contacted me and was very friendly. She answered all of my questions, about both financial and care. I made arrangements to take a tour and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the place. We met with some of the staff and were able to see how they interacted with the residents. All of which were positive. The move in process went seamlessly. The only thing I would recommend is that the staff should go over the room to be sure it is ready for the next person. A quick sweeping and mopping, as well as double checking the area. I found items in my loved one's room that belonged to the previous tenant. From what I have seen, the meals looked appetizing and plenty enough. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Also, my family flew in from Hawaii and the east coast to visit. The feedback was positive.

We toured Pacifica Senior Living on [date removed]. Our first impression upon walking in the building was the cleanliness of the facility as well as the pleasantness of the staff. As we toured the facility ,[name removed], seemed to guide us with a caring and sincere heart. As our wonderful guide she introduced us to a number of associates . Their passion and joy of service was quiet apparent . Each member we met, no matter their position, seemed upbeat ,positive and dedicated to those they serve. The safety of the residents was very apparent and impressive. I mentioned the positive feelings when we first entered the building but perhaps even more impressive and positive was upon leaving . I had the chance to speak alone to several residents who spoke very positive of their stay at Pacifica... the care they received, the caring they felt , the food, the activities and the sense of community. We were both very impressed !

I would highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Northridge. The move in process was a bit confusing, but was quickly resolved. The faculty and staff are excellent. There is plenty of staff to make sure that all are taken care of appropriately, and they are available should any issues arise. All questions and concerns are addressed with the utmost respect and courtesy and promptly. The facility has a high standard of cleanliness and their food is of one of the highest quality experiences. The residents are given an option to choose other food other then what's being served and the variety is amazing! This place treats everyone like family. They are very warm, kind and respectful of each individual living there as well as to guests who come to visit.
