We were so nervous and overwhelmed when tasked with finding care for my uncle. The staff was caring, welcoming and empathetic. They made a challenging process easier. My uncle is settling in and making this is new home.

I have lived here for 3 years and it is an exceptional place to live. The customer service is top notch- if you discuss a concern with management, they are very attentive and ensure they solve it right away. The business office manager, [name removed], is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help not only myself, but other residents. The care staff are extremely helpful and observant which is exactly what you want when looking for a facility like this to place your loved one.

My husband is here. I’m very happy with where he lives and the staff works hard to take care of him and keep him happy and his needs met. I have had other family do respite here as well and they were happy.

We had been searching for a place for my husband’s 97 year old father that felt more like home than all of the large nursing facilities we had looked at. A personalized care plan designed to meet his specific needs was also at the top of our list. We found that with Pacifica. He has been here for about a month and we are so happy with our decision thus far.

The staff are incredibly kind and caring and have always taken great care of my love one. The grounds are always clean and the layout creates peace for the residents. They work together to keep the residents safe.

After moving my mother from Arizona last year when her health took a drastic turn for the worse, and trying out THREE different assisted living facilities in North San Diego County, I finally found the one my mother can call HOME…Pacifica Escondido! From the moment she moved in, the staff has shown unwavering dedication to her wellbeing. The caregivers are not only highly trained but also incredibly compassionate, treating her with such kindness and with the respect they would treat their own mother. The community itself is incredibly well-maintained (thank you, [name removed]!) and provides a comfortable and safe environment.. It's so heartwarming to see the level of care and attention she receives everyday, and I can’t thank the following staff members enough: [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] & [name removed]…among others. And new Executive Director, [name removed], is the icing on top!

I'd like to express my review of this place when I visited them in search of placement for my father. I'm impressed by the external and internal look of the place as I came into the facility. I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I toured the place and found them very clean and orderly. I witness residents participating in various activities and were very engaged. I was impressed by welcoming smiles from these residents. Everything I saw and experienced met my expectations. I felt comfortable and it secured my decision in moving my father in this place. Unfortunately my dad did not make it out of the hospital in time to enjoy this place. I would highly recommend this place and keep their contacts for future reference for myself.

We toured Tampa Gardens during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility seemed mostly great to us! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. Definitely our second choice out of the facilities that we toured. However, the rooms were older and oddly configured.

All of the categories listed about - one through 6 has made it a great experience so far. The value for cost is just little pricey. What I like the most about the Bay Towers at Bixby Knolls is that it has a peaceful and calm atmosphere. I would recommend this community to other families and in fact I have already recommend them.

My grandmother's life has been altered by Hollywood Hills Pacifica. Grandma said she felt at home. The staff is really kind, and it is clear that they genuinely care for each and every person. The complex is always spotless. I really appreciate how the staff engages the residents, whether it is through card games or just conversation. The fact that they are outstanding and manage the daily operations so well makes Hollywood Hills Pacifica the best senior living facility. Additionally, we are taking a buddy who now resides at [removed] into consideration.

My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley and everything has been very good for him at this facility so far. The staff are all thoughtful and kind. The friendliness, value for cost and care services are great. The cleanliness and activities are good. The meals are okay. I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach and everything has been great for her at this facility so far! The staff are friendly and professional. The housekeeping is very good. Communication with the family has been very good. The move in process was easy. The meals are very good. The care services and value for cost are great. I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Palm Beach to others.

The community interior is beautifully decorated. I would love to have my grandmother at this community. It is walking distance to multiple shops and cafes. The community is constantly clean and the staff are very friendly.

Hollywood Hills is a beautiful community!! The residents are happy and food looks amazing!! The community is spotless and the pictures don’t lie! I recommend Hollywood Hills Pacifica. This Live in place community caters to everyone. Lots of entertainment based residents and LGBTQ+

I highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living in Encinitas to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. I've had personal experience with multiple facilities for family members, and I have to say Pacifica is definitely one of the very best. Their staff clearly goes well beyond just doing their jobs well. They are very patient and caring in terms of how they care for their residents.

Very through-friendly. Enjoyed the extra rooms that supported the crafts and movies. An area for church services is a plus. The apartments were beautiful.

After reading Pacifica’s reviews, we decided to schedule a visit to the facility. [name removed], Concierge, greeted us with her charisma and friendly welcoming smile. We toured the well-groomed park-like community and [name removed] showed us a very nice and spacious 1 bedroom unit in the Cedar building. My dad was impressed and decided to put a deposit right then. He liked the location of his room being right next to the dining room, and the back door to the yard is nearby to take his dog out. The friendly staff and exceptional resident services also made an impression. Executive Director, [name removed] professionalism was well-noted. He diligently returned our calls and was very sensitive and intuitive in responding to my father’s move-in and caregiving needs, making every effort to ensure that my father was comfortable and at ease in his new place. We are very grateful for the first-class professional services demonstrated by the Pacifica staff and Executive Director, [name removed]. Thank you
