The staff is very friendly and seem to take good care of the patients. The food always looks good. I would definitely recommend Sun City Senior Living to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Caring, friendly staff. They listen to the residents and try new things to keep the experience fresh. It is in a pretty area of town, open, bright shared facilities. Apartments for each resident have nice views and it is a fair price.

There is a feeling of caring. The staff doesn't stay in their offices. They are available. There were more smiles among the residents. Several had nice displays of residents crafts but residents were all in there rooms. One that I visited offered me lunch but didn't allow any time to eat. Too much business and not enough caring. Here the sales personnel take time to answer questions and visit residents. I wish that I had moved here sooner.

Our loved one is a very challenging resident. We really appreciate how well she is cared for. We selected Wyndham over other choices because Wyndham provided the nicest rooms/activities/care for the price.

Pacifica takes good care of their residents. They are proactive in watching for their physical well being and keep family members informed. They offer a variety of food and programs to keep the residents happy. Prior to moving to Pacifica, my father lived alone in an over 55 community where he kept to himself (his own choice). Since being at Pacifica, he has returned to his friendly outgoing self. He has made many friends and participates in the activities. Instead of staying home watching tv, he is out and about. I am able to relax knowing he is happy and being looked after. He has been able to maintain his independence in a safe, comfortable environment.

The items I rated lower than the best here are the reasons: cleanliness is basically because of the consistent and bothersome bird poop at the entry way, quality is rated at four because sometimes it is difficult to know who to talk to when I have questions and I seldom get calls back when I leave messages. Food rated at 3 is from what I've seen in the memory care area does not seem to be the same level as what they serve in the dining room. That could be partly a memory care issue not really sure.

Marketing was very informative. Friendly, very helpful in explaining services, etc. Set my mind at ease when it came to care for my parents.

Get to know the staff! They need to know who you're visiting & will be more receptive to answering questions/providing info...a little kindness goes a long way on both sides!??

My mom is very happy there and the family loves Pacifica. The facility is top notch! Always clean and welcoming. The staff are the nicest, professional and patient! They take extremely good care of my mom around the clock!

The individualized attention provided to residents makes Mom feel valued and puts our family at ease. Every worker knows Mom by name. I highly recommend this facility.

I'm very pleased that item our expectations and more! The staff and residents are nice as well as friendly! I enjoyed my visit. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I did not care for about the units is that there are no stoves for those residents that want to make something on their own that is NOT on the menu. I can understand why Woodmark doesn't want the liability. There needs to be 1 other maintenance person. Its way too much work for one person. I can't wait visit again! Keep up the good work and take good care of my loved one.

I definitely would recommend this facility. It's a very healthy environment with a lot of fresh air, good activities also. My mom is thriving there. Great staff, also.

I have really appreciated how wonderful the staff is to my mother-in-law, [name removed]. Since she’s moved in two months ago, she has received excellent service and care. It seems that everyone knows her name and they help her whenever she has some thing that needs fixing.

I want to thank Langley the sales manager, she gave me and my brother a well guided tour and helped us understand the difference between assisted living and memory care. I can tell you she takes the time to understand what we are saying, and will give us the best resources moving forward. Also, the caregivers said hello during the tour, which is huge when choosing for mom.

Pacifica was the best facility I visited and the staff was very welcoming. They seemed to really care about senior's. Pacifica exceeded our expectations in all the above areas. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

A Home for Mom-I toured Pacifica Spring Valley. [name removed] was an absolute delight and it was her caring demeanor that made me put a deposit on the first visit. I know my parents will be in good hands there!!

The Facility is old and the Staff is young in comparison. They both express their curiosity and service to prospective patients!

The staff are all very friendly. When I have had questions they have been helpful. They really seem to care about the residents. The facility just has a good vibe every time I am there. It has always been nicely decorated for the different holidays.
