I am currently a resident at The Laurel at Millcreek and I am very happy here!

Excellent! Except one of the selling points for me was that they provided transportation to and from doctor's appointments, and they do not. I've had four different appointments in the last six weeks, and a ride was provided for only one of them. Uber costs really add up. It costs approximately $40 for a round trip.

EVERYONE that works at Pacifica are there because they love theatre they do. The sales director is resourceful yet extremely kind and careful while assisting us with making the best decisions for our uncle. All of the directors and Pacifica staff goes above and beyond to ensure that our uncle’s needs are continually met and highly quality care is always delivered. Pacifica is professional and strongly adheres to State/Federal laws and regulations. We’ve experienced Pacifica’s efforts to keep our uncle’s safety a priority and their endless advocacy for him. He has onsite physicians, nurses and cnas, to managed all of his medications and medical appointments. Our uncle can attend church service, Bible study and so many other activities of daily living at Pacifica. Our uncle LOVES the chef cooked menu, restaurant style dining room and can order room service. He’s happy to have extra support w/out minimizing his independence along his life journey. Our uncle now has a place to call home.

My dad is very comfortable there, well taken care of and says their food is great. The value is amazing based on the price of other places in the area.

My "guide" was very friendly, listened to my comments and concerns, and made suggestions as to spouses needs and the type of residence most appropriate to spouse. Spouse is scheduled to move in within 2.5 weeks.

Placing our mother in memory care was a very difficult, emotional decision. We were no longer able to keep her safe at home and chose Pacifica as her new home. The caregivers are caring, attentive and have really become an extended family for us. It’s reassuring to know our mom is safe, happy and close enough for us to visit every day. The facility is always clean and well kept. We’re so relieved to have found Pacifica.

I can't express how amazing the team at Pacifica Senior Living of Fort Myers are! They showed genuine concern for the well-being of my mom. I have the utmost confidence that she will get the highest quality care.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Move in process was easy. Meals were okay. Some minor upkeep in areas needs attention. Housekeeping was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Pacifica Senior Living.

I chose this facility because of the overall cleanliness and size and layout of the apartment. The apartments are very nicely updated. Residents can relax and let the facility do all the cooking.

I am a new resident to Pacifica Senior living Menifee, they have made my move very smooth and the staff and everyone has been very helpful during my move . Glad I’m here . My location is close to the dinning room which is very convenient for me .

The environment is like a cruise ship, not like an institution. Caregivers are dedicated and loving. Food is healthy and appetizing. My brother was a big eater. I was always kept in the loop on everything. Management was accessible and responsive. One of the best parts for me was the business manager who filed claims documents to perfection and made my life so easy. Thank you! [name removed] was lucky to have you!

My Uncle moved into Pacifica Senior Living Rancho Penasquitos straight from the hospital. There, we found a group of professionals who work seamlessly as a team. I get reports of him doing activities so I can keep up to date on his wellbeing. They contact me right away if he needs something I can bring him. All team members are always in a good mood; Its quite amazing! My Uncle has developed a group of friends for dining and feels at home. The place is clean and fun things are alway happening. He loves that the dining rooms and activities are a short distance from his apartment door. The Director, [name removed], has an open door policy and listens. Basically, I feel secure that when I'm not with my uncle, they will take good care of him. This is a great place!

My experience with staff members has been absolutely positive. The way they make my dad feel at home is beyond comforting to my sister and me. It's a blessing that he is in such gentle hands.

We were introduced to Hollywood Hills by a professional consultant. We toured other facilities as well but were most interested in the professional and friendliness of the staff was well as the cleanliness of the facility. A clean first impression... and still great!!!

Just go with the recommendations that your counselor sends you via email My dad liked Pacifica Senior Living Sunrise the best out of all of the ones we looked at I would recommend this facility to others, it is a great value for what you get

My mom is currently a resident at Alta Vista Senior Living and everything has been great. My mom loves it there!

For the short period of time that my wife stayed there, everything was very satisfactory. The food was nourishing and tasty. The staff was kind and attentive. Her dementia decline was so rapid, that, within a few days of her initial move-in, they recommended that she be under hospice care. Those folks were wonderful. I would recommend this facility to others.

We initially chose Pacifica because of the location and familiarity with it as another family member wad a resident previously. We've been pleased although they could be better about returning calls.

Very homey, comfy, and people seem genuinely happy there. It's a fun place. Great value for price, very nice apartments and excellent meals. Nice grounds. Very nice staff. Where they fall down is maintenance: it takes a long time to get things repaired and it's an old building so things tend to break. Broken garbage disposal, broken fridge, clogged bath drain, no heating and an out-of-service elevator all happened in 4 weeks. All were slow to be repaired. So patience is required. We chose for price, location, and desirability.

All the staff members were very polite and welcoming. Each staff member always would go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Alta Vista Senior Living highly to others looking.
