I used to be a resident here at Overture Highlands and I had an over the top experience, everything about this place was so nice. The staff were great and very educated so they knew exactly what they were doing. I had physical therapy which helped me out so much it really made a difference. If I was not able to come down to a session which happened a few times, they would come up to my apartment. So they are very attentive and accommodating.

Wonderful apartment size, choice and city location closest to entertainment and stores. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

A place for mom found a place that just met my requirements in Sarasota in [date removed]. Full size W/D in APT. No Button, only 1 meal/day, covered parking, handy central location, security/gated. I could not find another as good.

Excellent retirement facility, beautiful apartments with luxury amenities. Very roomy. Everyone you meet says "hello". You have ultimate privacy & independence in your apt. but have friends, activities & socialization at the clubhouse.

Arietta is a friendly community where people care about each other. The apartments are spacious with large closets, high ceilings & crown molding.

Entire community is well groomed & kept consistently at a high level. Apartments here are spacious and clean. Staff is pleasant & attentive. Activities are provided for all kinds of interests. Man social get-togethers are well planned.

My mom has been cherishing and enjoying her time here at Discovery Village, they're doing an excellent job. Communication between the community and our family has been outstanding. I always speak to the people up front when I visit. My moms' apartment is spacious and she was able to bring her own furniture. They provide housekeeping services about twice a week. I'm sure they offer some transportation services as well because they take the residents on group outings from time to time. My mom especially enjoys going to the movies, group physical therapy, bingo, etc. I would absolutely recommend Discovery Village to others.

All of the staff members have been great at Album Quail Springs. They do not have a meals and dining service but they do have a continental breakfast for the residents. They also have a good variety of different activities like arts and crafts, music, card games and they even had a fish fry. Based on our overall experience so far with Album Quail Springs we would recommend them to other families.

Everyone has been very helpful and friendly, the staff get a 5 out of 5. They have a ton of alternates to choose from on the menu if you do not like the main dish being served. For loved ones making the transition I would tell you to just give it time. My mom has been here a couple of months now and is still settling in. We would recommend Sommerset Retirement Community to others looking.

Property is always clean. Events are fun & always so many! Staff is great, esp. the manager [name removed]. She really cares for the residents & property. Highly recommend.

My mother loves living at Alders. She has made so many friends that truly care for her. So glad she made the move!

My dad is so happy here! There is a great sense of community. Love love!

Album Benbrook is a fantastic and very nice new place. The move in process was really good for us. There's no housekeeping services nor transportation, it's a truly independent community. The staff are there for activities, management, and to facilitate tours - it seems like there's always someone around. You can be involved as little or as much as you'd like. I would recommend them to others.

We have been looking for a senior community in the area. My friend moved in about year ago and has been very happy. We didn’t do an official tour with an employee, but my friend showed us around. We are keeping this on list as a possibility. Pro - Apartments are more modern. very bright with big windows and natural light. Washers and dryers in apartment. Nice size rooms and kitchen. Con - Our hearing isn’t great so high ceilings made it a bit harder to hear. Pro - Rent is reasonable for all the amenities offered and location. Con - Meals are not offered and there is not 24 hr onsite staff. But you can use life alert type service. Pro - VERY ACTIVE community. We met many residents who told us about all the social activities and groups they are a part of in the community. Did not feel like an “old folks home” Con - There aren’t very many indoor gathering areas for people to just mingle. Lobby doesn’t feel “homey”.

We chose The Orchard at Arlington Highlands because the location is great but it was also by far the most space for the money. The other highlight was the amount of natural light inside the facility, there are windows on every floor at each end so it is very bright and cheery and has a modern look to it. They have a lot of activities such as a shuttle bus that takes them out to go shopping and on trips, on site they have karaoke nights, bingo, pot lucks, holiday events, crafts, etc. They made the whole process very easy for us and we would highly recommend them to others looking.

This was a nice community but there was another community that would have allowed a space for my pet. Also I just wanted a different environment feel. Also I had to wait for availability and there was another community that came up first. The tour was great and they answered all of the questions that we had.

This is a really nice place to live and it feels very homey. you still have all of your independence and options for activities. I really enjoy being here at this community. They have a lot of different activities and levels of activities. They have movies, activities that are provided by staff and lead by residents, bridge, shuffle board, bingo and more for the residents to do to have a good time. They also have painting and outside activities.

Nice and very helpful staff but the apartments were too expensive.

It's a good move. The staff is very nice and helpful. They answer any questions or concerns we may have. The residents are all nice people. They are really really friendly. The way it is situated is very comfortable and new. They come with a washer and dryer, microwave. I like the walk in shower. My only issue is they do not provide any transportation. They help call you a Lyft which is very expensive. I would love if that offered some form of resident only transportation for us.

I chose Overture Daniel Island because of the quietness of where it is located. I have the smallest 1 bedroom apartment that they have but it is plenty of space for me and what I need. The maintenance staff members are very friendly and they always respond in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this independent living facility to others looking.
