My mom is settling nicely at The Grand at Twin Lakes. The community is fairly new and it is beautiful and clean. My mom is enjoying her apartment. The staff is friendly and so far everything is well-maintained. I have dined here with my mom and the food is very good, they offer a wide variety of healthy choices, the meals are well balanced. They definitely need to incorporate more activities for the residents other than Bingo once a month. But there is an exercise room and a swimming pool available for the residents. I would recommend this community to others.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for her. The staff have been easy to work with and have accommodated her needs to the best of there ability. Overall it has been a good fit and we are very pleased with her new living environment

I toured Concord Place and thought it was a nice facility. It was not as nice as other places that I toured, though. The tour guide was helpful and friendly during our tour.

I spoke to this community numerous times over the phone. They seemed very welcoming and knowledgable. I would have looked at this community, however we did find a community closer that works well for my loved one.

My mother moved in one month ago and [Removed] welcomed my mom with open arms as this was a very difficult decision for us. My mother was very reluctant about transitioning to an assistant living; however, both [Removed] encouraged my mom. [Removed] won my mother over to the point my mother now looks for [Removed]. [Removed] is my mom's new found friend! [Removed] was responsive and accommodating to my mom and I and even to the current residents. [Removed] knew each resident by name, impressive! The impact these ladies had on my mom at such an emotional time was soothing. I appreciate their concern, patience and efforts. Before my mom came to Victory she wasn't eating consistently and she struggled to get herself ready for dialysis on her dialysis days. Now she receives assistance with her showers, assistance in getting ready for dialysis and she is eating regularly. Lastly, she now has interaction with people throughout the day on a daily basis. The elderly need socialization. Thank you [Removed]! Victory has relieved a lot of the burden it was to care for my mom. I am thankful to Victory! As far as the care aspect of Victory, I can say they are RESPONSIVE. I consistently communicate with the Wellness Executive and the folks responsible for my mother's care. The Wellness Executive made a recommendation to me regarding my part in my mother's care and she was correct. Once I stepped back a little my mother began to transition much better. Hence, it takes collaboration and communication on both parts. I can also say the administrative team is also willing and capable to redevise a care plan to see what works. I believe the key is FAMILY. As family members, we must be active and hands on with Victory because it's a partnership. I am thankful for my new family, Victory of Sierra Ridge! Together as a team we are caring for my mother.

I enjoyed my visit to Alexian Village. The tour guides were enthusiastic, welcoming and knowledgeable. The place is bright. You have to be able to pay for a minimum of 9 months rent before being transitioned to Medicaid if you run out of money. Possible residents are pre-qualified for Medicaid before moving in. It is one resident per room, couples would be split up and getting an adjoining room may not be possible. Rooms are small. They have an excellent medication management plan. The employees seem happy and knew the residents by first name. They would look for the resident when it was time to take medication. The main living room around the fire place felt cramped and is right at the entry/foyer. When you first walk in you are greeted by a large group of people in wheel chairs all asleep around the fireplace. The hallways are bright and all have railings on the walls. Two doctors make visits to Alexian Village, I think it was once a week. A dentist and optometrist also make regular visits. There is a hair salon for weekly appointments a couple days a week. Each resident room has a walk in shower and a small kitchen equipped with frig, microwave, sink, and some cabinets. I do not remember if there was a stove. There are 2 shifts for meals. It is an age in place option. However, if the resident becomes extremely ill, they might be moved to the Hospice location next to Alexian Village. The cannot care for a colostomy bag. They have well defined emergency plans for both a fire and tornado's with several fire drills per year.

The restaurant reminds me of a hotel. They bring out the main two entrees on plates covered in plastic wrap for you to see. There is a menu to order off of as well, however that food takes a little longer to receive. The community is very nice and they have enough activities. They have a trip coming up to a science museum. The staff are good and they check on you each morning. I would recommend this community.

I toured this community for care for myself. The communty was nice and appeared to be clean. The staff were helpful. They do offer a variety of meals. I liked the activities for the residents. The community seemed to be loud due to the location of the property. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

The staff at the front desk are nice and helpful. They offer some activities, however I would like to see some more offered. My loved one likes the food and they will bring it to your room for a fee. The rooms here are more spacious than at most of the other communities we looked at. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

They are very busy Great People Love the Staff and the people that work the desk area are so helpful they really work hard too. We loved Beverly she made the process easy breezy. My mom is happier and that is what matters to us.

My mom is doing fine living in this community. They are able to provide good care that she needs and calling me to keep in contact. My mom like her meals that are served to her. The activities are good enough for her to like and join in. I would recommend this community to my close friends in need.

My mother is adjusting well since her move to Alexian Village. I would recommend them because they have good communication with me. My mother does not do well with change, and when she first moved in, they called me and asked me questions all of the time. They are very sensitive and responsive.

My mother is doing great with her move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and I'm very pleased with her move here. There are nice activities offered, and the meals are good. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. The staff is good, they are kind, and helpful when needed. All is well for us at this community, and I would recommend it for your loved ones.

The tour with Concord Place was positive. I felt like they may have over promised a bit. They reassured us they could meet my mother's care needs. I also didn't like that the rooms were smaller than other communities we looked at.

When I toured The Grand at Twin Lakes, I thought it was a nice place. Every community that I toured had its pros and cons. The staff was very friendly. The tour guide that took me around was very knowledgeable and friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

I have no complaints of my tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and where very friendly to my father and I. They gave us a very detailed tour of there facility and made sure to answer and questions that we had for them in detail. All of the residents looked happy and content in there living environment which was pleasant to see. It was just not the right fit for my dad and we ended up choosing a different place for him.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but overall I know she is in a good facility. This is good facility with kind people. They have a wonderful staff, and they have been very polite, and respectful. They have activities available for the residents when they are ready to participate. She seems pleased with the meals. They are taking good care of her, and this is a community I would recommend.

I liked this community and if it was up to me I would have chosen this one. They offer top notch amenities such as a swimming pool, a workout room and a theater. The community was clean and the staff I met were nice and knowledgable. I met the chef and they seemed nice.

My mother is still adjusting to this community a little bit, but it is a nice place. I do a have my minor concerns, but overall she is in goods. I do need to know what they are supplying her with. She is always asking for extra money to buy things, and she is on a set income. It is a very clean community, they do a great job with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is very kind, and helpful. They are providing her with great care, and I would recommend this community.

Things are going wonderful for my loved one since she has recently moved into this community. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful on helping my mother make the adjustment into her new living environment. Her favorite thing is the food that they serve, she says its absolulty delicious and enjoys her dinning experience. The only thing I wish they would do a better job of is the cleaning of the bedrooms. The housekeepers seem to just do the bare minimum that they need to.
